As i can see there are some people unhappy with gearbest services. Untill now i order more than 20 times. Im happy with it. Very cheap products. But also i am doing dropshipping from this site. So far no complain.
I highly recommend gearbest mostly because they dispatch my orders fast and the customer support always answers in less than 24 hours in work days (Its one shop, much better than a marketplace with various vendors). The app is well made and makes shopping easier.
Just got another request for information about my experience so here is a global comment. I got my goods in the end but only after starting a process against them through paypal. AFTER hours of writing and waiting on hold for their chat line to respond. I have figured out that if they do an honest business with some and cheat many others they can keep some positive reviews rolling in and their profits high from the cheating side of things. Also, how many cheated customers suffer in silence. Site jabber may be only reporting the tip of the iceberg. Never again for me. Thank you Site Jabber, you were a big help.

I ordered this product more than once. Problems never was. The shop itself is huge! You can find a lot of things for every taste at very good prices. Just want to note the large number of quality brands that can be found on Amazon. But here they are usually cheaper. With delivery also do not have problems. Not longer than in other Chinese stores. I have been shopping in GearBest since last July. After my first successful order I made 9 more and counting! My actual mobile phone (Meizu m3 note 178 order) was bought from GB. I 've never had a problem in any orders! The nearest was a little delay caused by a stock problem but I got all the information from Support Centre and if I wanted they could have sent the money back or instantly order the phone on another color! But I ended up waiting for what I first ordered! I always wait less than a month for an order... 22 days or so! Which is great comparing to other online shops! The flash sales, discounts, delivery time and well conditioned boxes and the quality of all the products I order make GB my favourite online store!

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Check the Better Business Bureau website, F grade. All of the glowing reviews you read are written by paid scammers.
They don't have any stock, and they don't know when they will get any. They just take your money and then string you along for weeks at a time, with customer service telling you the product will ship soon.
One item I ordered from them that actually did arrive came in a box that looked like it had been fished out of a dumpster.
Company run by scammers. If the deal is to good to be true, it is. Avoid this company at all costs!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
