I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Very happy with Coleman Furniture! The couches arrived on time and in very pristine condition! The sofa/loveseat set we purchased is so comfy. Can't wait to actually break it in!
The couches are much money gray than beige, and they did not assemble our furniture, we had to put it together ourselves which would not have been an issue had they not stated that shipping AND ASSEMBLY are included in the price. A discount should have been applied to reflect that.
Based on reviews, we took a chance and ordered a beautiful hutch from Coleman. The day it was delivered there was a crack in the wood at the top of hutch by the lights and quite a few nicks in the wood. When we took the tape off glass panes, we noticed the glass was scratched. Customer Service sent a repair technician (4 weeks later) who found the same issues. It took another 3 weeks to get a call from Coleman who advised they were willing to provide a ridiculously insulting credit amount for me to keep as is. She advised that the manufacturer said the scratches were not scratches but part of the wood (tho clearly not stained) and they were not addressing the glass as it was not reported when delivery men still present (even tho not seen until tape taken off). Are you kidding me! The delivery man showed me his pics but conveniently did not submit them all and I found this out when I called about a big scratch and the glass right after they left. I submitted all my photos to the customer service rep.
So the piece is delivered damaged, tge delivery man doesnot submit all the photos, I wait 4 weeks for someone to come check out piece and now another almost 3 weeks to be told I am past the return window, they will not fix all the issues and that they will credit me $100. Really?
Needless to say, this does not sit right with me and as I wait for further word from Coleman after speaking to the manufacturer, I will be looking into legal options of my own!
This tv stand is BEAUTIFUL! I wasn't sure with ordering online but the color, size, and quality are perfect. The delivery was faster than expected and extremely easy.
Easy to order. The communicated every step of the table's journey from the manufacturer to my front door. Easy as pie to put together. Totally recommend!

Mobile site needs some attention as not all information is clearly conveyed when on mobile. Watch some of the package pricing, I saved nearly $200 by -NOT- using a package price on my order.
It was so nice to easily browse through everything and it was even greater to see nice furniture for a lower price than in stores. I'll write another review once I get my furniture!!
On line was easy with all the reviews of the pass Shoppers, helped a lot to make a decision. Delivery was on time and delivery people were very good.

Installation and delivery was very good. One piece of wood was missing. But this not installation fault. The support wood under the bed come with missing piece of wood.

The Bedroom Furniture i ordered was inspected and found an error and it was corrected.

It only took time to search for an ideal purchase. The photos and descriptions were very detailed. I hope to be as happy with my furniture as I have been with the initial process of receiving it.
The office chair took me a but to put together but it is much nicer then those cheapy one you get from staples. It's got a solid wooden base and the wood finish is really elegant and nice.
I never received help on chat after 10 minutes and am still confused by the $99 guardian protection offer at the bottom of the screen in which i was paying $129. Did I overpay!?
The tax free offer is deceiving. In cart price does not reflect actual price until after you read and accept the terms and discover certain states being excluded from offer.
I called earlier today and spoke with Jill who answered all of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations to get the information that I needed. Very happy.
Very comfortable, stylish and great quality. I bought 3 loveseats and everyone loves them. Excellent for daily use as well as home-theater seating for movie nights.

I bought a $3000+ leather sofa set. One sofa arrived ripped, pictures were taken and claim was filed. I called to ask for a replacement. They said I would call me back with next steps. After chasing them, they sent a technician to patch the sofa. I said I am not ok with a patched sofa, as I bought a totally new, good sofa. They said I have no way to return because I missed the 5 day written notice to file a return. I missed the timing as I was misled to believe they were contacting me to close the issue. Then the rude customer service Manager sends me pictures and tells me the patched sofa is up to manufacturer standards and that they are not liable. She sends me pictures taken at distance and with an angle that you can't tell. I send her the pictures showing the patch and she says, nothing I can do... we consider it to be good and we are not liable. Stay away from this company. I am filing legal action as this is unacceptable. They have no customer service focus, their Customer Service Manager is rude and has no focus on customer satisfaction. The WORST COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY. You need to have a supplier that can hold to high service standards, and this is not it.
I like that you guys have the bundle and save option. I'm really pleased with the look and options of this set, and hope the quality is great as well.
