I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Here's the story... I found an amazing sectional in a brick and mortar store, was determined to find it cheaper elsewhere, found it online on several sites (inc. Coleman) and spent a few days reading reviews prior to buying. I opted to buy from Coleman after a lot of consideration and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with that decision. The company was incredibly responsive via phone and email, delivered two weeks EARLY and was cheaper than anyone else I could find. Simply wow. An awesome experience and very happy customer that will now be singing their praises to all I know.
These barstools are exactly like the picture. They seem pretty well made, they are quite lightweight, I like that the low back of the chairs doesn't show above the countertop. They arrived within a week & they were packaged extremely well. I liked how easy the packaging was to remove & Coleman Furniture had them reasonably priced compared to other places.
I have ordered the furniture online with expectation and clear indication that it will be delivered in August 3rd week and Now we are on Sept 13th but still not received... No customer supoport. Dont know where my furniture is. Already paid the money. Its big mess
The overall shopping experience was Good, however furniture was damaged in several areas. I wasn't aware that furniture would come with scratches that seemed to be painted over and hidden. Love the bedroom set and quality of furniture just highly disappointed with the damages. There are several scratches on the headboard and on side of dresser.
I ordered my furniture for a great price on May 13. Even though the website listed and still does list the product as available to ship in 1 to 2 business days, I was emailed an expected shipping date of June the 12th. I wasn't happy, but no big deal. I have reached out to Coleman twice via email (no response) before finally calling today to be told that the new expected shipping date is now the 20th of June. They have never updated any information, contacted me, emailed me, etc. This is ridiculous. Nothing like having a table with no chairs to sit in. Spend more and buy somewhere else!
I actually used to work for a competitor website to Coleman Furniture. We used to do competitor price comparison, web traffic comparison, kept tabs on their feature changes, updates to policy, etc. So after I left that company and had to buy new furniture. (I bought the Stanwood Brown Leather Sofa by Amax), I KNEW Coleman was giving me a great price and would deliver the product in perfect condition within an expected time frame for something being white gloved from across the country.
Overall the experience was great. The product dimensions on site matched exactly, so delivery was easy to coordinate. I was able to get updates from Customer Service on shipping progress in a timely manner. Everything went smooth and hassle free. Couldn't ask for more.
Love my night stand. Great customer care and service at Coleman. Item arrived as pictured. Not happy with the carrier company the store used though. The delivery guys were wonderful- curteous, polite and careful once item was delivered. The carrier themselves, however, over booked the delivery. After giving me a date/time for me to be@ home, they called and said "sorry, we overbooked the sched- can u b home another day?" uuuggghhh! After a bit of fuss, it was delivered as originally arranged. Still, i would purchase from Coleman anytime.
Purchased a bedroom set, received it and dresser was cracked. Did not notice until delivery people left. Called company several times and got the run around. Finally after 2 weeks of calles I received a
VoicemailI offering $50 to me to get it repaired on my own! They refused to replace it even though they claim that you will be 100% satisfied! The delivery people were very unprofessional, I couldn't exspress concerns to them because they could not speak English. So I'm stuck with cracked dresser. Be sure not to sign anything until. You thoroughly inspect
We just moved into a new home and I bought us some new bar stools. Despite the measurements posted on the website, the bar stools that arrived to my home were counter height, not bar height. No big deal, submit them for a refund right? NOPE! First it took me 3 weeks to get a customer service person to tell me how to return them. Then I got to PAY for shipment at $165.00 plus tax for SHIPPING! It has now been 3 MONTHS, more than a dozen exchanges with the company, photos of the packaging, confirmation of shipment and still NO REFUND. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from making a purchase from Coleman Furniture. They now have roughly $1,000 of my money and no one there seems to have an ounce of integrity to set things right.
I like the items they offer and feel they have good prices. I am disappointed with the delivery person because I saw him drop my items from the bed of the truck (probably a 4ft drop) to the ground in the middle of my driveway. Before I could get outside he was gone. I haven't opened my items yet since we are in the middle of a remodel but I hope they are not damaged.
I have ordered multiple pieces of furniture for my various bedrooms over the years from Coleman Furniture and I have never been disappointed. The customer service is top notch and delivery is always super fast and free. Free Inhome setup is such a boon.
I spent over $700 on an entertainment set from Ashley with this company. They acknowledged my purchase and a week later I had to call them about delivery date. They stated it would be going out soon and it would take a few days after that for delivery. All over their site they advertise drlivery and set up so I thought they would be contacting me for set up. Nope Fedex delivered to my porch with no ptior warning in rainy weather. I called a out installation and was told wasn't covered. I paid Handy to come put together the set. It was defective. Now they are giving me a hard time about replacement. Just find anoyher place, not worth it.
The computer program itself is very glitchy and unpredictable. one click and you're sent back to the previous page and the items in your cart are gone. Overall, wonderful deals and promotions but the system has a few dinks that need to be fixed.
I ordered a new couch and I received one Friday May 12th and Monday May 15th noticed a torn seam and they said because at delivery, I did not make a note of damage that I cannot return. Come on you always find the problems after the delivery with any product. Coleman Furniture has lost my future business.

