I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

I ordered a desk and file for my office back in May. I received updates every month with no change in delivery date. Each month it says it will ship in 7 to 8 weeks. Sometimes it will say it will ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Sometimes it'll say it will ship in 5 to 6 weeks. It's October and I still have not received my desk and file cabinet. No one can give me an actual confirm shipping date because it's up to the manufacturer. Who orders office furniture and is okay with waiting over 6 months to receive it? This is a bunch of b*******. I can't get any straight answers from anybody. Even with the covid b******* going on there is no way it should still take 6 months for a damn desk and file cabinet to arrive. Will never order from here again. Will likely be canceling my order because I need my desk damn it and I can't get any solid answer on when I will receive it.

I was very impressed with the delivery of my desk. The order came quickly. At first I wasn't sure if I got the desk I ordered. The picture online looked like there was roping around the edge of the desk but it was more of a bevel edge. I was a bit disappointed but I still liked it and it works in my space. There were a couple of very minor dings but not enough to bother me. The piece is very sturdy and easy to assemble. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I am very pleased with my product. However dealing with customer service is a big issue sales representative are confused and rude. Jack C. And Veronica P are correct in there reviews. I have called about 10 times maybe not only for updates on my order but only to be as they argued me down about a hundred dollar discount for errors they made to my first intial order which was called along with the first contract for $99 because that order was of a lesser value. I've tried to be polite the first 7 times. The warranty sent to me a warranty stating I paid $0 for $2356. 00 I paid $2526. 81 plus another $138 for the warranty. My only request was my contract to be updated and corrected. In the received t I need to use it. I have been calling for a week now. Also the contract clearly states these details are pertinent to and issues that may arise in the future. To think I was going to spend another 2k with this for a dinning set I think not company the customer service has turned me off!

I called and spoke with a representative about the coloring on the couch I wanted to order. He assured me he would call me back, but I never heard from him. I was worried the sale on the couch would expire tomorrow and I would miss out on the deal. I am taking my chances on the color of the denim in order to get the best pricing.

Very bad. Furniture took 2 weeks to ship, then arrived damaged, now company won't accept it back and instead wants me to wait 2 more weeks for replacement parts to ship and expects me to disassemble the product and replace the damaged parts myself!

We ordered our whole bedroom furniture on line. We never did this before and was a little leary. They said it would be the write glove treatment. When we got our furniture it was the white glove treatment and more. The guys brought the furniture upstairs put it together. They were so careful with each piece. They were really nice. They even helped us move a piece out of our room I couldn't lift. That was definitely the white glove treatment. The furniture was so spectacular it was more beautiful in person. I am so happy we chose Colemen Furniture. I will order from them always and I'll tell all my friends and family.

I purchase 2 sets of sofa furniture however; they arrived late and it's was demaged on side of sofa. I contacted the Coleman furniture immediately as well as my credit card's company. They are not willing to fix the problem so I decided to refund my money and returned my sofas however; they indicated that I am NOT allow to returning. All the reader out there, please DO NOT SHOW for this company. They are liar, dishonest and not trust worthy! Yes, the furniture are cheap deal however; it's a rip off!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS FURNITURE'S STORE

We ordered a recliner chair and we are very happy with our experience with Coleman. They informed us when it was shipped and approximate delivery time and what to expect. Our recliner arrirved in excellent condition and we had a very nice driver & set up person from the company. We would not hesitate to order from them again... Thank you Coleman. We are very pleased with our chair!

My only complaint about the website is that sometimes it is not possible to zoom in on the merchandise to see the details. On occasion, I had to view the item at another vendor's website to obtain the additional view or product specification I couldn't see at the Coleman site.

Seemed like a great deal. I ordered a furniture set: couch, loveseat and recliner chair with a protection plan. Prices good, delivery on time... but the evening of delivery, noticed the loveseat wasn't reclining properly. Turned it upside down and noticed some bolts and caps were missing. Tried for months to deal with the company for missing parts, sending pictures and details and got terrible customer service. I was reminded several times that I signed off on the delivery slip but really, who expects a customer to turn a heavy couch upside down and identify missing bolts upon delivery? I only wanted the parts needed to make the loveseat usable. I would never deal with this company again and the protection plan is evidently not worth anything.

I would recommend the capote set if you are looking for a sectional that you want for home theater seating. The console options on the loveseat make it a perfect option where you can really make it the size you want.

We bought a couple batteries for our couch and love seat for the recliner chairs. One battery works great, but the other battery only lasted 2-3 days and they won't replace it. This is their reply...

We reached out to the manufacturer and they advised that the issue is not a manufacturer's defect, hence the claim has been denied.

Given that the items that your recliners has USB ports the power packs still uses its energy hence the 2-3 days use is normal.

We weren't even using the USB ports and yet the other battery does work. Not great customer service and they blame the manufacturer even though the battery has Coleman's name on it on their website.

User friendly best describes your site. Suggestion, when you have a furniture collection in your cart you should be able to edit the collection instead if having to delete and reget the collection and pieces you wanted to leave in the cart minus the ones you wanted removed.

I ordered a sofa February 8th of this year. I still have yet to receive it (today is June 1st). And I still have not gotten a definite answer of when we will actually receive it.
I called before I even placed the order and asked how long it would be before we received delivery. I was told 8 wks. I figured that was fine and decided to order it.
I was just told today it wouldn't even ship out to my local delivery company until 06/09. And we were just told a couple of weeks ago that it was supposed to be ready and shipped 05/26.
I wouldn't have had such a problem waiting if they were upfront and honest from the beginning that it would be 4+ months.
Beyond aggravated. I will absolutely never purchase anything here again. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Despite my negative experience with my sofa customer service does respond very quickly.

Do NOT buy Catnapper Furniture from Coleman. The lift chair I bought a lift chair for almost $1000 based on Coleman Sales confirming that it had a warranty. The chair broke in less than a year. The best the warranty department offers is to find someone yourself to fix the chair, provided it is $125 or less and then they will SUPPOSEDLY reimburse the repair costs. The likelihood of a repair service making a house call for $125 is unlikely. So now we are stuck with an expensive chair that does not work properly.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy Catnapper furniture.

PLEASE I am warning you, DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a bed from them and it's been over 2 months and I have not received the merchandise. Now, they have told me that it has been damaged AGAIN, so it will take another month. It's NO trying to please the customer or offer anything for such an inconvenience. I've asked to cancel the purchase but I has told that they will change me a Cancellation fee: $115.80... I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. This should not be acceptable! I am warning you

Yes I received my new Blanket Rack yesterday and I'm very pleased with both the order and the service provided by Mazel tov furniture. I will definitely use Mazel tov furniture again and recommend them to all friends that are looking for new furniture.

We were in the process of building a new home and decided there was no better time to start fresh on all of our furnishings. We shopped everywhere, from local retailers to local boutiques to online but couldn't find the perfect bedroom set and barstools.

Luckily late one night we happened upon Coleman and found everything we wanted and they were having a great sale! So we took some screenshots and planned on contacting them and purchasing everything the next day. Unfortunately the sale ended and the price had gone up... considerably.

We chatted with a rep there and he did some work and honored the sale and got us everything we wanted!

Couldnt be happier and the furniture is perfect!

I didn't want the sectional as pictured and almost went and bought it for more somewhere else that showed it pictured as I wanted. Using some common sense I chatted online and asked if I can set it up as I wanted it. The chat rep was helpful and showed me how they did in fact offer that configuration on the website. I'm glad I had common sense to do that. I would only suggest that coleman writes something to day that they can change sectionals or similar verbage.
