I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

I had found the bedroom set I wanted. I called a local furniture store who was advertising it on their website. They informed me that the set was discounted through the company and could no longer be received. But I had my heart set on it... I googled the bedroom set and Coleman furniture popped up. I wasnt sure what to expect ordering furniture online but it was super easy and convenient. On their website, they have step-by-step track and when to expect it. Youll also get a call from the shipping company to set up a time convenient for you to bring your furniture. They also have someone come in and set your furniture up for you so its hassle free. If I had any problems or questions a Coleman representive was able to help. I will be doing business in the future with them. Im now customer for life.
Delivery date was set and couch not delivered. Multiple phone calls made to both Coleman and delivery company with poor communication. Frustrating.

I love this entertainment center! It is perfect, installation was great.The guys were efficient and vey pleasant. This is my 2nd purchase from Coleman Furniture and both were very great experiences. The furniture is top of the line and very easy.

i tried to make this purchase with my apple card, and was charged but your website never processed and confirmed. i had to use a different card to buy the couch, and i now have been charged 2x for 1 couch
We wanted new outdoor furniture. It was easy to order and delivered quickly. It fit perfectly in our sunroom. The furniture is very well made and comfortable. We might make it our family room furniture and look for more Coleman furniture.

Delivery is still incomplete after 2 months - desk was rejected due to damage. Every week end in the past 3 weeks, a technician is supposed to perform the repairs but I am given the run around every week... STAY AWAY

Ordered by phone. Was told bed would not be charged to card until shipped. Card charged, no shipping information. Ordered bedding (comforter set) Would be nice to know what pieces come with the set; shams? bedskirt?
The last time I ordered the price didn't stay the same until the date in which is said it would be on sale. This time there were excuses on why an item couldn't be price matched. I added another table which is now discontinued. Why is it an option to select it?!

Great service and quality. This was my first time ordering furniture online and I was a little worried the quality wouldn't hold up but it was much better then expected. Service was great from pre-ordering process to the delivery of the furniture.

I found a bed and dresser that my son really liked. I looked at the reviews and thought it was a good product and probably will be delivered a little late because of the covid 19? I placed my order on the 21st of may. I just got an email saying it might ship on the 26th of July? Im not happy about this at all. I ordered this stuff because I need it. They didnt say it will be 2 month's before we will give you an estimated delivery date? I dont have the luxury of being able to wait months on end to get this stuff. I imagine if i call to complain they will say oh well its not our fault, theres nothing we can do. I could cancel the order and order from someone who would at least give an accurate delivery date. But that again would take more time. Im just really disappointed in this place.

I ordered the headboard, nightstand and bench, but the chest of drawers was out of stock. I had asked to be notified when this was back in stock. I never received a message, but found it was again available when I took the time to look again.
The palladum line was brand new in store and we went to check out prices online and know it must be brand new and not used as it was a new line (that month rolled out). Anyhow got it for only 3/4 the price of the store.

I purchased a wall unit for my home for $1,049 on 12/16/22, was delivered 2/15/23, and currently selling for $479! The shipping company was an absolute nightmare, and come to find out so is Coleman Furniture. The delivery company damaged my wall when delivering my furniture after arriving two weeks late and in the middle of my workday. The was poorly constructed and of extremely cheap material. The side pillars and top shelf to dot even connect to the tv stand or stand up straight. The delivery company damaged a section of the PARTICLEBOARD when putting a shelf on it and hid it. When I contacted the company to return, they charge 15% plus $738 in delivery fees! If you complain, they'll edit their website to fit their narrative. This company is conducting poor and deceptive business practices, and I would advise any potential buyer to stay away from this online retailer! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money and time. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I've been looking for a couple of nice leather recliners for our home in Palm Springs and found them on Coleman's Furniture Web site. I hope the live up to my expectations!
I was disappointed that I bought these chairs when they were on sale, saved $350 a chair. Before the chairs we're delivered they were reduced another $350 per chair! Apparently the SALE advertised price I paid wasn't a sale after all!
Product appears to be well built at a fair price. We'll see how the product holds up once it's delivered! I'm very Leary of buying a chair of the Internet that I haven't had the opportunity to sit on!
I love the couch, I do wish the overall height of the couch to include the back and arms were four inches higher. But love the size and the 'cloud' ness.
The delivery was a nightmare. They gave me 12 hours notice of delivery. I called to reschedule as I'm in the Army and I cannot take off with such short notice. I was told they couldn't give me more than 12-hours notice but would deliver the following.
The following day, the couch was delivered and left in the lobby of my condominium building. 6 MASSIVE BOXES left for ME to move up 5 flights, unpack assemble, and dispose of. Not sure why I even paid for shipping and handling!
I recommend Coleman Furniture find a different delivery company in the DC, VA and MD area. I would not purchase again as I'd hate to have to deal with mess again.

We just got a monster sized sectional. This thing is an absolute beast. We wanted to order it online as we find the free setup service to be very handy considering the size of this order. We ordered LAF and RAF recliners, 2 armless recliners, 1 armless chair, 2 consoles and the wedge. We are in love with it and these delivery guys worked hard to please and make sure it was setup exactly how we would want it positioned perfectly evenly in front of the TV. I would never have been able to deal with this if I would have to assemble it myself.
I ordered a desk and file for my office back in May. I received updates every month with no change in delivery date. Each month it says it will ship in 7 to 8 weeks. Sometimes it will say it will ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Sometimes it'll say it will ship in 5 to 6 weeks. It's October and I still have not received my desk and file cabinet. No one can give me an actual confirm shipping date because it's up to the manufacturer. Who orders office furniture and is okay with waiting over 6 months to receive it? This is a bunch of b*******. I can't get any straight answers from anybody. Even with the covid b******* going on there is no way it should still take 6 months for a damn desk and file cabinet to arrive. Will never order from here again. Will likely be canceling my order because I need my desk damn it and I can't get any solid answer on when I will receive it.
I ordered a bed and a dresser. I did need to call the company to get the cheaper set price as the website didn't offer me it being that I wasn't taking the nightstand, but they were able to accommodate me over the phone. So my end result is a good one.