They take ALL your money BEFORE they don't deliver your furniture. 20 weeks in delay and counting, these guys do not do business with any sort of integrity whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. Any money you might save is NOT worth the hassle of dealing with these pricks.
The pantomine is great in that it can be set up in so many different configurations that you can literally have it fit any nice sized space in full. The setup we went with included chaises on both sides as we had many armless units between them.
All good- The first delivery individual was dishonest with your staff when he advised that using the second elevator in our building would take 30 minutes. The number 1 elevator was not operating so we advised to use the 2nd elevator. We spoke with the "company" staff on the phone and they advised that the delivery individual had been advised that the 2nd elevator was approved to use. He then turned right around and told us that the company had advised him not to use the 2nd elevator. He then left without any further attempt to deliver the entertainment center. That ended up costing us the additional delivery fee. The second delivery individuals were great.

I was looking for a RH cloud couch dupe for months and finally came across this couch. I was nervous as it's new to Coleman furniture and had no reviews at the time but I went for it, and AM SO HAPPY I DID! You seriously can't tell a difference, looks like the real deal but saved thousands $$$. The cushions are actually more full than the cloud couch and it doesn't look as sloppy. I'm so happy with this sectional!

I ordered a sectional with my debit card. So excited right. Wrong. They sent me an email that my order was cancelled. Due to none in inventory. But I checked my bank and thd charges were still there. So I called and they wouldn't release the charges. They said it was my bank? What. No it is a problem with not knowing your own inventory. The money was returned but customer service was lousy.

I love this shelf unit. It is incredibly heavy and well made. I saw a video tour of Edyta Sitar's sewing room and she had this shelf in it full of quilts, just like mine is now! I loved it when I saw it and hunted for two weeks to find it. I finally found the best price at Coleman Furniture and ordered it. It arrived two days ago and I am thrilled.

It was a good one.I know it is for advertising purposes,but I was a bit displeased with what I would consider deceptive advertising.Showing a fullset with a compelling price and leaving it up to the fine print to indicate that the price of the so-called set only included 2 of the 5 items in the picture.Would definitly call that distasteful.Aside from that,My experience has been positive.
Pricing is great, but I ordered a new bedroom set with multiple pieces. Got the bed, dresser and chest within a reasonable time frame but it's been 2 months since i ordered/paid for it all and I am still waiting on 2 nightstands and lingerie chest. When I placed the order, I was told that all items were in stock so not sure what happened. Not at all happy about the wait time (especially since they charged my credit card right right after I placed the order) but the furniture is great quality at a great price. I am beginning to wonder if I am ever actually going to receive the last 3 pieces to this bedroom set. I told them I didn't want any of it if I couldn't get all pieces... they assured me I would get it all. Jury is still out.

Crappy, defective product. Terrible delivey service. Customer service refused to replace or refund because we didnt see the problem at the time of delivey. If you dont write down the problem on the paperwork they wont help you. And they didnt give us paperwork to write it I on. Jerks! $2200 and 3 months of hassles for an entertainment center that is a piece of garbage!
