I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
When I ordered my new sectional it stated 4 weeks for delivery. It was delivered in 2.5 weeks. Delivery was on a Saturday morning and was placed in my living room as requested and ensured all power recliners worked properly. We have thoroughly enjoyed our new sectional and the customer service by Coleman Furniture.
We ordered a set (sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman) and the sheen and color is not the same on all of the pieces. We contacted Coleman and they noted repeatedly that they are manufactured separately. Then why offer as a set? That's no help at all. I guess you get what you pay for.
I felt that I was treated as if I was asking too much to return a table with a large and deep scratch. I felt the offer was condescending when offered a $25 gift card or $35 off an order over $700.00.
It was slow to get email responses. When I called the customer service line I was pleased with the personnel.
I will not recommend Coleman furniture to others.
I waited months to receive my furniture, which was back ordered and I didnt realize it was back ordered until much later. I had white glove delivery so the guys brought it right inside and set it up how I liked it. And I got some credits so used that to buy a silver accent piece. Im very happy with my furniture so far, and I would probably order from them again.

I have to start by saying I was VERY nervous to place such a big purchase online. After finding great reviews for Coleman Furniture, I decided to take a chance. Their price was less than our local furniture store AND they offered FREE DELIVERY AND SET UP! They kept in communication via email informing me of each step of the process/order. I was absolutely shocked when it only took 18 days from ordering the couch to it being in my home! The couch arrived in perfect condition delivered by professionals who took care to bring in, set up, and make sure that we were 100% happy before leaving. There is not one single thing I could suggest to make a better experience. Coleman has new lifetime customers with us!

I have ordered from them before and was extremely Satisfied with my Quality of the Furniture when it arrived. I didn't like the fact that the add was misleading. Its said the bar came with two chairs but when it arrived with no chairs and I called, they tried to tell me I had to buy them separately despite me and them reading it the Ad saying exactly what I said
I ordered my furniture on 5/19/2020 it is now 8/19/2020 I have received a email stating I should get my furniture within a few weeks on 7/01/2020 that was 6 weeks ago I've called several times about this furniture and have received the run arounds everyone I spoke to says it's waiting to be delivered I call the place that has the furniture to be delivered and they don't answer the phone nor call back. I am now paying for furniture nobody knows when I'll get. I have been more then patient with the coronavirus going on but 3 months is a bit ridiculous.
Issues ordering - I understood the set came with stools, but instead had to select chairs and order stools separately. Also issues with checking out - billing address didn't match with MC, but used the exact same with the Discover and it went through...
I love it, but 2 months was a very long time to wait for it. My patience was at an end by the time it arrived. Also, when ordering it i was not given the option of white glove delivery (an additional $200 by the way).
The BEST over all place to purchase your furniture for the comfort of your own home. The delivery team is phenomenal. I love their talk they share back and forth to keep your furniture and themselves safe!
We were very skeptical of purchasing furniture online, but we were very satisfied with Coleman Furniture. We ordered our sectional over the phone and it was delivered to our home, undamaged and in working order, less than three weeks later. The delivery company set it up for us and everything. It was also also paid half the price of what it was being sold for in stores. We would highly recommend this company.

Proceed with this company with caution. I ordered a sectional and then decided I wanted to add another piece. I was told I am not able to add pieces after the fact so I had to cancel the order and then reorder. Because of this, the delivery date was now pushed back over a month. We are now approaching the delivery date and they have told us that it's ready to be shipped but are waiting on other orders to send a truck our way. Our delivery should not be dependent on other people. We ordered the couch in MARCH. It's not almost JUNE. I am very disappointed with the lack of help from this company when we have spent over $4k on a couch, already been charged for the couch and have no ETA in site. I highly regret giving my money to this company

I asked an online question before ordering my Ashley sofa set. I knew I was getting fake leather but wanted to know if it was real carved wood. I was told yes by Coleman. After my long 7 week wait for my furniture it arrived. Fake carved wood!... it is synthetic molded material (probably saw dust).
Your customer service is Excellent! Called to make an inquiry after hours and didn't leave a message but received a call back from Matt who called back the number I called from. I had already called your sales department who were knowledgeable and courteous.
The chairs ordered were as advertised and arrived on time.
Only negative was customer service on the phone. Put on hold twice and a then on to a another customer service - one call was forwarded by an agent over seas to answer my questions.

I ordered a living room furniture set in june. After waiting for months in November I finally got an email saying the item was about to ship. I even got a call from coleman telling me the item was about to ship and I would get a call in a week to set up delivery. A week later after waiting for almost 6 months I get an email that says my order has been canceled the manufacturer is no longer making the couch set. Yes my money was refunded but I waited 6 months and ended up with no furniture. Dont want it to happen to you.
