I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

I ordered a leather sofa & love seat that I saw at Ashley on line in August 21 and I got a call from them stating the furniture was out of stock and manufacturer will not be making any tell late Sept or early Oct on Aug 24 so I told them to cancel the order. They took the money out of my account and then returned it so I thought that the ordered was cancelled. So I get a e-mail stating that the furniture was on it's way. On Oct 1 I get a phone call from the delivery person stating he had the furniture on his truck and was here in Springfield to deliver it. I told the driver that order was cancelled and I had already purchase furniture some where else. Which I had called the office when I got their email but they were closed for a Jewish holiday. Then they took the money out of my account again. I feel it was their fault and I should not have to pay for the restocking fee with them not calling me back after 3 days to say that merchandise is out of stock. Especially they say you have 24 hrs to cancel. I am still waiting over dispute.
I ordered a Cherry Buffet With Hutch from Coleman Furniture. It arrived within the quoted schedule and it was preassembled. The delivery guys were awesome and did everything perfectly.

I ordered white bedroom set for my daughter's bedroom and it was delivered in YELLOW & DARK beige color. We paid $1433 for this JUNK that they shipped to us. I tried to call them and waited for an hour and no-one pick up the phone. I have call many times already. This is a VERY BAD company. I chat with them and the people on chat keep refer me to their phone, but no-one answer the phone. After only a few seconds of chat, the chat person then quickly flash up that chat isn't available anymore... they have done that twice to me for both times I tried to talk to them. DON'T buy anything from this website, I got duped buying from them. The bedroom set they delivered to me isn't looking close to the pictures I saw on their website, totally 2 different bedroom set. And the WORST IS I CAN'T EVEN TALK TO THEM, they won't answer my call or chat...
My husband and I were a bit nervous ordering from Coleman furniture after reading the reviews, and how many negative reviews there were. We even tried to find the sectional we wanted through other furniture stores with no luck. After lots of discussion we decided to order from Coleman and hope for the best. (Which made us nervous buying an expensive leather sectional...)
We custom ordered the sectional adding additional pieces to make it larger and "u" shaped in our living room. The next day my husband talked to customer service through their online chat support. We found that our furniture was not in stock and they were going to have to order it in, and that it could take up to 4-6 weeks before they received it, inspected it, and shipped it to us. We were ok with that - especially since we knew up front.
Only about 3 weeks later we got an email from Coleman saying they had received our sectional and that it was on the way to us. We were very excited to get it earlier than expected. When it was delivered to my house I made sure to inspect every piece as it was getting installed. (I had read a lot of complaints from people receiving damaged furniture) The furniture was beautiful. I checked the leather for scratches and found none, and the legs of the couch we perfect as well. The people who did the delivery and set up were very polite and helpful. I am 100% happy with our order and experience with Coleman Furniture!
I ordered the item on Oct. 14,2019. It took more than four months for the furniture to be delivered, and it even arrived damaged. If I had known that it would take more than four months, I would never have ordered it in the first place. It doesn't say anywhere on the website that it would take that long for customers to receive the order.
It doesn't make any sense to me that Coleman furniture requests the customer to pay the 15% restocking fee when the customer had no idea that the furniture would arrive four months late AND damaged. Who would want the furniture in a situation like this? How can I trust this company after what happened? It could take another four months for me to get it re-delivered, and I'm not going to waste more time and energy. I have had enough, and it is not my fault. Coleman Furniture should take full responsibility for this consequence, and should not make its customer suffer more by not getting the full refund.
I requested firmly that I receive a FULL refund without any restocking fee due to the unnecessary suffering that I had to experience. But they are trying really hard to charge me anyway.

Terrible....I had purchased before with you guys and chat was excellent..Now that I needed help bkz not getting my $50.00 discount on the final price, I had chat with 2different reps and none of them were able to help ,never respond no intereste to help customer.Unfortunatly I was not able to hold more than 25min on chat and submitted my order without 50.00 discount.
