Horrible service
December 14, 2015

Was told my military son would receive my present in plenty of time for Xmas. I checked fed ex and it isn't arriving until January 27th. I've now been on hold for close to an hour off and on and they will not cancel the order until it's sent back to them which it will be as he will be home for a few weeks then. He gets nothing for Christmas. I will never order from this company again.

They Can't Get it Right

Customer service is really terrible with giving information, and don't tell you exactly how returns work. My first item I received was damaged, so I had to send it back. The replacement was missing it's certificate of authenticity. So I have to send it back. Fanatics thinks I have infinite amounts of time to spend being repeatedly put on hold by customer service, and plenty of time to package and repackage items to go back. Nor do they seem to care about continually sending something that's got an issue, but are "willing to compensate shipping" - how nice seeing as it's their fault. Followed with an insincere apology, and no e-mail to corporate to pass along the issue to try and help them improve. They've successfully lost a customer, be careful ordering from them.

Update: The reply I got from Fanatics on here was totally bogus - suspect they were trying to save face. 6 days after the supposed certificate was to show up - nothing. Nor has the original replacement they said they would send since before I left this review. And? How can they send a certificate when they don't know the edition number I received? Worst company EVER.

Poor customer service
December 14, 2015

Their shipping was slow and error ridden. Trying to get a correct order turned into 6 weeks of work on my part, contacting them and repeating my request (3 times) and waiting for my order to be reshipped. They never initiated any steps to solve the problem, then I believe they "made up" a story to cover their mistakes. I still haven't received my refund.

RIPOFF

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered a Cleveland shirt - received a Raiders sweatshirt. I was told to send back the incorrect item, the correct item would be overnighted ( it was for Christmas).

I received an email that it was out of stock and they would refund the $23.99 for the shirt. I paid for shipping and tax - I got an email that said I received the item.

Getting the run around
December 14, 2015

We ordered a Le'Veon Bell Steelers jersey on Monday Dec. 7th which said IN STOCK ( I still have the email that shows that). It also said it would ship within 2 days. Well, it's been 7 days and still nothing. There are many online businesses that sell this jersey but we bought it from Fanatics because they had it available and said it would ship in 2 days. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. They bait you into buying from them and then not delivering on THEIR claims.

I ordered a jacket and hat for my grandson's birthday. I paid extra to get 3 business days shipping- when the package did not arrive on the expected date I went back to find that the package left FANATICS 3 full days after my order- so adding 3 days shipping to that made the package late. No one told me that it would ship 3 days after getting the order or I would have overnighted it. This is poor sales staff training on their part.

I ordered an item on 12/9 as a Christmas present for my wife. On 12/10 they marked the order shipped. Well, 2 days later and they still haven't actually shipped the item; they simply created the label. Unfortunately, I'm leaving next week to spend the holidays overseas and it is highly unlikely it will arrive in time, since it will ultimately get shipped via Fed Ex Smart Post, which is literally the absolute slowest way to ship an item.

When Will My Order Ship

I placed an order on Saturday and received a email with my Fedex tracking number and it has said "label created" for the last 4-5 days and with the reviews I am seeing I see im not the only one with this problem. I should of waited and just got my item from the store smh. Need my item asap and nobody answers emails nor do they enter the chat assistance.

This was the original post on 12/11 - followed by an update today when I finally received my shirt:

I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/20/15 with a "guarantee" that the shirt would ship in two business days. That statement was also printed on the receipt they sent me on the 20th. I needed the shirt by my daughter's birthday on 12/5 and thought I had given plenty of time for it to arrive in time. Five business days later I looked online and the order had not yet shipped. The customer service rep said it would ship in "two days". I pointed out that it was supposed to have shipped within 2 days of the date I ordered. She apologized for the "misunderstanding". I told her it was not a "misunderstanding", but a failure of the company to honor a commitment. The order shipped on 12/6... 16 days after the order date! Today is 12/11/15 and, according to the order tracking site, the package will not arrive until 12/16/15. There is no excuse for this slow of service. Do yourself a favor and don't even try to order off this site!

UPDATE ON 12/21/15
This order was placed on 11/20/15 and I JUST received the sweatshirt today - one month after placing the order. When I first reviewed the company's exceptionally poor service, they responded by refunding me 30% of the order. Judging from all of the negative reviews on this site, it's clear that this company is not equipped to respond to the volume of orders they have been receiving. Perhaps they do better at other times of the year, but I would strongly recommend you avoid ordering from Fanatics if you need an item in a reasonable amount of time.

Worst website ever
December 11, 2015

Ordered a mens black and gold lakers jersey and AFTER the money was taken out of my account i was told they were out of stock... It should have stated that on the page saying it was NOT available! My order was for $119, but then they took about $130.13 out of my account and made my account go negative! Ive emailed them twice this morning and still have not heard back! I will make sure i dont ever order from here again! I just want the money put back into my account and i dont want to purchase the item anymore! Too much of a hassel for me

I ordered a Philadelphia Phillies Full Count Tri-Fold Wallet on 1st December, my credit card was charged and I received an order confirmation and since then nothing. I haven't received any notification that my order has been shipped. The item was supposed to be shipped by one business day and to Australia it takes 4-10 business days so should be arriving next week but I don't even know if it has been sent. I tried to track my order as I purchased the item as a guest but the order number in the confirmation email I was sent didn't work because I don't have a zip code being in Australia. I then sent an email through the customer help section a few days ago and once again have received no word. I feel like I've been cheated, my boyfriend leaves next week for the holidays and I don't even have time now to order him something else for Christmas. So very disappointed! If not resolved soon I will be making a complaint through the credit card company.

Well...
December 10, 2015

My package was suppose to originally arrive on Tuesday, and at the end od the day they changed it to today by the end of the day. Only problem is the postman already came, and NO package. I called Fedex and they told me to call my local post office, I just called and they don't have package. So yeah, I won't be ordereing from this company again. I have packages coming from everywhere and they all arrive as the tracking states.
