I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
I placed the order for my sofa set September 3rd. The email I received said most orders are delivered in 2-4 weeks, so I figured I would have it way before the holidays.
Two weeks after placing my order, on Sept. 17th, I received an email stating it would be 8-9 weeks before my furniture would be delivered. Unbelievable. If I had known it would take that long I would never have ordered from this company.
It is Nov. 26th now and I have not received a thing. I called and they sent me a number to contact the third party delivery company. Call the delivery company and it turns out they have had my sofa since the 7th of November. I never received a call or anything about it.
The delivery company still doesn't expect to deliver until next week, so it will have been 13 weeks since I placed my order. Hopefully. If it ever arrives. I will never order from this company again and I suggest you don't either unless you want to wait months for it to arrive.
This is a very nice piece. Bought to go with a Crate and Barrel live edge Yukon dining table since they didn't have one. This came extremely well packed. Very impressed with that. Order #*******.
We bought a sectional and bedroom outfit from Coleman Furniture delivered on 6/21/2019 and bedroom outfit had knicks in it. Delivery guys took pictures and filled out report. Coleman said they never got report. The sectional where the chaise part of it connects too the loveseat part of it connects the wood pushed through frame and tore material covering frame. Coleman said that is not a manufacturer defect so wouldn't cover it. We paid over $6,000 for the bedroom outfit and sectional and bought a warranty they don't honor. The furniture is 17 months old and I will never buy from them again, they have cheap furniture and don't honor their warranties.
I was looking for a coffee table that would blend with the other furniture in my living room. After looking at various online vendors, I thought I had found the perfect table at Coleman Furniture based on the photos and description on their web site. When the table arrived, as soon as we opened the box, it was evident that what I received was a completely different color than what I ordered. The web site shows the item, as well as the entire collection, in a light to medium brown but the table I received had almost an espresso finish. When I called them to arrange the return, I was shocked that they would not pay for return shipping, which from my location was going to cost me over $200! I even asked if they would pay for the shipping (they get deep discounts from Fed Ex) then deduct it from my refund. They refused. This is a terrible company to deal with. Not only are their products misrepresented on their web site but they don't' provide even a minimum of customer service to correct their mistakes! I will never shop with them again.
It took me a year of researching and what seemed like an endless search for comfort and quality without an out of this world price tag. Extremely nervous about making an online purchase without having the ability to sit on a couch and truly evaluate its comfort level, I took a chance and ordered the Cali and I am so glad that I did! This is hands down, THE BEST couch for the money. It's so comfy and it will elevate the aesthetic of any room! I'm now convinced I will never buy any other. My ONLY complaint and it's not really a complaint, rather an observation, is that the new couch came with a funky smell that I've been trying to eliminate with some smell good spray. I'm hoping this will dissipate soon. Other than that, the couch is perfect and their customer service is outstanding, very quick to respond to inquiries. (Also, when the product says it will ship in 2-4 weeks, expect that to mean closer to 10 weeks. The 2-4 weeks only means that the product will leave one location to be sent to another, before being sent to your home).
The furniture arrived in a timely manner and looks exactly as it did on the website. Not only beautiful, it also very comfortable. Would purchase gladly purchase from Coleman again!
I had ordered a master bed set for my house in March. The set was said to arrive within 8 weeks. The first estimate comes in via email saying May. What's the problem? I got an update every two weeks with the new estimate. Every two weeks pass, a new update with a date that shifts around a dramatic amount. When it became May, suddenly the estimate was June. Then it was July, August, September, October, November... Why am I waiting for 8 months for an item that at most should have taken 8 weeks!?!? I felt lied to and deceived... and no this was not during the pandemic. I got sick and tired of waiting... but I hoped after 8 months the product would arrive. It came to their warehouses damaged! Oh boy! I get to wait even more time! So I decided to cancel and get something else... and I got charged $500 for cancelling! $500 for 8 months of grief and pain? Gee, thanks.
Make sure when you order that what you're getting is in the country. These guys could not give a decent eta to save their lives. Who knows when they would actually get their items. Save yourself the time and pain.

