Hate to say this but any positive reviews are fake and generated by an automated bot. I've scrolled back a little and noticed that some of the positive reviews repeat themselves! I have ordered a smart watch a few days ago, no response from gearbest. Classic scam. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews before purchasing... STAY AWAY from this seller!
In this store I have shopped several times, all orders received within 2-3 weeks, each product was well packaged and at a good level also has pretty good prices compared with competitors in the store I will definitely buy more. The only thing I can reproach the support, i am waiting for an answer 2 days but it's nothing compared to other.
I'd like to share with community the great experience I'm having with Gearbest. I buy from Gearbest for more than 3 years and I was never disappointed, is the best website I've ever bought, super reliable. Always my purchases are swiftly avoided and always arrived very well packaged. Whenever I need to activate the support I am well treated, my doubts are clarified and the problems solved by the support. Customer service desk is there to help you in any problem you have. Site and app application are very useful. It's very easy to find the products interesting in. They have a big range of payment methods and shipping methods. Brought many items from this shop and also will buy more in future. Excellent support, cheap products, great deals, quick and original orders. Recommend!
I order from the store regularly. They are mostly small but also bigger orders. The store has clear web pages, good prices and quick response to customer requirements. Payment with paypal account and VISA card is seamless and correct. I am also satisfied with the transport to Slovakia. Delivery time is between 12-20 calendar days from China to Slovakia. Gearbest was the first shop, in which I bought from abroad. All orders (approximately 20) received me without problem. I have only one reminder - better package tracking system. On the web sites and app, tracking system is incomplete or displays event late.
I was always a little unsure about using GearBest to order my Xiaomi smart home products because they're just so cheap! I ordered a few things to test the water. There is a 2-3 week wait time because the items get shipped from China. This is explained at the outset and understandable, yet for those impatient like me it can be a bit annoying!
When the items arrived, they were well packaged and everything worked perfectly. Some of the instructions are in Chinese but the app that came with the xiaomi mi products was translated quite well in to English and everything worked like a dream. I have ordered twice from GearBest and fully intend to order more from there.
Worst experience using online ordering. After providing payment information for a $175 order they requested I email them front and back copies of my credit card and drivers license. I cancelled the order and actually received a confirmation email the order was cancelled. Gearbest still withdrew $180 from my account (handling fee). I opened a ticket with them complaining about the withdrawal. They stated they would refund the money and another email stating they had refunded it. This was over a week ago and no refunds have been provided yet. Also, there is no further responses to my multiple requests. The phone number for support is only an answering machine. Stay away from this company.

Orders are Processed quickly, delivered as usual for Russia on average during the month. However, and with free shipping there are pleasant surprises - one of the orders was (would be) delivered directly to your home by courier service (if I was at home and not at the other end of the country on vacation). Received a call on the phone, agreed a convenient time and date of delivery, and literally not having time to unpack your bags on arrival home, I received my purchase:)

Ordered more than 30 times, never got any problem with product. Gearbest is a very good place for shopping. Before I found out about its existence, I ordered it on other sites. All the last orders I make only through Gearbest. I really like the system of bonuses that you can spend on purchases, as well as frequent promotions with promotional codes.
I've ordered accessories for my camera in middle of august 2015 using the free delivery options. Waited a month as promised and I have never received the items. They asked to wait for another month. I wonder what kind of excuses will the customer services will cook up? This is my first time cheated by an online company. Gearbest.com has been my favourite online retailer to use. As someone that that doesn't like to spend money, I find myself coming back every day to see what I can order next. They have a superb reward system that gives you points for logging in every day without the need to purchase anything. Customer service is also phenomenal and you have the option to either log a ticket and wait a maximum of 24 hours for a reply or live chat to someone halfway across the world. Then there's the ridiculous flash sales that allow you to buy some products and cheaper than anywhere else prices. Ordered products are packaged and shipped very promptly and delivery time depends on the efficiency of customs in your country, but the wait is always worth it because of the savings you receive and the quality of the products on sale. I really cannot fault them on anything and I'm sure if anyone gave them a chance they'd be seriously hooked like I am

They advertise that shipping will take 10-20 business days and have a policy posted on their website to apply for a refund if the order does not arrive in 25 days. I have been waiting 30 business days, about a month and a half and still no package. I complained via their customer service system and have been asked to wait until 2 full months for the order. I ordered knowing I needed the articles in six weeks and as they haven't arrived I had to replace them all. My order is now useless to me. The company grossly underestimates the shipping time and then refuses to give a refund when they miss their own published deadlines. Stay away unless you really don't care how long it takes to arrive. On the plus side, their customer service rep was very polite via email but just kept repeating the same thing.

I have been finding sources for knives and gears, and came across GearBest. They have one of the wider range of folding knives available, and they do not restrict shipping to Singapore, unlike some other websites.
So far I have made 3 transactions on GearBest, and every transaction took 2 days to ship including my most recent one. That is considered pretty fast. Interaction with their customer service also proved to be quick and responsive.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
