Fair enough, as it is probably taking some time to hit my credit card. BUT, they refunded me 25% less than I paid.

Talking about the gearbest, I cannot imagine my life without this company, they have any type of stuff, they have a great deals on items, the website is so easy to use and the support is so fast compared to other online shopping websites. If something bad happens, you don't get your items delivered they refund you full price or even try to make what is better for the customer. They do everything for the customer! Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
