I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
I bought a sofa on Coleman's website about 1 month ago (I still haven't received it). I received 1 email with the deadline of the 20th of August, and now I received another one from the 25th of August, that is, until when will they change? Do i buy another sofa elsewhere or wait?

I was looking for a table that kept getting back ordered. I spoke with customer service and they gave me estimated shipping date. Product was sent on time. Good overall experience
I brought 4 chairs at cost of 2k total. Great quality I wished I'd brought them from the maker TOV vs purchasing them from Colmans. Once you place your order and PAY, you have to wait weeks to get a proposed delivery date. Once you get a delivery date (through a 3rd party) you get complete run-around, chasing your items. The delivery company that Colman used doesn't give you accurate delivery information or date. It was extremely frustrating. I finally received my items and they were of great quality but I will NEVER order from Colman's again.

I am purchasing an Ashley living room set that I first saw on the Coleman site - it was easy to view the pieces, read about the product and create a cart. I then stopped by an Ashley Home Store to see the furniture and compare pricing - I love the furniture, but Coleman's price was about 30% less than Ashley. In addition, the furniture delivery quote from Ashley was 3-6 weeks, Coleman is estimating 1-4 weeks.
We had our couch delivered today after a long wait due to COVID. We were so excited to get our couch but it wouldn't fit through our small doorways! The delivers never gave up and we got our new couch through the doors. Amazing service, thank you so much!
Horrible horrible experience thus far. The ordering was simple enough but the delivery company is really make me think of cancelling this whole order at the moment. They only delivered 2 of my 3 pieces of couch and assembled it the wrong orientation due to that. The delivery man spoke 0 English so couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him so he returned the piece. Come to find out he had to 3rd piece on the truck but whoops never brought it in. He knew just enough English to curse multiple times.
I called and complained and guess what it went together correctly at their wear house since they then realized they had all 3 pieces. I got a call back from coleman not with an apology BUT telling me i had to pay 150 extra for redelivery. Which I said no and that they would have to resend the same delivery man who was cursing me out. Very upset at the moment. Not good customer resolution at all.
I fell in love with the counter stools I saw through a google search, something I've never done before but I found the company's service to be great and their shipping time to be excellent- everything in Wayfair was out of stack and not at nice.
From checkout to delivery, having each step carefully instructed helped make our experience run smoothly. Our furniture arrived within 3 weeks of ordering and we love our couch!

Our sectional is now here and I'm sitting on it now. We ordered a power recliner chair to go next to it but we opted for the regular sectional. We only had one wall plug in the living room and it's a pity I couldn't work the sectional on that side of the room because the power function is awesome.
Coleman furniture sells items for a cheaper price than the warehouses, the item and quality will be the same but the price is lot cheaper with Coleman, I strongly suggest people comparing price with Coleman furniture before buying it from some other place.

Delivery of the furniture inside the house could have been better.
Coleman's 1st delivery team failed to get my furniture inside my home. Initially I was disappointed then later very upset as Coleman's return policies are outrageous! But having taken prior measurements I knew my sectional sofa would fit & requested my furniture to be redelivered & had a Couch Doctor come just in case to dismantle the furniture if it didn't fit. #Couch Doctors aren't cheap & this one drove out-of-state to my home. The 2nd delivery team/crew managed to get the bigger of the two sectionals into my home with no trouble.
I ordered a sofa, love seat, and recliner from Coleman furniture. It took me 6 weeks to receive it. And when I did receive it it was 2:00 am on a Sunday night. I had the furniture less than 6 weeks when the loveseat recliner would no longer latch. I contacted coleman and was told that I would have to have it fixed( out of my picket) and if it was approved by their warranty team I would be reimbursed. The piece of furniture is literally falling apart. The nails that hold it together are exposed. I would not reccomend anyone shopping at Coleman furniture on line.
I placed 3 orders on June 29th for my company, today is July 23rd and still not one items arrived from my orders. I keep receiving these order updates with no details. Now, I have one that says 10 weeks before items are delivered. Seriously! I am right here in Virginia and you have warehouse sites all around me. The items said available on your site when I purchased. If l knew it would take that long l would have just go to a local store for my items. Very unhappy customer so far, l doubt l will come back since delivery is a quarterly thing for you guys. Shame! Order #: *******

Coleman Furniture services suck! They are horrible and useless! I ordered a furniture from them for over 3 months now and I have not received it. CRAZY! I have a house with no couch!
I get updates with different timelines that doesn't even make sense. 1 day the ETA is 2-3wks and then I get another update with ETA 7-8weeks!
I am officially done with them! USELESS!

For my team step daughter, I paid for things from 2 vendors. Wayfair and the criminal Coleman. It was supposed to be shipped to her. Covid came and they had to move. The new address did not allow the product to be used. Wayfair WAS GREAT they took it back. Coleman - I thought delivered it and wouldn't take it back. After months of fighting with them and Bank of America I found out it was never received. Their POD was signed by someone never heard of. BOA said my dispute was with them and refused to return my money. Coleman was unbelievably horrible and didn't care thet we didn't receive the product. So I lost nearly $2000 stay away from these crooks.

We found a clearance floor model of a perfect wine cabinet but didn't buy it right away as we wanted to go home and measure. Once we did we came back to buy it but someone had beaten us to it. We were so dissapointed but the store gave us the model number to see if anyone else had it. We searched online and found it here and we called them. They didn't have it but checked and the manufacturer said they still had a few available. Not wanting more dissapointment we ordered on the spot and are really happy with it.
Bought a bed from Coleman and within 2 weeks it fell apart. Tried to get my money back and they refused. Waited for 5 months before they finally sent me new parts that I can fix my bed.
I found a great Ashley Furniture Brioni Nuvella Sectional while at a local furniture store. I found it cheaper on Coleman Furniture... about $300 cheaper with free delivery and set up included. I loved the couch and wanted to save a bit of money so I decided to go with Coleman even though I have read mixed reviews on the company. I had NO issues with my purchase and the couch came sooner than I had expected. I am very pleased with my experience with this company over all and I will use them again in the future if I ever buy more furniture :)
