They do not handle defective issues or returns well! Their Customer Service is Terrible! They will give you the run around hoping you give up! Bought a bedroom Chess beginning of September now it's end of November with 26 emails later, 2 service calls to my house, phone calls later we are upset the drawers still aren't right! They don't care. Got ur money and that's that! Will never again--

website was a little non responsive. in the dev tools i got a lot of faulty api calls and such with some 503 server errors. other than some that, it was pretty good. thats why only 4 out of 5 stars.

Nice selection, good prices. Wish there was more clarity on the shipping dates and better description on the specifics of bed set (e.g. mattress type required, slats, middle footing)

Sales lady was very helpful with my purchase. They keep you posted from the time it leaves the warehouse, to the delivery company then to your home. Beautiful furniture.

We purchased a Boca Corner Bookcase Unit. Service during the purchasing phase was great. The unit arrived and our 'white glove' delivery/installation was a disaster. They had no idea what they were doing and asked to see a picture. Once the got started things seemed ok, however after they left we found that less than half the bolts, non of the screws were used in the installation. They also did not instal the decorative components. They rushed around once it was set up cleaning up and had me sign a form that it had been delivered (and everything was present/we we satisfied). My mistake not reading every word carefully. Once they left and we started to really look we realized the problems. I called Coleman the next day and was told sorry our problem since we signed the form. They then said that they would try to help, but not because they had to... and the free 5 years of insurance that doesn't cover this! I then exchanged numerous emails with pictures and little happened. I finally called the manufacturer directly and about a week later all the parts arrived in the mail. It took me about 2 hours to take everything apart and put it back together correctly. The piece looks great. However, I will never use Coleman again. A very bad experience!

I just got this website by looking at many different sites for outdoor furniture and was not able to locate anything that is modern and in the good price. I hope I didn't choose wrong.

LOVE this piece! It took a little longer than I would have like but was well worth the wait. I did appreciate being kept in the loop with emails indicating the status of my shipment.

Furniture delivered as said quality merchandise same as I saw in the store at a great price said it would take four weeks to deliver and it only took three very happy with my purchase.

Horrible experience delivery takes more than 5 weeks and then they call and say sorry your part didn't pass inspection and will order replacement. Something wrong with them.

Did want the loveseat for the damacio but i didn't want 2 sofas. I found out it was cheaper when you buy a sofa and loveseat set so I called the number on the website and the sales repgot me setup with 2 sofas as considered a set. This was cheaper that I was able to get it myself online.

Im a busy mom and just don't have the time or energy to walk through a huge furniture store. This was so easy and delivery and set up are done for me too!?! Perfect!

This bed is rather ostentatious but I love its velvet and jewels. Fit for a queen such as myself. It's very sturdy and won't move across the floor when the king comes to visit.
