The shipping was quick, and the product was packaged well. The table set I ordered is made of good quality material and sturdy. The shipper apologized that he couldn't do in-home setup as advertised due to the COVID-19 crisis, but the assembly instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the furniture will make it a great, long-lasting addition to my home.

I really never considered actually ordering online and really put it into froogle to see if I can get a better deal in another store. The best deals were online in the end of the day and I did save over $100 by doing that so I am glad I did search for it online.

I really appreciated all of the pictures of the couches. The spec diagram was really the most helpful in deciding to purchase. It would be good to include this diagram for all of the products. It made it easier to shop.

It was very good experience shopping online. I also called and spoke with Maxine who answered all the questions I had. She was pleasant, kind and very thorough. The ashley store only had the couch I wanted in brown but I googled it and found it in cream online and it was actually cheaper as well. Delivery guys actually brought it inside and unpacked it as well for me.

I called because I wanted only certain parts of a sectional and configured differently than was available on the website. I was sent a quote that had the items I wanted and I was able able to use that to checkout. Very helpful and handy.

What a night mare! Don't ever deal with this company! Terrible. Experience. Worst. Costumer service! We Try to cancel order. They still charge the credit company for the full amount for something we never receive 2.100.00 $ for something you don't have Now try to talk to a person, so they can make the REFUND to the Credit company. We have no purchase from them

This is my first order with Coleman Furniture. While I just hit the "submit" button, I was impressed with the cost of furniture compared to other retailers, the accessibility of financing through Affirm, and the included 5 year protection plan and deliver.

I'd recommend Coleman Furniture to anyone. I ordered a kitchen table from them for about 50% of the MSRP. I was skeptical, but the delivery was super fast and the product looked great - well worth the money spent! I thank you, Coleman Furniture!

I ordered a sectional couch on the 21st of September and didn't get it till mid November. When it arrived it was COVERED in saw dust. I vacuumed it for over an hour and the next day more SAW DUST had came to the surface of the couch. I have an infant and I can't let him on the couch without a blanket on it. I'm scared he will inhale the wood dust. Couch came with a strong woody odor too. I'm going to try baking soda to try to alieve some of the smell. The couch is very static's! Otherwise the couch is pretty comfortable but if I knew that it would be like this I would have spent more money and bought it somewhere else.

all good so far but your search engine wasn't all that good but I found what I was looking for. I just wish there was more details on some of your sizes when looking at sectionals the (W) wide measurement is misleading because it adds both sides together, just saying, have a good day.

When I ordered my new recliner from them they were upfront with how long it might take to receive. They emailed me after every step along the way. I received the chair 4 weeks after ordering it from them. Thanks.

I searched all over town for a couch and couldn't find something I liked and that was reasonably priced. A family member had purchased their couch from Coleman Furniture. I am glad I capitalized on the suggestion.

I got a mattress from Coleman Furniture. It's an Ashley Homestore mattress and I got it for cheaper than anywhere else, including Amazon. This is a great competitor to the bigger name brands in the furniture world.

This company is top notch. Everything was how it was stated it would be from ordering to delivery and set up. I ordered a large leather reclining sofa and a chair and a half recliner wich is also leather.
Very courteous delivery guys. Called every so often to let me know where they were so i didn't have to set and wait for them. Great Experience!

My overpriced dinning table arrive "damaged" months after the promised date. No costumer services skills. Still waiting for the table, they don't reply to your emails and request and the most rude unprofessional person on the phone. Avoid nightmares and don't buy anything from them

Jennifer Pascua was awesome. She answered all of my questions and concerns. It was late and I wanted to chat with my husband b/4 I made a decision. She said okay and sent me a quote. My experience with Coleman has been inspiring. Thank you, I just placed my order. I will donate my current sofa and loveseat. It is time for a new one after 14 years.

The lack of product dimensions online are a disappointment. I finally spoke with a rep from a different company who suggested using the standard dimensions of a king size mattress and adjusting from there. It would be helpful if all manufactureres provided exact specs of averall dimensions for furniture with each product as well as the ability to configure rooms based upon the overall size for ordering accuracy

I searched for a recliner on the Internet. There were a number of companies that had the model I was looking for but Coleman Furniture had the best price. I spoke to one of their representatives and placed the order on their website. From start to finish everything went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Coleman Furniture again in the future.

The Place Order page was a bit glitchy and slow. It wasould say "Processing Order..." but never went through. And I had to replace my credit card and billing information multiple times. Made me a bit nervous that they were charging me multiple times. But all in all, good experience. Custom service over the phone was nice and professional with any questions I had. But I preferred ordering online in the end.

Horrible way of doing business. The site say estimate 2-4 weeks delivery. Estimate time of delivery is false. It's more like 4-8weeks. Also beware that if you cancel you're order there's a restocking fee of 10% even though they're the one who didn't fulfill there end of the bargain. The delivery company that they sub contract "Renagade" is a joke! They called to let me know that they're going to deliver my furniture in 45 minutes, then called 30 minutes later and said that the driver notice that my furniture is damage. The first time they cancel my delivery, Coleman didn't even know they cancel my delivery. If you can order them directly from the manufacturer, you better off that way. It will get to you faster that this people would. The same price anyways if not cheaper.

These barstools are exactly like the picture. They seem pretty well made, they are quite lightweight, I like that the low back of the chairs doesn't show above the countertop. They arrived within a week & they were packaged extremely well. I liked how easy the packaging was to remove & Coleman Furniture had them reasonably priced compared to other places.
