I have bought many gadgets from Gearbest, such as car gadgets, toys, microphones, a recorder and even now a camera and the SD card. Since the beginning, all items arrived within the projected time, came in good condition, nothing faulty and all perfectly working.

It's cheap and safe. Once I ordered something that was not able to ship and I got my money back in 2 days.

The site has a lot of variety and it helped me find stuff that I did not find in my country without having to empty my wallet.

Discovered this shop when was looking for a good flashlight for my bike, at a reasonable price. Now this my favorite one for some stuff like li-ion batteries, and other electronics, when it is important to avoid fakes. And Gearbest is really good at offering original quality products. With their regular sales and promotions, sometimes it is also a cheapest option.
There still room for improvement on shipping speed. But my recent orders have reached me much faster than in the past. So crossing fingers they are working on this.

I placed my order on the 4th December for a radio controlled car for my brother and have heard nothing back. The order has been 'processing' ever since. I tried to contact them to find out a delivery ETA but was met with a generic automated reply and a phone number that no one answers! Do not trust the '5 Star' reviews, they're false and written by GearBest themselves. My money's gone and the item never arrived, stay away from this site... it's a scam!

I was initially hesitant to buy but it has quickly replaced local and regional suppliers. Some advice would be to beware of shipping times as it's obviously a long trip. Any issue that might arise is quickly resolved by their customer service!

I've bought several thing from there and 99% of the times, there is absolutely NO problem! Sometimes an order is lost or something like that but it's post fault, not their. When this happens, they are ready to solve my problem, either returning my Money back or ship again the product.

Terrible customer service. The item I ordered was supposed to arrive in 25 business days. When it didn't arrive, I sent an email to gearbest and they told my to check with my post office and wait 2 more weeks! Finally, after the imposed 45 day wait, they offered (1) credit [but I will ever buy from them again!], (2) to pay an extra $1.99 to track the package [preposterous], (3) refund but with a deduction for postage costs [ridiculous]. They then sent endless emails asking if I wanted a refund, ignoring all replies that I did. It took a PayPal claim to get the money out of them.

The knife was delivered quickly, it was packed well, so I got it in perfect condition - the package itself was slightly crushed, but it was the post fault. I am surprised by its quality. There is no problem for him to cut the object, whether it is a rope, tape or other fixing. I liked his appearance.
