Has been an overall great experience ordering online. They have great customer service and quick communication. This is quality furniture that you can trust! No need for hesitation, you're ordering from a well rounded company.
I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

Shopped for an Ashley reclining loveseat online. This was by far the best price, which included free delivery and setup. About $250 cheaper than purchasing through Ashley website or store.
I liked the sofa prices and really like living room sets that let you put 2 sofas facing one another instead of a sofa loveseat set. It's more regal in my opinion.

I am in love with this entire Liberty line. We have the coffee table, tv wall, and bedroom set. It's a rustic white and the color is perfect for our coutry place.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their return policy is not transparent at all. They initially informed us that we would have to arrange for our own freight company to pick up a 300lb couch if we wanted to return it. On top of that, they insisted on charging a 15% restocking fee. They even claimed that we had agreed to these terms during our purchase, but later backtracked and said that their return policy is just a "general" policy and does not apply to our specific case.
When we pointed out that it is illegal to not have a clear and transparent return policy, they suddenly offered to find a company to pick up the couch, but at our own expense, of course. It simply wasn't worth losing 20% of our money. We decided that we would be better off selling the couch ourselves.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that we had to wait over 8 weeks for this couch, only to find out that the color was much more yellow in person than it appeared online. Additionally, the lack of support on the arms caused the fabric to dent and ripple, making it look cheap and poorly made.
I felt compelled to share this review so that others can be aware of the risks involved in purchasing from this company. Proceed with caution and make sure you are well-informed before making a decision.

Have ordered several items from Coleman Furniture-First , Jonileene Crendenza and Hutch came in about a week, free shipping. Second, Bolanburg Dining Table and Chairs with Server- White Glove Delivery. The delivery company was spot on, three guys and truck, assembled chairs, table and bench after unpacking, hauled up complete flight of stairs along with super heavy server, delivered upstairs and in dining room. My experience with Coleman furniture has been easy to shop online, better priced, and overall just a great company to order from.
From ordering to delivery, my experience was great. The only negative I can say is it takes a few weeks to get the order.
wasn't much of an experience. went on-line, found what we wanted on your site and ordered it. the real experience will be when the furniture is delivered by "your professionals".
We just had our Carolina Windsor Chairs delivered and they are way beyond beauty, weight, and quality. They gave me a timeframe between 12:30 to 3:30, and they called at 11:30 am to say they would be here in an hour. Sure enough, at 12:30 the truck pulls up in front of our home. Chairs were securely wrapped around and were taken off the truck one at a time, brought into the house so I could inspect them. No damage, no marks, like they just came off the factory belt. The two delivery men were so respectful and careful, aiming to do anything for the customer. They made sure I was one hundred per cent happy. I am so happy we went with this company, and with the white glove delivery, as this delivery was from the warehouse to ours. No changing hands to FedEx or another trucking company. Well worth the extra money in case there was a problem, they are right there to take them back. I highly suggest doing business with this company. Love these chairs, and if our Newfoundlands do rough them up because of their size and strength, I know I can always purchase another chair. Prices are good Really like the free delivery and setup since I am ordering this lift recliner for my 90 year old father and would need help bringing it into his home and putting it together.
To say I am happy with my my purchase is an understatement I love love love this table I'd seen in the store and it was about $50 more than the price that was quoted online I was so happy it was shipped in a fast manner and packaged so well that there was no room for it to get damaged it also has these little footies on the bottom where you can adjust the height if your floor's uneven it goes great with my new Farmhouse look I love it!
Online shopping is a plus but I didn't like that it wasn't letting me delete address information errors that came up twice & it keeper rejecting my credit card

They item I ordered looked exactly like the pictures and the quality is excellent. Very pleased. Delivery service was perfect. Table was assembled and delivered with out any issues.

I shopped around for the Dimplex electric fireplace I ended up purchasing from Coleman Furniture, and found that Coleman not only had the best price, but there was an additional $25 coupon available, free delivery AND in-home set up, as well as a free protection plan at that time. We absolutely love our new fireplace, the delivery team was great and we will definitely buy from Coleman again!

Orders continuously being canceled due to lack of inventory but items still appearing on website; trying one final time to order a couch & then if this one is canceled again im shopping elsewhere
