I bought it for less than 10 dollars. It has very good quality and works very long, for about 2 weeks. Xiaomi mi band helps me to move more and be in a good fit.

So i ve bought a product that was 29,88 euros and the product wasnt dilivered because the postal office made a mistake and put it like an unknown adress.the adress was correct and now when i told the gearbest that i want my money they rufund my with 20,82 euros so after all this nonsens all i get is the waithing for my packege and lost 9 euros... how is this fair? It wasent my falt so how cum i have to lose 9 euros? I dont get it... worst customer service ever... i dont recomend buy stuff from this page.
I bought Xiaomi Air 13 Laptop on Dec 16 2016, and it was shipped out on Dec 20 2016. The speed is shipping is little slow. I had only one time that the earphone which I ordered wasn't included in the package, but the customer service reshipped out the same thing. It takes a week to reship it, and it takes one more week to arrive the package.
I have bought from them a couple of times and it always is a nice experience. I ever buy thru paypal and pay for an express shipping. I have never had an issue with them, customer service is always attentive.
In my last bought, I wasn't totally satisfied with one of the items I bought (I didn't thought in open a complaint -you get what you paid for... you know-) and i wrote a not very good review (a honest one) about that item.
Customer services contacted me to talk about that review, I explained my unconformity at detail and now they are examining the case in order to get customer satisfied.
I will happily buy from them again.
I bought 3d printer and some parts for it, then as a procedure it will show you the total price + the shipping total cost :) after 5 days they sent the item to the shippment and gess what, by mistack isaw the attachment invoice after they have sent the items, they have sent 3 parts out of 5 and the printer is not included :) honey what i do with the parts when there is no printer? And why you did not say before you send? And why you did not refunded the excess paied for the full shipment, after complaining they say this produc there is no suport for it and they dont sell it on the site and they want just to refun that for me... come on return it back all and refund me full amount and your offer to see another product is not accepted as i need that printer only not other one. They refuse to return full amount as they say it shipped already, ok then its your mistack not mine, why i should deal with your mistake and pay for it, why i should take another item and pay again extra for the shipping, even they did not say anything about the different that they have to return. Full refund and i refuse to take the items and opened a disput with my visa company, be aware. And complain to your card company always to get your write if no proper action is taken.

Gearbest is a good store, in my country (Colombia) sometimes is difficult to find good items at good prices, but in this store the prices and the shipping costs are fair. The shipping time is accurate and acceptable.

For me one of the best online stores, I discovered Gearbest on YouTube, I am a little suspicious person to buy my things on the internet, prorbe with gearbest and everything ok, I had no problem, I got the product in exelenets condicones.
It's a great store, i bought from them multiple times and products arrive as described and in time and most importantly for me is that they have the lowest prices for majority of products. Also if there are any problems, support team responds daily. I'm happy with them and will continue buying from them.
Many of their products are sent from China and come with additional (28 euros) customs costs that you as a customer have to pay for. So if you for instance buy a product for 20 euros it will cost you 48 euros in the end. Reading the only comments I am clearly not the only person with this issues. Therefore, be very careful ordering products from this website if you live in the EU, as customer service will just tell you that it's not their problem.
Update:
The issue appeared to be with the product not being allowed into the EU in the current condition (no barcode present), after contacting Gearbest once again we were able to achieve a satisfying solution for the issue. So the customer support was able to help, although it took a some hassle and a few messages back and forth.

I bought an HD Camera for 65 USD whhich arrived very late. It was faulty on arrival so I sent them a ticket complaining andd they offered to give me 25 USD back and to keep it - it's broken!
The other option is to send it back and get a new product which they charge ME 30 USD for claiming it is for 'shipping and handling' - I AM THE ONE SENDING IT BACK!
They didn't act appropriately initially but refunded me inn full after request

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
