Love this store's selection, friendly customer service, and reliable, on-time, and professional delivery arrangements. I have bought a coffee table and a king size panel bed from this store, and I will definitely be back.

From start to finish, everything went great! First, the price was excellent! Jill at Coleman even reached out and extended the extra warranty to me, which I forgot and had to be purchased by delivery. Once I purchased it, she confirmed it was linked to my couch. The furniture came within 2 weeks, I could have had sooner, but that was due to my availability. The delivery company was excellent and couldn't be nicer. They were very polite and in and out in less than a half hour.

Cannot recommend. We ordered a bedroom furniture set for over $2,000. When it arrived the guys didn't take off that paper warning sign that was attached to the dresser. So we obviously signed off that it arrived in good shape. When we wanted to take off that warning sign, that was just supposed to hang on the dresser, we realized that it got stuck to the dresser probably due to putting it on while the color was still wet so when we wanted to remove it, it ripped off some of the color. I called Coleman but they said there is nothing they can do. Never going to buy with them again. That dresser was over $650 itself and there is nothing they will do. Really, really bad and rude customer service.

The desk has a nice keyboard drawer that handily flips up to act as a regular drawer if you so wish. Delivery guys set it up as promised. Overall a good experience. Only down side was it took the delivery guys about a half hour to figure out how to properly get the desk up the steps.

I was very unsure about making such a large purchase online. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and fell in love with a sectional at a local store. It was a bit out of our price range though and that didn't even include delivery. When we found the same exact thing online, we couldn't believe it - the sectional, matching recliner, and delivery were all cheaper than just buying the sectional at the local store! It seemed to good to be true and we questioned the validity of the site. We did some research and finally decided to take the risk - if it worked it would be worth it. It did take a while to actually receive the furniture, but I got e-mail updates all along the way that were very reassuring. We now have both pieces (delivered and set up for free) and we love them!

I am very happy with my recent purchase from Coleman I purchased a large entertainment unit at the end of December the communication was very efficient and kept me updated at all points of the transaction shipping and delivery was great the gentleman brought the unit into my house already put together and just did the final touches they're very happy with this company and overall would purchase from again

When initially ordered, I understood there would be a 6 to 8 week lead time, but it turned into 4 months. I'm glad the long wait is over, I love my new bedroom furniture!

We ordered a chair from Coleman Furniture. We had never seen the chair in person, we put our faith in their information. The chair is perfect, exactly as described. The delivery service chosen by Coleman's was perfect. I would order from them again and again!

Delivery took a couple weeks longer than we hoped and the delivery truck was overbooked so our delivery which was originally scheduled between 1-5 pm didn't occur until 11 pm that night. Crew was very kind and apologetic.

Easy to order. Very good information relating to purchasing furniture online. Delivery was sooner than expected. The set up was perfect and the furniture was absolutely beautiful. I would have no qualms about ordering from your company again. From start to finish, the process was very easy and the product was well worth the price.

Tried calling numerous times to inquire about military discount. Very long hold time, then when I finally talked to a live person, he put me on hold and transferred me to a voicemail so I had to leave a message. Attempted live chat but no response with that either.

The oversized swivel chair is perfect for our living room being that we can have it either face of the TV, or you can just have it swivel around and face the window which has a nice view of our street. It swivels really easily and smoothly and wouldn't have thought about how handy of a feature it is, had I not spotted a similar one over at my neighbour's place.

I bought a media center. The website did a great job in notifying me where is the furniture and when it will be develiered. And It was delivered timely.
Free white glove deliver. Everything is great. Would recommend to others.

I waited three weeks for my furniture to arrive. When it did, it was missing one of the legs of the bed so it couldn't even be assembled. I called the number they gave me, which ended up being the wrong number to call. They then transferred me to another number and I was helped by someone who placed the order, however, there was no other info given. No estimated time of shipment. No info on if I'd have to wait another three weeks to put a bed together while my son sleeps on the floor. Nothing. I get that they have to get info from the manufacturer, but can't they make one little phone call to try and get me some additional information. I asked about a discount for my inconvenience and time waiting and they wouldn't do that either. I love the furniture, but there were other companies I could have bought it through that were the same price. It's not like Coleman has an exclusive. Maybe I would have been better off with another company. I don't think I'd buy through them again.

I was so nervous about purchasing during a pandemic and although it took a while, it was sooo worth the wait! My couches are so beautiful, the delivery company assembled and I am just in love with my living room right now, cant wait to get back home to enjoy them. I woke up this morning and just stared at my living room for a while before having to step out.

Well after 5 months waiting and then being told delivery would be June, I cancelled. The same day I cancelled I ordered the same furniture from Ashley furniture and received my Furniture 3 days later. This place is a scam.

The site was easy to use. We saved money on our new sectional compared to the local store. The delivery company was fast. They kept in contact with us. They were professional, quick and clean. I love our new sectional!

Do not buy anything from this company! I have ordered my furniture in May and it is now the end of Aug and still don't have my furniture! Very upset customer and will never buy anything from them ever again!

My girlfriend actually spotted the item that she knew I was in the market for. Got it for good price and quality exceeds my expectations at this price. Free shipping is nice as I like the price transparency it affords.

I will be happy to give you a great rating as soon as I hear if the original price of $399 is honored. I sent a message with my order. I even asked to be notified if Coleman was able to get the piece that I was told was delayed indefinitely. After three months I was refunded. Now I have to spend another $20 and almost missed the sale price .

It was easy to use the website. My only concern is that the furniture will be damaged during shipping and I will be stuck with a noticeable repair. I wish the terms and conditions were more favorable to the customer.
