I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

PRICE: I found the Deznee bookcase on another site and did a search which returned a better price at Coleman Furniture.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The site was rejecting my credit card so I phoned and reached a call center who could not help, but transferred me a local customer service rep who immediately found my order in system and processed payment very quickly and efficiently.
DELIVERY: Estimated delivery was 5 - 6 days, which is fast for furniture, and it arrived in less than 3 days! I place order Monday night and it was delivered Thursday afternoon. I was surprised and delighted.
QUALITY: I have assembled one of two bookcases that I purchased. It is as pictured, good quality, no assembly pieces missing.

Tip for consumers:
If you need to speak with customer service and call center can't help you ask to speak with local customer service and they will connect you to someone who can help.

After purchasing a dining table from another company 9 months ago, and dealing with them pushing the delivery back yet another 7 months, I finally cancelled that order and bought a dining table from Coleman Furniture. I have purchased from them before and had a very positive experience. It's been very challenging to find a table that is 120" long and doesn't have a lead time of 6-12 months. Found one on Coleman Furniture's website with a 7-8 week lead time. The table was delivered in 4 weeks…a whole month early! As someone who has furnished a whole house over the last several months, I can assure you that never happens with all the "supply chain issues" we have been dealing with the last two years. Coleman kept me informed of the delivery every step of the way. The delivery crew was very professional, friendly, and came right on time. They had no issues brining they table upstairs and putting it together. The table received was exactly how it was described on the website. Will definitely go to Coleman for future furniture purchases. They have a lot of the same items as popular brand furniture stores, but without the ridiculous shipping charges. Their pricing is better as well. So happy to finally have a dining table and very happy with this purchase. Order *******.

The counter height Magnolia chairs shipped in just a few days, were excellent quality, and look great in our kitchen. Shopped quite a bit and Coleman was by far the lowest price that included free shipping to WISCONSIN.

The reclining loveseat of damicio has theis built in cupholder set that basically makes it perfect for setting up in front of the TV. The rep did tell me it was offered cheaper in the manual reclining mode which I had not known and we actually winded up purchasing.

We purchased a king size sleigh bed from Coleman. Each rail, as typical, has a metal bracket that hooks over two bolts on the footboard/headboard end. Unfortunately, this metal bracket is only held in place with the rail by four very small (less than 1/2") screws. The second time I laid down on the bed (gently, I'm 65!), the rail ripped off the metal bracket. We contacted them the next day and they had us take pictures of it and send in a warranty claim. Two days later, it happened to the other side. They will not return the bed... they just want us to take more pictures. After two weeks, they have not yet notified the manufacturer to start the warranty process. I've had the bed for over two weeks now, and have been able to sleep on it for three nights. Poor manufacturing techniques for a $1200+ bed. It should have been replaced or taken back, yet neither was offered. Still awaiting an update on if they are going to fix it or not! I'll update this in two more weeks with another review on their support. So far: SLOW!

Tip for consumers:
Let the buyer beware. You have less than 5 days to return it and, it is my understanding, they will charge you for the return. The product was a $1200+ bed...and it was very poorly manufactured. The load bearing capability for the bed I received was less than 200 pounds...less than you would normally require for a child's bed!!! If this bed, as advertised, was made by Ashley...it is either a second, or Ashley is making sub-standard furniture.

We waited months to receive, the delivery company left a broken bed, been waiting weeks, I still have the broken bed in my home, and customer service wants to talk over and around still without answering serious questions( told me I was being sarcastic) management doesn't come in till 11am But they are still taking payments from my account. Worst company I have EVER dealt with in my life. DO NOT USE!

Terrible Service! I bought the Virginia Hampton gray entertainment center for up to 65 inch TVs and the light never worked. As soon as I finally turned it on or attempted to and contacted Coleman Furniture I was met with disrespectful and rude people. Highly suggest you don't buy out of state. They shockingly wanted me to service my own entertainment center that I nearly paid $2,000 for with a local handyman and then send them the bill absolutely unacceptable. So unless you're able to be 100% responsible for every little working detail of your brand new entertainment center I highly suggest you buy somewhere in state where they can send somebody out to service it. Here I sit with a pile of garbage and no working light. 15 emails later I get sent a brochure with instructions that an electrician needs to follow. Totally disgusted I wouldn't buy anything from here ever ever again and I suggest you don't either. If they wanted a better story to tell maybe they should have it come with better customer service and a better story for me to tell.

Check the light, on off switch. Make sure everything works first!! Take photos.

We recently relocated and needed to furnish our entire house as we didn't bring any furniture with us. I did lots of comparison shopping and bought as much as I could locally. I needed a sideboard for my living room but I didn't want just any sideboard. I wanted something unique that would stand out. I found exactly what I was looking for at Coleman. The piece was less expensive than another site and Coleman had great reviews. This was my first experience buying furniture online without first seeing it in person. I read all of the terms and conditions because I was spending a lot of money for something I'd only seen online. After contemplating for weeks, I bit the bullet and made the purchase. It took about 4 weeks to get it, but I LOVE IT. They delivered the piece, set it up, and hauled away all the trash! A couple days after the delivery I noticed an imperfection that I didn't catch when it was delivered. I reached out to Coleman and they remedied the situation within 2 business days. Aside from the wait (which I've come to expect post-COVID), this was a great buying experience both before and after the sale. If you're on the fence, don't be. I'm super impressed with their customer service, the quality of the furniture and the entire buying experience.
