Good the second time but nothing would work the first time I tried to order this set and my money was refunded to my account with no prior notice that my first order canceled I still don't know why.

Purchasing was easy. Shipping was fast. I received this couch in 2 weeks! Delivery and setup was fast and flawless.

When I looked these items 2 days back, the discount code BLUE5 worked giving me almost 100$ discount. Next day when I decided to place an order, its not working.

I recently purchased a beautiful cocktail table from Coleman Furniture and am extremely happy with the quality of the table and the customer service I received.

Kerridon is a nice series howeveer the putty color may not work for everyone. It did for us but we have a very "bright" home and the color goes over well there.

Only problem was a technical one where website kept asking for my email address and it was already in the box and was correct. I finally appeased it by erasing it and retyping the same thing.

It was a good experience, however, I do think your website is tough to go through. I saw a piece I wanted to add to my sectional, but couldn' t figure out how to get it.

ive bought this table 2 times from your affiliates and each time it was very very damaged with nail holes and a nail hole stick was in the box and then FEDEX drug it through my yard or the truck and tore the corners off the table, if i were in procurement at this company, I would check in to this because Im reading the same reviews as mine on your affiliates, I wouldnt keep buying it if I had not already bougt the bench (even the had a bunch of nail holes in it and a stick with nails sticking out in the box), I hope buying directly from the company will alleviate this problem, guess i shall see what kind of condition it is in

I ordered a household bar on Oct 4,2022 and at the time I did not know that it was not in stock, they never said anything to me and I kept checking on the status of this product and eventually they stated the bar was requested to when you order it, like build upon demand. This item was not in stock and that would have been fine if they told me that in the beginning and not to months later. I kept calling and they kept saying I don't know when it will be available, we will let you know but I paid for this in Oct 2022. Eventually it was supposed to be delivered in the local manufacturing area on Dec 23,2022 and it was damaged on delivery. They said they would re-order the item and then after two weeks of me complaining which then was in January 2023, they have ordered me a new bar and it should be delivered to the local receiving area on approximately February 23,2023. Then, I would have to wait for them to inspect it and schedule for delivery in March 2023 and this whole process would be in its 5th month. At this time, I canceled the order because do to no fault of my own because they could not deliver a product in a timely manner, they charged me 15% of my order stating that was in the contract which I never had a contract, I just ordered a product off-line. This company is very un-professional and I would never order anything from them again and I hope you dont either. Why should I lose $100.00 because your product was damaged and delayed for over 5 months. Please bannish this company from sales and ordering. Waste of time and they will cost you money.

Hopefully optimistic. I am not used to ordering furniture on the internet. I normally like to examine the furniture in person, but that was before coved-19.

I didn't need a lateral file cabinet in the set and couldn't figure out how to remove it from the set. I did need to call to get a quote sent to me but after that it worked fine.

My experience with Coleman Furniture was pretty simple with a little bit of an issue in manufacturing. Overall, it was easy, I ordered my product, on sale; even though it was a bit expensive in the first place, it shipped a few days later and I received it 2 days later. Perfect, right? Well, I read a few reviews saying the product arrived damaged or the box was wet and damaged. For me, the box was in tact without damage even the packaging was perfect. However, one of the nightstands has a drawer that was backless with a broken back and the piece of wood holding the drawers track was broken in half. It was so strange, it looked as if it had been burned in half. I've never experienced anything like this before and with the look of the damages I would assume it was a manufacturing issue. I'm actually really disappointed because I was so excited for these nightstands, they're very heavy and I don't want new ones. I was able to fix the issues after a trip to the hardware store, but with what I spent on the pieces I shouldn't have had to do so. My overall experience wasn't bad at all but it ended pretty poorly. I'm extremely disappointed.
