Coleman gets some bad reviews but in my experience none of what people complain about was true. I got my couch much earlier than what I was conditioned to expect, it came in perfect condition and the delivery men quickly got it into my house without hitting a single wall door,door way, floor etc They were fast, polite and well spoken.
Recently purchased the Cali pearl performance modular sectional a month and a half ago. The sectional looks nice but the comfort is definitely lacking. I bought it because I've seen a few reviews but sad to say they were off. The cushions get flat and thin and they're just not comfortable to lounge in. Now I know to test a product before purchasing.
I loved every item I purchased from Coleman's! One thing I didn't like was that when I ordered multiple items, they gave me estimated times of 1 week to 5 weeks for delivery for various items. They did not disclose that none of the furniture would be delivered until the date of the latest piece. If I had known that, I would have ordered my couches somewhere else rather than waiting 5 weeks for something to sit on!
Response time was excellent. One specific response when I called was rude. Otherwise, email response times and communications were excellent
Great reviews and longevity of business
The delivery guys were great. I didn't make them set up much due to not using all furniture right away as it is for a toddler. I tipped and they left. I am 8.5 months pregnant and was chasing a toddler morning of delivery so I did not noticed a few chips in furniture. My husband noticed when he got home so When I reached back out the same day, they told me there was nothing they could do. They offered me to hire someone to fix or $75 refund. I finally spoke to someone and then they offered me $100. I am still not super impressed by their response but I guess it was better than nothing. The furniture also has a really intense smell I haven't had my toddler even sleep in his room for the past week due to the smell.

We have bought 2 couches previously.
The folks who delivered the table and put it together did not tighten any of the nuts and bolts on it at all. The table wobbled a bunch until I got my tools and tightened everything. I find that a little bit unnecessary
After waiting past six weeks for a bed delivery was exceptional.

Vouch showed up missing a back pillow. It took 3 separate shipments to get the pillow and all the batting necessary to make it the right shape and firmness. This is more on the company who made the couch than Coleman furniture.

Unfortunately it was damaged by the White Glove delivery. They sent a furniture doctor to repair it and you can still see where it was damaged. I except the way it is. Accidents happen. I would still purchase from Coleman.

The movers were so great and did and everything and more to make sure my couch was placed exactly where it needed to be. I suggest for next time, the movers bring shoe covers, everything in my apartment is white, including the rug and they were stepping all over it with their shoes from outside without covers. Nonetheless, they were really respectful and helpful. I am in love with my couch, it's so hard to leave it once I'm on it!

Furniture was received initially damaged but after contacting Coleman furniture to address the damages and replace the furniture and was good in the end. Coleman delivered on their promises thanks to the representative I worked with his name was Jomer.
Jomer did great and followed through on his promises.
The funiture style
The bed is beautiful and as pictured, the only issue I had was with the quality of the metal support beam that goes down the center of the bed. It was slightly warped (best way i can describe it) throwing off the alignment of the screw holes to the head and foot board. There are a couple screws I couldn't screw in a 100% and I feel there shouldn't have been an issue like this for the price I paid. Customer experience was excellent and very informative.
This is the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on. We have now purchased two we love them so much. The color matches everything perfectly!

I was looking for a sectional that could fit a bunch of people in a relatively small space and found the perfect couch! The seats are super deep and the chaise is huge. I can fit 5 people comfortably on this really cozy couch.

Everything was easy from purchasing to update emails to delivery scheduling and white glove delivery made it extremely easy for us. We love our new couch.
I called Coleman Furniture before placing my order to may sure it would arrive and receive the white glove service before I had to leave for my granddaughter graduation on 5-22-24. The gentleman told me if I placed my order that day then I would receive it in 3 weeks, so I placed the order on 4-11-24.
I received a message that they received the order, then the next day I received a payment message it was received. I was told I would receive updates on my order.
On 4-17-24 I received a message that it had shipped, but that was the last time I heard from them about my order.
On April 30,2024 I sent an email to Coleman Furniture about my order and received an reply back from Mik Miranda customer service@ *******110 that he/she would check to see where my order was and I was given a case ID #: CS-*******. Then I received a message that the furniture would arrive at the local facility next week, be inspected by them, then they would notify me of a delivery date that was it.
On May 7,2024 I acontacted Coleman Furniture again, because I never heard back from anyone about my delivery date. I spoke to Melissa B customer service at *******184. She told me that they expected my order to be delivered to the MI warehouse between 5-13 & 5-14-2024. Melissa B told me she would keep me updated.and call me back the following Tuesday.
On May 10,2024 I received a text from Team Clark's White Glove delivery that they would deliver my furniture on May, 17,2024 order #: *******2252.
They would contact me within 24 hours of delivery with the time. My Renegade Order # is (*******).
5-16-24 I received a text that my delivery time frame was 9:30am - 11:30am on 5-17-24.
There are several scratches on the entertainment center and in the bridge section on two different sides the screws went through the wrong places and broke or chipped the inside of the wood at the top and can be seen sticking out at the bridge top inside space. I was told that I would be called to setup a date and someone could come out to repair these damaged places on the entertainment center.
I am out of state until 6-14-24.

Melissa B did contact me back through text and voice mail.on my order and told me to let her know if there was anything else I needed help with.
Melissa B found out that my furniture had been left sitting in a warehouse in Ohio and never delivered to the Detroit MI facility causing the delivery delay. No one followed through on the delivery after 4-30-24.
It had the entertainment center I wanted for storage and space for the size TV I bought, plus the white glove setup.
Other companies don't offer the white glove setup, the just ship you the furniture and expect the customer to be able to lift and put together something this large.
Young people are not buying entertainment centers, older people are still buying them because most older people are still living in smaller homes and need extra storage on their furniture pieces. $400,000 or up in prices homes don't need that extra storage. They hang all their TV's on the wall.and have storage with built-in bookcases, etc.q.