We ordered a outdoor sectional that was delivered on 6/10/2021. We discovered 2 hours after delivery that one of the pieces was damaged. The delivery people opened the box with a box cutter. We discovered three pieces of cut wicker that they had thrown into flower bed next to the sectional. When we signed for the order the delivery people just said " sign here" not telling us once we signed we have no recourse. We called Colemans Furniture the next day and were told that once we sign they can't do much. Their solution was to send us some wicker pieces that we could glue on. This is not acceptable as we did not buy a used sectional. I have called and left 3 messages for our account rep with no return call. We are very disappointed with the level of service and follow up. We have ordered items in the past from them and never had a problem until now. Please do the right thing and send us a new replacement piece that is not damaged. 6/28/2021. They finally called and addressed my concerns. They are acting like they're doing me a favor sending me the 4 additional pillows that were supposed to come with the sectional. As for the damage they basically told me I had to live with it. The sectional was $2,100.00 they offered me a credit of only $75.00. I told them to keep it because it looks like they need the money more than I do. You have lost a customer for life. I would advise Colemans customers to check your items for damage before you sign. Once you accept it they tell there is very little they can do.

Coleman shipped my couch by Fedex, which was a disaster. Seven phonecalls to Fedex and they delivered it to the wrong building.
When I had originally placed my order for the Regent Park Pewter Sectional, I was told the estimate for delivery would be ~9 weeks. My couch was delivered in 3 weeks, which was exciting news!
Now I understand that may not be 100% Coleman Furniture overseeing as I'm sure there are other factors in play to that, but Coleman Furniture frequently emailed me about every week with updates - I say that's amazing quality service!
Not to mention that the company that delivered my couch, not only brought it upstairs in my apartment, but even put the couch together by drilling all the feet to each section and then snapping the couch pieces together and adding all the pillows. Delivery team was great and cleaned up all the packaging that was left over.
The sectional is super comfy and I love the deep seats (one of its selling factors besides the super soft pewter fabric texture).
All in all, great service and I would order from Coleman Furniture again, especially since their prices are much more affordable than looking for the same items elsewhere.

Shipment went out right away and received my item very fast. One of my chairs broke and I was looking for an exact replacement. Now I have an extra in case it happens again.
I received furniture with a TERRIBLE PAINT JOB. It was not delivered at the time scheduled,, so when out of no where we get a call that it is on the way in the delivery truck I had to call my family member to let them in the house to deliver and set up. Two days later when we called to report the problem we were told that because it was not noticed at the time of delivery we are stuck with it! We got ripped off!
I never write reviews. I ordered the eris ii dining set on May 24th and I still haven't received it. Called the beginning of July and was told August 9th. Called today twice and my number was blocked. Called from a diff number and the rep said we just recd notification that the date is now in October. Asked for mgr and she transferred me to another rep. Aside from that the reps were very polite. Finally spoke to a manager and she supposedly called the manufacturer who said they are not even sure they could meet the October date. I don't know if it's Coleman or the manufacturer. I cancelled the order. Very disappointed.

Ordered furniture for $3200, and it did not show up even after 31 days of charging the credit card. Left hand does not know what right hand is doing in this company or delivery agency.

It was pretty good. Would have liked to set a delivery date our until October but the chat person was not sure that could be done. I wanted to get this sale price.
I bought 2 nightstands from them that came preassembled. They were put together as cheaply as possible. They didn't use screws but staples to keep pieces of wood together. I exchanged one for a new one after it cracked. The new one had the drawer slides cracked and outside of the drawer. I asked to return both of them and they told me that because I did not have the original box, I could not return it. They then took two days to give me an offer of a $15 store credit on their website for each nightstand if I kept it. I started a credit card dispute and they offered me a $100 credit. I looked at the nightstand that I had for 3 weeks and it already developing 2 large cracks and will start falling apart soon. Avoid them at all costs!
