I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

Worst experience ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Customer service is a joke, responses are robotic and they don't want to take responsibility for selling damaged/defective goods. Locking mechanisms within the sectional was defective and did not work at all. Was offered credit only if I were to hire my own repair person to have the item repaired, must send in invoice to Coleman's to actually get the credit, unfortunately the credit wouldn't even cover a quarter of the repair. They'll basically tell you you're SOL and that they provided you a solution. I wouldn't have this problem if I weren't sold a problematic item and now it's inconvenienced me for weeks with the back and forth emails. Would certainly stay away from this company. If you're lucky to receive a product with no problems, that's great, but if you experience an issue, customer will not help you. I was also told they wouldn't accept a return or exchange because I signed off on the product, but they have a returns and exchange policy, I thought customer satisfaction was their top priority? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

After absolutely no heplful customer service, we open the product and found it damaged. I bought a warantee package and no help here either. I would caution everyone - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I purchased a patio set in April. It had an original ship date of May. They called the day of delivery and said that one of the barstools did not pass inspection so the set would not be shipped. It is now October: I have been paying for the set since May. It was delivered yesterday. 4 bar stools and the table in a box. It was supposed to be assembled. All of the stools are missing hardware. They look like they were assembled by a two year old. Parts missing, no bolts, parts improperly installed. There is no packaging for the chairs…who knows what's in the box? I now have to contact Ashley furniture direct to find pets for my $3000 patio set. I have to disassemble the stools and find instructions online. The customer service for Coleman was AWFUL! Lots of."we aren't responsible for delivery", "we never said it would come assembled".
So I was just lucky someone decided to assemble a portion of my order incorrectly? Never use them. Not to be trusted. Still paying on a unit I can't yet use. Also, when I attempted to cancel months into "waiting" I was told there would be fees. Fees for what? I have no product and I have been paying you!
Buyers remorse! Stay away!

The company delivering the furniture was very nice and attentive to the safety of the items delivered. After unwrapping the furniture pieces they helped me look over the furniture for any deffects. They took pictures of the defects and documented them. They told me someone from their company would be calling me with more information. They offered me $100 to take the furniture as is. I was not ready to accept that offer. Since that time, we have been scheduling for the technician to come out and see about repairs needing to be done. That hasn't happened yet? We are awaiting another call as to when we can schedule their visit. I have also found more damage that was not previously found. On one of the table leafs, there was bad scrapping on one of the corners when I unwrapped it from its packaging. I have not discussed this with them as of yet. I was going to show it to their technician when he came to look at the other damages. I am getting concerned as we have not been able to use the buffet and china cabinet yet. In order for any fixes to be done, I believe the buffet will have to be turned upside down to do one of the repairs needed. What ever you can do to mitigate these issues, we would appreciate. I probably should not have accepted the furniture as is but that's on me.

I ordered 2 nightstands. One arrives via UPS, the second is lost. I had to call Coleman 3 times to get someone to call me back. I finally get a return call from Coleman and the rep said he would call UPS. Next I get a call from UPS confirming they lost the nightstand and I needed to call back to Coleman and have them initiate a trace. How did I now become the middle man? I call 2 more times to Coleman and can never get someone live on the phone, they only communicate via email. I have now been waiting 2 weeks and still only 1 nightstand, and my last email was they would refund the cost of the 1 nightstand?! I NEED THE SECOND NIGHTSTAND... This is the worst company and the most disorganized staff ever. Do yourself a favor and go direct to Ashley, etc.

We found a sectional and recliner we really liked at an Ashley store here in town but they were asking way too much money. We found the exact same set on Coleman for a pretty big discount so we were excited. At first our experience was great because of the discount and because communication with coleman was really good BUT after they held the funds in our bank account for five days I contacted them by chat on their website to see the status of my order and they told me my order was in the final stages of processing. An hour later I got an email that my order had been canceled because they don't know when they would be able to get my furniture from the manufacturer! Then they said I would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days after held nearly $3000 from my bank account for four days already! 1) why do they hold your money for so long before they process? 2) why do they have furniture on their website that they don't even know they can provide? 3) why did they keep telling me everything was fine and then I suddenly get an email five days later that it was canceled? Save yourself from a stress headache and don't order from Coleman furniture. There's just too many unknowns with this place. I was going to give one star but I decided to give two just because their communication was really good. Of course good communication doesn't get you anywhere if they can't provide the product you order!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from Coleman furniture and less you want them to hold the funds in your bank account for at least a week and then possibly come back and tell you your order was canceled and then make you wait another four or five business days to get your money back. Oh- They do have pretty good communication but that doesn’t do you any good if they can’t provide the product you order.
