Ordered a shirt for my daughter for Christmas but was unsure of size so I got a M and a L with the intent of returning the one that didnt fit. She returned the L in the original packaging with the original receipt. I got an email advising that they would NOT refund my money and that they donated the shirt... I am LIVID! The shirt was NOT customized... it was NOT damaged... it was NEVER worn... it was returned in all of the ORIGINAL packaging... WHY will they NOT refund my money? I have ordered from them before but never had the need to return anything... After this experience, I will NEVER order from them again and will advise my family & friends never to either... HORRIBLE service!

I would rate this company zero stars if I was able. They charged me more than what I agreed to in the order on their page. Instead of fixing it they told me they have cancelled my order and I would have to try repurchasing the items again. When I tried the cost of my items increased, but still needed them for Christmas gifts so purchased them anyways. After, I emailed them asking politely to refund me the difference. First, the first order they refunded at the incorrect price (lower than what I paid), secondly, after a week they still have yet to get back to me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RISK SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.

I had ordered several items for my husband for christmas but the way this is going, I'm not sure I'll get this by christmas! I did get a package delivered from fanatics but to my disappointment, it was someone else's order that was supposed to be shipped to South or North Carolina. So I contacted customer service and explained what had happen and he apologized. I figured this things can happen and the customer service representative seemed friendly. So I sent off the wrong package and to my surprise they processed my order quickly and I received an email saying that it was shipped out on the 6th of December. I was even more surprised when I received notification at work that my package was delivered the day after it was shipped. Well, there was no package when i got home. I. know it didn't get stolen because we have been receiving packages all week long and they were all left in front of my door. I just don't think it got delivered to my house! Contacted customer service again but this one wasn't as friendly or helpful. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to hear back from them; by then it will be possibly December 15 and I am very worried that it will not get here by christmas. At this point I am just very disappointed with this company!

You call customer service they are all lost. They tell you something different all the time and some sound like you are bothering them. Tried to exchange a holiday gift and did what they told me to do and of course I lost out on the product and the credit, they said they applied the credit back to the person that sent the gift, THAT is total BULL$#*!, they kept the product and the person never got the credit.

I ordered a Ladies size L OSU Sweatshirt & it was WAY too Small! I attempted to figure out how to return it to Fanatics, but their Return information is way TOO CONFUSING and I GAVE UP! Also I Ordered a NFL CLOCK - In OCTOBER 2023, for a gift, and 12/1/23 it is STILL NOT HERE! E-mails say that it is still coming. I am NEVER going to order from Fanatics again.
I ordered a large hooded sweat shirt for my husband birthday in February. It arrived and was more like a size medium. I exchanged it for an XL and it came back even smaller. I sent the sweat shirt back again and called to confirm I wanted s full refund. BEWARE they do not refund to your original form of payment they refund into a fanatics account so you have to reorder. I have called and had a live chat I have been guaranteed my money will be sent back to my credit card but has not been refunded yet. DO NOT ORDER SIZING IS OFF QUALITY IS POOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SCAM!

My order was sent out on dec 9... destination hamden ct... my pkg went from ohio on a fed ex truck... by passed connecticut and went to massachusetts post office... got back on a fed ex truck and by passed connecticut again going to allentown pa to be rejected by the post office only to go back on a fed ex truck by passing connecticut again and went back to the same place in massachusetts... I have had multiple delivery date... and now it says it will be here dec 26... WTF are you kidding me... do I believe I'll recieve this pkg NO... I ordered a NY Rangers coffee table a few days ago on my birthday to go with my NY Yankees end tables that my girlfriend brought me for on my birthday. The NY Rangers coffee table was delivered today so i was super excited coming home from work and seeing the box because its the last item i needed to complete my NY sports theme man cave.
I was so disappointed when ii opened the box the coffee table came in and saw the table was in pieces. I don't know what happen to it or want was done to it before being delivered but something that cost over $200.00 looked like a cheap knock off table with a sports logo on it.
So i had to reach out to Fanatics customers service department and that's a job in it self because i could not chat with them on line because they were to busy, so i tried calling them and waited over 15 mins just to get a rude person on the other end of the call representing fanatics.
So now i have to wait until July 17th - 20th 2019 to get a replacement NY Rangers coffee table and also wait 5 days to get a return slip via email.
Then once i get this return slip they also expect me to carry this heavy box into my car, then out of my car and carry it the place where i need to return this package to. I order online to avoid all the carry and jamming things in my vehicle.
There was no apology? Where was the, i know u have been a customer since 2017 so lets see what we can do for you for this inconvenience?
They have my money so what does Fanatics care... This will probably be the last item i will order from fanatics if this is how they treat an disappointed customer.

Working with Fanatics has been wonderful they deliver quality products at great prices. Shopping is easy and the website is updated daily and they always have great stuff to buy.
I ordered a college t-shirt on which you were allowed to choose the sport ("basketball" "football" etc). It didn't fit and I returned it within a week. I then got an email that said I would not receive a refund because I returned it over 365 days past the return policy and they donated it to charity! I called this morning and spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. The cs rep was nice, but the floor supervisor was a complete jerk. Basically, they consider this item a "custom" item because you choose the sport, which I can understand (though doesn't seem reasonable at all) and I found is stated on the item online. However, they immediately donated it to charity and gave me no other options! I wouldn't have returned it if I thought they would keep the item AND my money! They could have offered a credit, allowed me to pay to have the shirt returned to me, anything at all, but they said there was no way around the policy that for "custom" returns, they keep your money AND the item! This is just incredible. Will keep reviewing this company as many places as I can to make sure people know of this absurdity.
