I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Customer service was very helpful and friendly. Placing order online was easy and detailed list of each piece ordered confirmed I'm getting exactly what I want.
I ordered a $1,200 dollar dresser from this place hoping to receive something worth that amount of money. The dresser arrived to my house wrapped in plastic so at the time, so of course no damage was visible. As I unwrapped it I noticed 3 imperfections. And also noticed the drawer was not working as it should. I immediately called the store but they were not available so I put in a claim with photos. Well, since then they have been absolutely unwilling to be helpful and keep stating that they can't do anything to help me with the damage even though I keep asking to return. The only thing they offered to do was send a replacement drawer, however do not say anything in regards to the very obvious damage on the dresser. You call the business and they just redirect you and say oh your account person will get back to you, or or they are out of the day. This is incredibly poor customer service. They need to rewrite their website because it explicitly states "customer satisfaction is our top priority". What a joke! Not an offer of a discount for the damage, not an offer to send a replacement dresser, not even the offer to return. They just keep saying you signed at time of deliver so there is nothing we will do about it, even though the damage was not visible becaise it was wrapped in plastic when delivered! Do not do business with these people! Now I'm finding many reviews with the same experience.
I love the couch I ordered! The delivery people were earlier then the appointment time block and they left but they were able to be reached and came back to deliver!

Don't make the same mistake I made. I bought a dining room set with chairs and a china cabinet from Coleman. Pieces of the furniture were delivered damaged and weeks later, I'm still trying to get pieces that aren't damaged. Their customer service is horrible as I have made call after call about the set. The brand new table I have looks like someone put white out in all the crevasse's. I will NEVER EVER BUY another item from them again. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.
I don't ever write reviews but I feel obligated to do so. I placed an order in April and until now, I have not gotten my order five weeks later. I started paying for this furniture and to my disappointment, I still do not have it. I've reached out to the horrible customer service and only gotten a run around. I cannot get a straight answer regarding the status of my order. All I want to know is if it's still coming, is it damaged, etc. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have never bought it through Coleman. I figured since their marketing is all about their customers and that it's family owned, they would understand most especially for people such as myself that's never bought a big piece of furniture online. I highly suggest going to another company if you are thinking about buying a furniture online. Pay the extra bucks! You'll be glad you did. For the Coleman furniture owners! I'm deeply disappointed with your service and how your employees handle their customers as well as the lack of knowledge and information on their accounts. Your account managers should know what is going on with their accounts at all times and return their customers queries when they say they would. It's a rough competition out there especially online and I doubt you can keep up!
I ordered a 4 piece wall unit December 23rd. Promised 2- 4 weeks delivery by "expert professional" and quality control inspections along the way! NOT. 9 weeks later... in February a pair of non English speaking workers in a moving truck delivered my wall unit. 2 pieces were boxed and appeared new. 2 pieces were wrapped in moving quilts...? The "professional" installation was a joke. I had to show them a picture of what it was supposed to look like. Although I had 4 small children in the house... they did NOT install anchors. But this was hard to communicate... remember... they did not speak English. One portion of the unit was broken and mismatched, color wise. It took another month to receive properly matching, and not broken pieces and many hours on the phone. I will never order again. They are just a broker... matching orders with vendors, and making false claims while collecting big fees. If possible... go direct to the manufacturer. They pose as the manufacturer... but are just a middleman. Total dishonesty.

I like the site very much and found it an enjoyable experience. Pretty thrilled with the deal I got. Not happy not to be approved for the loan as have good credit but will buy outright.
Save yourself and don't buy... cs stinks too. Still have not got my furniture as its sitting in a warehouse in another state waiting for delivery in my area! Could be weeks or months... just don't!
I love the size of this sofa table. Really narrow which is all the space i needed to put some of the small dolls we purchased on our travels through Asia and have now beautifully displayed.
Site makes it easy to see items and add on items with prices. Only problem I encountered was the items in my cart kept being deleted every time I went back to look at something else.
I love how easy it was to use your website and make my purchase. Look forward to receiving my furniture. The delivery men were very careful and respectful of me and my belongings.

The website works fine, and everything seems simple, but did have some problems when I was trying to figure out what the differences were when checking various options on the sectional.
Website worked. You had the desk set for my office that I wanted. So far so good. Not much else to say. Definitely like the white glove service that is provided.
I have nothing to say against Coleman furnsiture cause I am satisfied with the sofa that I ordered. It is as what I have seen on line and the functions are what really what me and my family needs.
Can't give it a five star though because the delivery was bad in the sense that their schedule is not flexible to fit our convenient time. My husband needs to cit work short and I missed lunch from work just to make sure that somebody is at home at time they deliver. They said they will call me 30 minites before they arrive but they called whentheybqhere already outside the house. It took me 8 minutes to arrive home but before that they were alreadybcalling me again as to what time I will arrive home. That day was just so draining.
I have always had the best experience with the staff. A mix up has occurred with one of my many orders and they corrected it very quickly. I keep coming back.
The shopping experience is pleasant and the bed looks lovely online. However, they claim it takes 5-8 days delivery and shipping with a disclaimer for delays that gives you the impression of a maximum 4 weeks delay. After 2 weeks of no news, no updates or way to track my order I reached out and was told my bed WILL NOT be delivered until at the VERY EARLIEST mid-October... I ordered my bed on July 2nd I expected due to Covid-19 delays end of August delivery at the latest... but Mid-October? The customer service was passive about the inconvenience and told me I can cancel the order if I want to. It took the joy out of ordering a new bed, so disappointing

This company is nothing but a talk. I'm trying to keep my cool as I write this review but it's ridiculous.
I ordered a piece of furniture on OCT 22 of 2020. Delivery estimated 4-6 weeks. As a normal person, you expect to get your thing at the earliest in 4 weeks and 6 weeks at the very latest.
It has been over 8 weeks since it shipped.
Today I get a call that my furniture was damaged and they are contacting the manufacturer to send me a new one (AKA another 8 weeks at the earliest) and when I requested a refund they want to take 15% from me because I'm cancelling my order. Despite the fact that they are very late and can't keep their words.
If I ordered something from Amazon and it wasn't delivered on time it's usually free. I'm not asking for that by any mean but I'm comparing a reliable company VS a not very company.
Long story short. Take the money that you worked hard for to a place where they will appreciate you as a customer and honor their words. Oh and also be nice to you on the phone.
