Not many sites become a staple in my online shopping experience but this one is a grand exception. Fanatics is mainly my one stop shop for all my sports apparel needs.
I mainly love fanatics for their hats. I am a huge hat collector and have almost 100 new era 3930 hats. I would say 90% of these hats came from here. Fanatics is the go to source for the 3930 line. Lids has a few but they are more geared to sell 5950 hats. I have only had an issue with one hat and return was a breeze and didnt cost me a dime. They even sent out another hat as soon as the return hat was entered into the postal tracking system.
Customer service is extremely friendly and is fluent in English! They also have a reward system where you earn cash the more you shop. If you have a Jc penny credit card you can also order from fanatics through jcp website and charge to your card that way. They also take PayPal which is another plus.
And shipping? I've always gotten free shipping from these guys! I think there is a 50 minimum but they usually have specials going on where you get it free. Shipping times? Lightning fast! I usually get my packages writhing two days but I am also a few states away. All items are packed well too.
Every time I am asked to where I get my gear... I send them here!

Ordered some clothing for a Christmas gift and paid the extra $13.99 shipping and handing to GUARANTEE BY CHRISTMAS EVE they advertised on the website. Well, it's now 11:03 PM eastern on Christmas Eve and I do not have my items and when I go to track the item on lasership it says ARRIVED at facility and hasn't changed all day. What a scam company. I will never ever ever ever ever buy from them again, lesson learned.

I ordered gifts for my 3 grandsons on 12/12 - guaranteed delivery by 12/23. Today received notice that the items for 2 grandsons had shipped - nothing about the other one. I called and spoke to Katy - most unhelpful. She said I had been refunded yesterday because the shipment had not come in. She said the customer service person I spoke with last night ( making another order) was supposed to have informed me. She was unable or unwilling to assist in correcting this by sending something else expedited. I asked to speak to a manager and none was available so she asked me to call back. I said no, I will stay on the line. She still would do nothing to help and then after a few minutes tried to reach a manager again to no avail. I then hung up and drove to Hibbet's Sports and was able to find a better deal and ship it via priority mail. Tonight I checked the tracking of the remaining two grandson's gift and found that it had been incorrectly sent to the wrong shipping center so now it should arrive the day after Christmas. How to explain that to a 4 and year old. I had never used Fanatics before and will absolutely never use it again. The worst.

My order was on behalf of the Charm City Reds (the Manchester United supporters' group of Baltimore) - we were ordering a kit as a present for the newest recipient of the Craig Willinger Fund, a Baltimore-based non-profit that sends kids and young adults with cancer to see their favorite soccer teams. The recipient is a lifelong fan of Manchester United and was recently told by Wayne Rooney himself that she is going to see her favorite team play in a few weeks at Old Trafford in Manchester.
We promptly ordered the kit after being requested to do so by The CW Fund. The wrong product unfortunately came. I called and spoke with an associate (forget her name at this point) who did next to nothing to help.
I called back and had the pleasure of speaking to Wendy. She immediately recognized the sense of urgency with the issue and began to help our situation. She did so very efficiently and went above and beyond my expectations.
I wanted to make sure that everyone that should know and above knows how fantastically Wendy handled this situation. She did so with empathy, consideration, and urgency. She truly embodies what customer service should be. I can only hope she gets the recognition she deserves. If it helps, she will certainly be recognized and it will be made known that she had a part in making our recipient's soccer dream a reality. And for that - Wendy, I cannot thank you enough.

I have been shopping FANATICS for sometime and I can only recall one time I was not satisfied,I quickly wrote the incident off as an anomaly.excellent gear, excellent prices.
Christmas orders were too late to give as gifts. No exchange policy which means that if you return a shirt that you paid $27 for back in December, it is now $50, you have to pay the full price if you want another size in January. I am sending multiple orders back in one envelope but have to pay $5.50 per order for a return. Their return policy states that "We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make." BUT! They do nothing but charge you for returns which means if you want to replace the returned item, you have to pay a return cost plus the difference of the higher cost. I plan to let our local sports teams -- Houston Rockets, Houston Texans and THE WORLD CHAMPION HOUSTON ASTROS -- know that this is how Fanatics is treating their fans.
I will no longer do business with this company and I will encourage all local Houston Texas fans to avoid this company.

I ordered a USC shirt and a pair of USC socks from the deceptive fanatics website claiming to be the official online store of USC. I live a couple of miles from the university, and would never knowingly order USC products from Florida. Shipping was quite slow. When the package arrived it contained a Georgia Bulldogs hat and shirt. Even better, the packing slip was for an individual in Canada who had ordered a bunch of Dallas Cowboys merchandise. After explaining the shipping problem thoroughly, and asking about the whereabouts of the items I had ordered, I was told that it had been delivered to me? Absolute incompetent scammers then asked me to pay to ship the incorrect merchandise back to them. I talked to several service reps, none of whom was at all helpful. Sarah was equally incompetent, but was the only rep willing to provide her name. Do not do business with these clowns under any circumstances. I will be heading to the actual USC store on the USC campus as soon as I have a chance. I can't imagine USC wants incompetent clowns like these selling their merchandise.

My husband was very excited to order a Michigan Jersey! He ordered it and paid more to have it shipped to our house sooner after waiting 3 weeks for this jersey because obviously it was not worth paying an additional $25 to have it shipped faster. After calling the company and letting them know that we were in the process of moving they offered a refund because the order has not even been processed yet. We did not receive the credit and then received a letter from FedEx stating that they had our item because we had moved we did not get the letter in time and it had been sent back to fanatics. After spending hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue they now you're telling me that they will not issue me a refund I still do not have my jersey. The last representative I spoke with informed me that I was not getting refund he did not care who I contact or what I do and he would hang up on me because I was upset and he didn't feel he had to take me being upset! I will never do business with his company again and I will warn anyone and everyone to do the same! We have since gotten a jersey elsewhere and would like a refund. This company by far has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
