I ordered a product in May of last year that hasn't shipped. After countless attempts to contact them, I was told it was out of stock.
I then asked for a refund, and they said I'd get one only for nothing to happen.
I've been contacting them endlessly as I need that money but everyone just keeps lying to me and/or telling me different things, referring me to other people, I even had someone say that a manager will email me in 24h and nothing happened.
I referred my partner to Gearbest and this was my attempt to get his money back as guilt was eating me from the inside. Still trying my best. Definitely the worst experience.
Avoid Gearbest at all costs - you may not receive items you order. And when that happens, Gearbest customer support does nothing to help. Their claims about money back guarantee or exceptional customer service are completely false. It is a very unreliable company - avoid avoid avoid.
I have asked for refund 20 times already and still have not received it. It is just a waste of my time.

Ordered two separate drones. First one didn't show up. They credited my account now that money is gone. The second drone was ordered June 2022. That drone has never shown up and they won't answer emails anymore. I would avoid this company like the plague. And now in my account, there's not any proof that I have ever purchased anything.
This company is a waste of time, I requested them to cancel my item 4 days before it was shipped and they still shipped it. Now upon receipt of the item which I was unable to refuse because it was posted without the need for a signature (to prevent my cost of return), I am now liable for the costs to send the item back to Hong Kong, of all places, and the cost to ship costs more than the product itself. Furthermore, I had to cancel the item because the 1st item they sent to me was faulty, so the accessories I purchased were not usable. In the past for items I wanted to return they do refund you, however, it's a slow process. Basically don't buy from china if you live in Europe, because you will get your pants pulled down. I've added my ticket number because I do believe I have been unfairly treated on this occasion.
I bought myself headphones, and I can say that I have not regretted it. I have been using headphones for about a year now and they work just fine, the sound is not ruined, and the wires are not bent anywhere. In the future, too, will use your services.
I order a cable two years ago and they were unable to delivery the cable so i have been looking for refund for over 1.5 years with no luck.
They promised to refund on three occasions but I have not received the money back.

The Gearbest system says my order was delivered to my house, but when I got there, the item wasn't there. I have gone back and forth with them and the seller for months. At this point, they are not planning to refund my money or ship me the products that never arrived. Also, it took well over one month for my products to get to America and then they never arrived at my house.
Requested full refund with return product (I got older Hi9 version, not a pro). Gearbest rejected request and paypal wanted me to pay shipping what was 1/3 of the price.
Site also prevents from adding any low rate review.
I ordered an internet booster over 1 year ago. I would periodically check in and be told that it would ship in about 2 weeks. Eventually I realized I was just being told the same thing every time. Several months ago I gave up on getting my product and asked to have my money refunded. I was told it would be refunded, but months later it was not. After well over 1 year I have no product and no refund.
I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, but so far GearBest has not responded to them either. BBB has given GearBest an F rating, and a customer rating of only 1.12 out of 5. You can confirm this by checking them out on the BBB website.
Stay away from this company. They may tell you what you want to hear when you reach out to them, but they have not demonstrated the integrity to do what they say they will do.
I ordered items from gearbest in the past several years ago and did receive them but more recently they just offered items and never delivered and wouldn't return messages and never refunded me the money or sent the items
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
