I had high expectations and the hype is all lies There's no white glove delivery. The delivery service was horrendous and no one seems to care. Instead of doing the right thing, accepting responsibility for sending an inferior crew to my home and making it right, I have to be harassed with sending pictures after pictures of the poor workmanship, listening to emotionless customer service robots who repeat the same sentences regardless of what you say to them. I sit here still missing the table, not because I refused it, I never saw it. The crew said it was damaged! I have 8 chairs, that I'm sure we're in perfect condition until these people put them together and damaged 4 of them. But who is being punished me. The customer. I will never ever use this company again and I will tell anyone and everyone how much you do not care about your customers! I asked why can't we just start new. Exchange the whole set, make it right. NOPE! How about you expedite the process since it's all your fault. How about you take accountability? Nope! I have to wait for technicians. It's all completely ridiculous.

We ordered a very high end dining set (table and chairs) from Coleman in early November. It was expected that the table would take some time to be delivered. November 30th was expected date. That got changed to December 11th. By mid-December, the local delivery company still had not received the table. Long story short: we were told after multiple phone calls and different stories, that the table was "lost" somewhere during shipment (at the hub or wherever). After going up Coleman's chain-of-command and dealing with a Lori Crawn in upper-management, we were abruptly emailed saying they were re-funding us for the table as they would be "unable to fulfill" the order! The table is currently (at the time of this review) still being offered for sale on Coleman's website. Perhaps they didn't want to ship another one to us at the reduced sale price ($1727 marked down from $2424)? Perhaps they didn't want to incur the cost of shipping another table from Art Furniture from California (found out the North Carolina center was waiting on more of these tables to come in; only in stock in California). Pretty $#*!ty thing to do to a customer to cancel the order at sale price when the table is still being offered at full price on their site! We ended up ordering the table from a different company at same price and will be disputing the remaining charges from Coleman for selling us an incomplete dining set!

This was a very easy procedure for ordering. I was a bit nervous at first reading all of the fine print but everything went very well. It took a little long but the fine print did say that it might. I received an email asking if they could deliver on a specific date. I let them know that I would be home most of the day they wanted to deliver except for a couple of hours in the middle of the day, She said they could set us up for the first delivery period which was 7:30-9:30. She said we might get a phone call saying they were on their way. At 7:10 on the morning of delivery I received a phone call. They were at my front door! That was probably the only thing that was a little frustrating.

I do really like the piece of furniture and I would probably order from Coleman again as long as I could see the furniture somewhere else before purchasing. It would be a little disconcerting making such a large purchase if I hadn't seen the product before. The piece arrived with no defects and the delivery men were as professional as they could be.

I went online looking for the best price for Catalina Sleigh Bedroom Set and found that Coleman had the best price. Actually, I could believe the price difference. I had not heard of Coleman, they are locate in New York and I'm Arizona. I was not sure how it work, so I called them several time with different questions before I placed my order. Each time the representative was great. I love the fact that they emailed you each step of the process to let you know the status of your order and you could call any time with questions. They tell you that your order will be delivery by a white glove delivery service and they tell you to thoroughly inspect your furniture. When my furniture arrived I inspected it and found damage to my night stand drawer. I took pictures of the damage, I had the delivery company to take it back and I called Coleman right way. They sent me a new night stand by the same delivery company within 2 weeks. Coleman honored everything they told me. I will do business with them again.

So I ordered furniture in May with a 4-6 week delivery time. Though I thought it was a bit long, I understood that COVID had altered service for many businesses so I proceeded to place my order. Well, when looking at products they give you an estimate delivery time. The estimates were between 2-3 weeks, but after ordering they were often 4-6 weeks or 7-9 weeks. But as previously stated, I ordered with a 4-6 week wait. Well 5 weeks past and no word. No online tracking number. No delivery estimates. Nothing. Finally I received an email that my furniture had made it to the local warehouse, but I never received a tracking number so estimate my delivery date. I called every week but the voicemail was full and no one EVER answered. I sent emails and they were never returned. Finally, I decided to go with another company because the poor customer service and "unknown" was far too stressful on top of a major cross country move. Check out the BBB website on this company! It seems that some people had great experiences; however, far too many people have terrible experiences to make it worth it.

We purchased the rechargeable battery pack for our power reclining sofa & loveseat. (a $149 item+ tax & shipping.) The battery power pack came two weeks ahead of the furniture being delivered. So there was no way to test it. Once the furniture was delivered and signed for the power pack was plugged in and was tested on the furniture two weeks later. It's dead. The green light says it's fully charged. They asked me to send them videos of it not working. I did that. They said since I didn't show it was not working when the furniture was delivered, it's not their problem.
So they send out a defective battery, and now they want me to pay for the return shipping and they will determine if it's a bad/defective unit. They make it out to be my problem and they have nothing to do with it. I asked if I get reimbursed for the shipping if I return it and it is found to be defective (which I know it is and sent the videos to prove it). I was told no reimbursement. Why should I pay shipping for a defective power pack?
Their "customer service" is appalling! Every time I call or email them and ask for the person who I was talking too, they give me someone different. I have had correspondence with four different people on this matter. It's obvious that they are trained to not respond to the customer's issues, only look out for the company's bottom line. If you want to buy from a company that participated in deceptive business practices, then this is the company for you.

I purchased the Larkinhurst Earth Queen Sofa Sleeper and the matching Larkinhurst Earth Loveseat by Ashley. Order number #*******. I fell in love with the rolled arms and nail finish detail.

The company is based in Cedarhurst, NY and I live on the Oregon Coast. I thought the order would take months to arrive. Placed the order on April 15,2021 and received the furniture on May 20,2021. That was fast.

The furniture was delivered by two gentlemen, who were both dressed professionally, smiled, and introduced themselves. They set the pieces down just where I wanted, one man even fluffed the pillows that came with the furniture. After they were done, the paperwork was simple, they asked that I inspect the two pieces to ensure they are in good condition and not damaged. One of the delivery men took photos as well. They were sure to pick up any packing material when unwrapping them.

I could not be happier; my husband is very pleased as well. The furniture is very well made, the sleeper sofa has a nice mattress to it, about five inches thick. We have not used it yet, but the holidays are coming and so will the kids!

So excited to have such beautiful furniture in my home and Coleman made it happen. Coleman has a customer for life.

I ordered a loveseat and sofa from Coleman Furniture on January 6th, 2021. I asked the salesperson, and also called the manufacturer about the color of the furniture. They both said that it was white. Again I asked if it was a bright white. I was told that it was a beautiful white and not to worry if I don't like it when its delivered I have 30 days to send it back. I received a fabric sample in the mail and it was not white, it was yellowish. It was nothing like the photo on the website. It had been eight days since I placed my order. They would not cancel my order without charging me a 15% restocking fee, which was $652! Horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM COLEMAN FURNITURE! I still had 4 weeks to go before a scheduled delivery and this was not a custom order. After I told them that I wanted to cancel the order they said that if I accepted delivery on it that in addition to the restocking fee, I would also be responsible for shipping if I sent it back! So... if you don't like the furniture for any reason after its been delivered you are stuck with it unless you want to pay for shipping and restocking fees regardless of your reason. Horrible customer service! Sorry that I ever shopped with this company. Take your business to Emma Mason. I've bought several pieces from them and have been extremely happy with my purchases. The prices are better too!
