I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Our furniture arrived ahead of schedule and the furniture is even better than we were expecting! The whole experience has been great. Would definitely recommend!
Delightfully easy to use site! Having the dimensions clearly stated and shown by diagrams really helped us choose the right piece for the space intended.
I ordered 4 counter chair in May of 2018. They told my I would receive them by late June/early July. When they had not arrived by the end of August, and I not received a call or email, I called them. They said they were on back order and would be in soon. By late fall, I still had not received the chairs or any information, so I called again. They said I would get them by January. January came, and I did not receive them, so I called again. They said they would come by March and could send me email updates. Finally I got an email stating that "Great news! Your furniture order has progressed and is one step closer to shipping out to you. As of the latest manufacturer update, the items listed below are currently on order, with an expected ship date of 04.02.2019." Guess what, they never shipped. Instead, I got this email: "We're sorry the manufacturer has advised us the following products have been discontinued." Really? I wait a year for stools (and am told throughout the year they are coming), and they cancel them without even a phone call? My suggestion--If you see something you like on the Coleman website, find it elsewhere. Customer service is abhorrent.
The order took a little longer than expected, but the delivery company made sure to get it to us before Thanksgiving. I was very please. The couches themselves are very comfortable.
I emailed them to inquire about the status of the couch delivery and they responded within the day.
I was looking for something that fit our space, was well made, and I wanted manual recliners.
I ordered a couch on november 2. I was told i would have it december 29thon december 29th i was told it wasnt shipping out until january 2ndi called to check the status and now wont ship out until feb 21st.my son and grandson are coming soon. I had all my other furniture hauled away. There is no where to sit in my living room. Customer srvice was not helpful or empathetic in any wayif you want your furniture promptly do not order from coleman furniture
Bad customer service and they only care about their company not the customer. They try to steal your money with bring up so many fees even if you return unopened item. Don't wast your money

This site had access to furniture when other sites were out of stock, and also the number at the top of the website really helped answer some questions I had about shipping in no time!
Sofa came right on time. Excellent delivery team. It is still off gassing a bit but hopefully that will dissipate soon. Supremely comfortable sectional.

We ordered a loft bed on Dec 3 to accommodate company that was coming on Jan 3rd. It's Jan 7th and still we've seen nothing. I got a text on Dec 27th saying it had been delivered. There was nothing on my porch. The company said they sent it through FedEx, FedEx said they gave it to the USPS. The USPS said it was delivered into our mailbox. A loft bed in a mailbox? Upon inquiry, the USPS said it was a 1.7 lb package. But we didn't even receive the 1.7 lb package. The three companies are giving me the run around. In the meantime I have paid the $1600 in full, but with no bed and company that is sleeping on the floor.
Furniture is beautiful. But first attempted delivery had wrong item which led to another 5-6 weeks of waiting for correct item.

why did you add tax for a Iowa delivery? Terms and conditions are quite restrictive so I hope I receive a product new, perfect condition and no mechanical assembly problem.
I appreciate the detailed measurements on furniture-many online stores did not offer that on the website making it impossible to know if the entertainment center would work with our TV!

I had originally ordered this furniture from Ashley furniture they had to call me and tell me it was on back order I was very happy to see this online so I could get the furniture I wanted and not settle for something else thank you so much
Great price including delivery. Local stores were unable to match saving $140 on Shipping and an additional $70 on sales tax, not to mention the Service Plan was $200 cheaper than at Ashley Furniture
