Until now, I have made two orders on GearBest, first was on Jan 16,2017 with order number W**************, and the second one was on May 05 with order number W**************. Both of them were sent using Netherlands Registered Post. Both of packages came on my adress in about 20 days which is pretty solid if we consider distance beetwen locations and cost of the shipping which is really small. All products came in perfect condition and were good protected. Quality of the products is also pretty solid if we have in mind their price. At the and, I can say that GearBest is great place for shopping and I will definitely buy here again.
So I ordered an mipad 2 from gearbest which was shipped on 5th of April. They said, it''d get to me in 25 working days. ITs been a month since the item was shipped. Has been in my country since 22nd of last month. And there is absolutely no details as in where it is, if it has cleared customs or not. Niether the netherlands post people who are responsible for the shipping nor the gearbest people know what happened to my product. The tracking id doesnt show anything after it entered my country. All they do is keep telling me to be patient and wait for my package. Two products I ordered from Ali express got delievered in this time and their tracking is impeccable. I'd suggest people avoid ordering from this site. The tracking and courier service is HORRIBLE.

My first experience on Gearbest was very positive. It seems to me it's a good seller.
I requested a support and they prompt replied me less than 48 hs.
I would buy again from them.
I bought about 20 products on this site and they are all original and works well.
Shipment is also good, I got my items in estimated time.

I bought Alfawise H96 Pro+ TV Box from Gearbest on Aug 05,2017 21:59:53 PM. I received my order after two month. From start Wifi connection to the box had issue and I could not use wifi on this box. I was happy at least to use wired internet connection but since last two weeks exactly on every 30 minutes box disconnects from internet. Looks like there is a factory setup to disconnect the internet.
I only reset the box to factory setup but still box showing the same behaviour. All Gearbox offered me is either I should pay 45 USD for new box or accept 25 USD as refund. Looks like this is my fault to loose 45 USD on Faulty box.

The combination of services they provide from the flash sales and low prices, combined with their fast free delivery (I paid for a delivery from another similar website with DHL and it actually took a day longer than GearBest as the other site did not ship it immediatly) makes this site one of my most reliable and trusted online purchasing sites. The best aspect is the online help ticket system (most other sites use emails which they take a long time to respond to) and live chat which is always online (again, unlike many other similar sites which the 'live chat' just links to an email page) menas the one problem I had from around 15 group purchases I have done was resolved in a couple of days, and I was always updated of what is going on. If you want to buy any items from china I would make this site your first choice as I have.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
