I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.
Had a question about dimensions and wait time for sales person was about 20 minutes ; If the seat height had been provided I would not had to wait to talk to sales representative
I have used Coleman Furniture in the past and have been pleased with my purchases and delivery. This was an issue with the most recent delivery however it was resolved within the hour.
I purchased a sectional for the first time from this company and do like the size and color. It is a quality couch, I will be purchasing from this company again- thank you.
Coleman sold recliners with FAULTY MOTORS that BROKE in a YEAR! They would NOT REPAIR and I found out that Coleman KNEW there were MANY FAULTY RECLINERS SOLD! The extended warranty I purchased covered a new chair, but Coleman still charged me $400 SHIPPING!

Have ordered here once before with great success! Delivery was prompt, delivery gentleman were polite and professional, dining table and chairs were in great condition and were what I expected.
For some reason, during checkout, when I tried to use my debit card my order was declined every time. But when I used my credit card the order went through.

Ordered early September. Finally arrived on January 19th. The communication during that time was a joke. Every email said 6-8 weeks for 3 months. Finally got an email that said it would be delivered 12/28. Removed old furniture and crickets. Called on the 28th and they said it was delivered to a warehouse near me and would just be another week or two. Crickets. Called again and they said they are inspecting the furniture that it would just be another week. Crickets. Told them I want my money back to cancel the order. Then they immediately respond and say I need to call the delivery company to arrange delivery. Which I did. I picked Coleman for their "White Glove" service which I know costs way more but was worth it to have the furniture set up and boxes taken away. The delivery guys would not set it up! I called and they said "we can't accept the liability for setting up a loft bed". They would not set up ANY of the furniture nor did the loft bed say the white glove was not included. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Shipping is 5 months.
White-Glove delivery/set-up DOES NOT apply to everything, but they don't call that out when you order. No way to tell. You pay for it regardless.

I submitted a request for price match on 8 April and never received a response. I only received an e-mail that the request was received. I called and stayed on hold and decided to give up in the end.
Online site was easy to use. Great information on the furniture to help you choose- this is great especially when you can't see the furniture in person.

We are an online retail company and the manufacturer sends us updated shipping dates which we pass along to our customers. Due to Covid-19, there have been delays in production with the manufacturers as they are working with limited staff in a socially distant setting while keeping up with the new Covid guidelines.
Coleman Furniture offers delivery and in-home set up on most products, however, Loft Beds are excluded from that delivery method. It's for that reason that your item was advertised as "Free Home Delivery" which states that "if assembly is required, you will be responsible to assemble the furniture". We apologize if the delivery method wasn't clear and we'll look into ways to state the delivery method in a clearer fashion.
