I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
As wth anything online, I have learned to be cautious. If it seems to good to be true then it probably is. This is my first experience with Coleman and so far it could not have been more pleasant. I was assisted online by Jennifer and she could not have been more helpful and friendly. I still need to wait for delivery but so far so good.
Totally amazed with overall experience. Furniture is great, the 2 guys that delivered it were great. It was raining my furniture was all covered up, they came in set it up and were gone. Furniture was delivered in less than the 4 weeks they said it would take.
Im very big on customer service because I've personally experienced the worst of the worst & its not a great feeling. So I feel compelled to acknowledge what a great experience I had with my purchase from Coleman Furniture. Firstly, I received a veryyy generous & professional phone call when my order was ready to ship 2; weeks earlier than expected! And then the delivery men were quick, professional, set up my furniture &cleaned everything up perfectly before leaving. Both were EXTREMELY professional I couldnt have been more pleased.
And my furniture looks & feels GREAT!
Very competitively priced and they provide free delivery and setup. It was a good experience dealing with the process and we are very happy with our purchase. Couch is very comfortable and of good quality. The only complaint is the time it took to get the delivery.
I had been looking for a new bedroom set for a while and found this one on a different website. It was over my price range, and really couldn't justify it. Upon searching other sites I discovered Coleman Furniture and found the set for almost $1000 cheaper than competitor sites. I was a little apprehensive because I hadn't heard of this site before - but I am a completely satisfied customer. Their customer service was so great and they kept me updated through the entire process. I was easily able to get an update on my set by phone or through the online account. My bedroom set arrived exactly when it was estimated to, all set up, and the quality is great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I chose Coleman in hopes that it would be delivered a little sooner, even though it was a little more expensive than the other site I found it on. The website explains great customer service. I hoped that would be worth the extra on the price tag.
Table arrived as pictured. The wood matched perfectly to the photo and to my hard wood floors. I just love the storage at the bottom and lazy Susan center piece. I will own this table for as long as I can. Thank you!
Coleman furniture had the exact same pieces of furniture I viewed at one of the larger furniture outlets. The price at Coleman was all inclusive while the store wanted additional for delivery. I placed the order on Coleman and was given regular updates on the progress of the order. Delivery was well managed and coordinated to ensure that delivery was made at a convenient date and time. Even though the delivery took over 4 weeks, everything occurred per plan and the furniture was setup in good condition at my home without any hassles. I would recommend Coleman furniture to all furniture shoppers both in terms of price and service.
Easy online ordering. Asked in original order for package to not be delivered until after Aug 1. But was delivered earlier. But customer service was good even though covid 19 was in full swing. Would order from this company again but I wouldn't expect a specific delivery date. Keep up the good with your customer service.
We ordered an office furniture set, and were confused as to what was included. When only 2 of the 3 items were delivered we called their customer service to get it resolved. After explaining what mislead us to believing 3 items were included in the set (3 items are pictured in the images, 3 items is displayed next to the shopping cart icon after adding the set to the cart) the customer service rep told us we were dumb and would have to pay a restocking fee to return any items. We were not that upset and would have been willing to take some responsibility for the misunderstanding, but the response of the customer service of the website was the worst we have ever experienced. Be careful when ordering from this website.
Found this bedroom set at Ashely furniture then checked out Coleman Furniture and it was about $500 LESS! The website estimated about a 4-6 week period to expect delivery. I got a call two weeks after placing my order with a delivery scheduled for the following week. Delivery showed up on time and was all put together perfectly. The delivery guys were a little goofy and mad I didn't tip them but that's not Coleman Furniture's fault. I will DEFINITELY purchase from Coleman again!
Ordered a bedroom set (*******) on 9/8. I was moving into my new home on 9/26, and was told i would receive by the middle of October. Much to my surprise, the order was received and shipped to my new home the week I moved in. I was very pleased as I didn't have to sleep on the floor on a mattress.:-) Very pleased with service and the delivery. Furniture is beautiful, looks great in my new home.
The coffee table came in either a soft top or a lift top with wooden top. The lift top made more sense. Not sure why anyone would want a soft top coffee table? Why not just buy yourself an ottoman? Anyhow it showed up and is what we wanted and are please with it.
We scrubbed the internet looking for the best price on the Ashford collection, and Coleman had the best price, and shipping time. Furniture is high quality, could last 20-30 years, very well made! This is the place to stop and buy if your looking!
We just purchased our furniture w Coleman. Our first date of delivery never showed or called. For the rescheduled delivery a week later, I was not home and my husband didn't know the furniture was to be assembled. The men asked where to put the items and never asked him where to assemble the items. They dropped it off in the foyer and left. I saw the truck at the end of our street and called and they refused to come back and assemble the furniture. They ended up hanging up on me and never telling me when they would be back. My husband called a day later and still no straight answer on when they will come. The delivery company office is closed on weekends (even tried calling at 4:45pm Friday with no luck), so can't talk to them to get the guys back out to our house. They were rude and unhelpful obviously trying to avoid having to come back to assemble. I wouldn't order here if you want furniture assembly!
Our experience with Coleman has always been very rewarding. Goods are delivered in a timely fashion with accurate dates (most of the time early) and in perfect condition. The delivery teams are professional, knowledgable of the items and extremely courteous! Coleman continues to be our goto vendor!
It was so easy shopping with this company, I ordered my stuff, talked to them on the phone about my order and shipping, got my shipping call, and the furniture was here on time. It took the delivery company 5 minutes to deliver it. So easy.

I placed an order about 6 months ago and was told every month since I placed the order that my piece was being finished. 6 months later I get told the item is not in stock anymore. When I placed this order it was in stock according to website. They are not honest with customers

8 weeks for delivery - not so great! Granted we're in the midst of a pandemic, so I understand slower shipping, but 8 weeks? The biggest issue was that no one could explain to me why the purchase was made in NY, delivery was to PA, but delivery came out of NC?
The online ordering was easy and the white glove service was great. The furniture arrived in good condition and was a very good quality for the price. The protection plan was also included for free with my purchase which I thought was a nice feature as well.
The power recliner is nice but I do appreciate that we didn't need to take the matching couch and 2 seater in power as well. We live in a 110 year old home and the outlets to plug in things to this home are few and far in between. This way the other pieces that have no space for a plug don't need it. It's worth checking
this out if you need it as I noticed several of the ashley living room sets have power as an option, which means you can take it on some of the pieces only if you so choose. I had to call in to find that out but the sales rep explained it all to me.
On the website, the file cabinet was listed as $619. 00 but when I added it to the cart, it went up to $739. 00. Can I get the price that was stated on the website please? I tried calling but it was after hours and tried chat but didn't find the chat option. And it looked like the price was scheduled to go up in price tomorrow. I had used chat a few minutes before that regarding a desk. By the way, I need to get additional information on a desk. Thanks
I bought a bedroom set! It's all damaged! My time and space is wasted! Half of the parts are sitting in my bedroom wrapped in there dirty smelly clothes!
They said they would resolve the issue but they won't give a crap about my time space and filthy clothes sitting in my bedroom! They won't give me a discount, they won't take back the item unless I agree to pay 600 dolar shipping fee +15% cancellation feee
