Gearbest is a platform that sells products in its own name and hosts sellers. I bought several block construction toys from 3rd party sellers and a few technical gadgets, some of them from Gearbest directly.

Delivery is usually in original packaging, which maybe a real asset for presents, collectors or when planning to resell down the road.
Support is friendly and competent, better than Ali which seems to be highly standardized and automated

Delivery lead times are longer than on Ali or ebay. Reckon with 3-4 weeks for delivery, if item is in stock. Note
Prices are usually higher than on Ali, even when discounted from sky high 'moon' prices.

I like gearbest.com very much. It´s my favorite online store for china gadgets and electronic equipement like cell phones or tablets. I just received my 11th order from gearbest. All of them were in perfect packaging, no transport marks, scratches etc. They managed to fit in the declared delivery times even though I picked almost the cheapest delivery option (registered air-mail). Their prices are half the price in my home country, so the goods are pretty cheap but it doesn't mean the quality is poor. I'm definitely going to buy more stuff from them.

Ordered 7 packages during past few month. If you receive goods with manufacturer defects or made by shipment company - you can expect substantial discount if you don't want send them back for a full refund.

I purchased several items from Gearbest over a week ago. When I inquired about why the order still showed "PROCESSING" they informed me that one item was not in stock and offered 3 options. I chose the option for them to replace the red drone pros with green ones. Couple of days later the order still did not ship. After asking about it in the live chat, they said several items were on backorder. I have raised a dispute/claim against them on Paypal. AVOID Gearbest. They are a very dishonest company. They should be barred from selling.

The Nova Core Quad Copter, is hard core, seriously this thing you get a lot of bang for your buck. For $19 you can have just as much aerial fun as someone who paid $100 for a quad copter. No kidding, I hate to sound like an advertisement for them, but however I am just being truthful. Its built nice all the major internal components are protected it comes with built in prop guard. It's just a little hobby of mine. Flying stuff, because I cant lmbo,, seriously if you have a child or spouse into this thing get for them they will thank you and so will your pockets.

I buy a lot of small gadgets from this shop and I've always been satisfied. They offer low prices, with many initiatives to save money like flash sales or point that you can earn reviewing the products you buy. The shipping time has been reasonably fast, I always buy from China warehouse and I use registered mail or express shipping and the time is about 10 to 15 days. Everything arrive always well packed. The customer service is good too, if something go wrong they offer refunds or, if your parcel get lost and you buy the insurance( which is cheap), they resend a new product. Until now I don't have nothing to complain.
