I was in need of a desk with more storage. I was happy to find this desk at Colman's Furniture. I order it online and had it delivered in 3 weeks. I love that they bring it in your house and put it together for you for free!

Beware! Do not buy from Coleman Renegade or TOV Furniture! They deliver defective furniture & if you don't want it charge you $1000 to return it! They are the worst place to buy any furniture online & are scammers! They all work together in up state New York in the same office about 40 employees & they steal your money! They delivered a defective recliner to us the delivery men took it back then told us we had no choice except to pay $1000 to return the product or have it redelivered. RUN AWAY from this place! They are scammers & should be shut down! We made complaints with the BBB & anywhere we could to warn everyone. They stole $3000 from us & do not guarantee anything!

This is the 3rd living room set I've ordered in the past 2 weeks. The first 2 were cancelled due to unavailability from the manufacturer. I'm disappointment you advertise items for sale that you can't get.

Slightly disappointed that it took quite some time for the furniture to arrive. My granddaughter loved the chair and stool.

We upgraded to a sectional and found the selection to be large and the pricing to be low. We didn't want to spend too much and discussed thi with the salesman. he showed us how to narrow our search down to only show those in our budget. This feature helps if you don't want to be tempted to spend more than you were planning on.

I was having issues with completing my order on sun and it apparently didn't process so I lost out on the sale on 5/17/2020 I was still able to purchase my couch and hope everything arrives safely and intact

When I was checking out I saw one total and then after I hit the place order button a new price, $150 more popped up and the order began processing. Luckily the payment was declined so I could notice this. Seems a bit sneaky. I realize it's tax but it shouldn't just surprise you after you hit pay.

Our couch is great appearance wise but the cushions are not all the same size from the love seat to the couch side. Two of the recliners hit each other when they are both out so that design was not well thought out. The return policy makes it hard for us to find a different option so now we have a couch that is only alright but a great look to it.

I purchased a desk, lateral file, and wall of bookshelves from Coleman Furniture and I had the best experience. The quality and price were exceptional, the pre delivery communication was excellent... not excessive, but I always knew where we were in the process. And the delivery and installation was done by thorough and professional workers. The hardware for the desk was missing, and they got it to me pronto. When I had difficulty with the screws, which I thought were too short (turns out they weren't), they sent me longer ones, which I feel are more secure. I have found Coleman Furniture excellent on every level and highly recommend them.

The sales rep was helpful and actually gave us information the store had been incorrect with. The store had said the upholstered be we wanted could not work with the storage but the sales rep here said it would work. We were nervous but ordered anyhow and when it showed up everything worked just fine as promised.

I started my order from Nov 26, I made an offer and I received a counter offer on the 27th. we miss the deadline to avoid the new state tax that was in effect on Dec 1 for the state of Maryland.
I discuss with Jill who was helping me on the online offer, to talk to her manager on the price, since missing the deadline was not my fault. It was from the delay communication from Coleman. She said we are sorry, that there was a delay in communication. she then offers to give me 50 dollars compensation and on top of that add their 5-year warranty on my sale.

I purchased furniture from them twice, and both times, they were damaged. Second time I purchased a chest, I spent a few months trying to have them replace or repair it, but they never did by telling me that once I received the furniture by signing the piece of paper with the trucking company, Coleman Furniture became free from any liability associated with the purchase. I am stuck with the furniture I cannot even use. They are by far the worst company I have ever experienced. I should have reviewed BBB website before buying from them. There are lot of claims filed against them. I also filed claim to Consumer Protection Agency.

Initially they said it would be 8 weeks, then it was 8 more, then 6 weeks more and at the last email pushing it out another 10 weeks I had enough. They blamed it on Covid, but I think they are fulfilling orders out of sequence based on the price paid which is unfair and bad business. You also shouldn't keep making promises of a date if you have no idea when your going to get the product.

Quality furniture! Only unsatisfaction was with the shipping company changing delivery days after confirming, no showing up on delivery day because verbally "they forgot your couch at the main office" after I took the day off to accept the delivery. Not calling before they arrived on the 3rd delivery day after scheduled delivery timeframe. That said, it was delivered within the same week as originally scheduled. Upon delivery, the gentlemen was very kind and attentive. The product is very nice especially for the price paid.

I got exactly what I paid for, exactly how it looks in the webpage. Beautiful furniture at the best price possible. They save me about 1000 dollars compared to the regular price at the local furniture stores... I am very happy.

I ordered a couch from Coleman Furniture and the process was very good. They kept me up to date with my order and the delivery went very smoothly. The couch that I ordered looked exactly like the photos and is comfortable.

I am very pleased with the bedroom furniture I ordered from Coleman Furniture. It was even more beautiful once inside my home. The gentlemen who delivered and set up my furniture were professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Coleman Furniture.

I have been looking for some time now for 2 arm chairs and 2 replacement chair for a dining room table I purchased in an antique store. Didnt think I would ever find them BUT I did! Coleman Furniture was great. As soon as they got my order, someone reached out to me. They kept in touch w me about my order. I received emails w tracking info. I would certainly recommend them! I was not able to get delivery time for my zip and was asked to call - that was 54 minutes on-line. The chat message I submitted still has not come back. The gentleman I spoke to on phone was very helpful.

The dining table and chairs are firm and seem to be made of a good quality wood. The frame underneath is doubled along the outside and is sturdiest without using the lead. It is not horrible with the leaf but there is slightly more give with it inserted. We only use it on occasion and it should be perfect for our needs.

Received broken furniture after waiting two months for delivery. I was then offered $75 for a certified furniture technician to come out and fix the damage. $75 hardly covers for them to come and look at it. Essentially there is four separate pieces for the bedframe I purchased and two out of the four were damaged. If it was something small I wouldn't mind but it actually affects the structure of the bed. Extremely disappointed is a understatement.

great web site, only problem was a table badly damaged during delivery but Coleman employee made it right and did it quickly.
I believe it was damaged during manufacturing but that company just passed it along!
