It's a confidence web-store, normally the delivery is in a razonable time, I like the variety of the products, the quality, and for sure the low cost of the items. For me it's a positive point to have the possibility to see the photos and videos of the reviews of the previous clients.
It's been about 2 years that Gearbest is my favorite store.
I have made several purchases over the last few years and everything arrived without problem, everything arrived in good condition and on time.

This was my first order with GearBest. I wanted to see how the whole thing works. It turned out to be a perfect match. I received my watch MEGIR 2002 Male Quartz Watch within the scheduled transport time. Unfortunately, it did not work. And then starts the magic of GearBest! Their staff answered my complaint immediately, within hours, advising me on what to do to be able to receive the replacement or a refund. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
