Great experience

I used Gearbest to buy Xiaomi brand items: Mi Band, Mouse pad (with awesome mascot rabbit in spacesuit) and Piston Headphones. All those items were delivered without problems, although for some people delivery times may feel slow (but seriously, what do you expect from free shipping?). Packaging was perfect, in "ready to gift right now" condition.
Definitely I will buy my next item there again.

I ordered many items in Gearbest and all of them work perfectly. Moreover, Gearbest offers the best prices on the market. Sometimes you must wait for your package a little bit longer, but low prices and good support are worth it. I recommend Gearbest for all geeks of electronic stuff!

Wine glasses looked so beautiful on the page and only had positive feedback. I received cheap and ugly stuff delivered from Germany. I had to write 4 times until I got the address to send them back for the refund. I think they don't read messages. I mostly received automátic reply or info irrelevant to my question. Return address: Shenzhen, Guandong, China *******. It's prohibitive to send an article there. Too costly.

So I wasted my money, guys.

The store is very cool. I made many orders on Gearbest. I always pay by PayPal and I haven't any problems. Shipping is very fast by Netherlands post. Prices are smaller than on other chinese web-stores.

Simple: They lie to you.

Products are said "in stock" when they are actualy not and the ydon't let you know that even though you purchase them.

They say processing is within 5-10 days in really small letters, where you can't see it

And it is way longer than that.

This is my first bad review ever.

Gear worst is what it really is, please listen to me...! I will save you a lot of trouble and money and time and... Etc! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, this site is a SCAM - you will be lied to, ripped off and worst of all your precious time will be wasted trying to track down your package. This is not A JOKE! I have WAITED10 months with no package, I REFUSE TO TRY ANYMORE, my 60 bucks is gone forever and much much more in time which cannot be replaced so if you want to get ripped off and wonder where is my package then this is the place for you. *UPDATE* 04/21/2016 Gearbest responds back as they do with other customers as if they are sorry, but there is no offer to replace Transmitter... Disgusting business, the worst... I used PayPal, they will get this settled as they have before. I gave gearbest three chances, each time PayPal had to get involved... I'm done with Gearbest BS... STAY away from them... Word of mouth is still the best of advertising. Gearbest will no longer be a company if they continue to be like they have been... This is not a blessed business at all... Not sure, but I have a feeling gearbest is giving themselves reviews... A lot does not make since on this site for gearbest. Who comes to these sites and gives good reviews?

I bought a remote control item with a bad transmitter. Got the same run around. They said they would send a transmitter, never came. Now, I was given an option to receive $20.00, or pay $35.00 for shipping, for them to send a transmitter. Told me the transmitter was on back order now, never sent me an email to let me know...
I borrowed this part from another unsatisfied customer (Peter I), because it is true
Gearbest is worthless and everyone needs to stay away from them. There communication is terrible, they do not know customer service and they like to patronize you with their silly, stupid and irritating company policy slogans!

No one at GearBest.com has a clue to how to substantiate good customer service and company loyalty! Again, stay away from GearBest.com or you will be sorry

Big Scam - Stay Away!
April 18, 2016

Mar 21 I made my order
Mar 29, I get an email saying my order has been shipped
Apr 6, I get an email saying my order has been shipped - Again
Apr 6, I ask Gearbest support to clarify
Apr 6, I receive template response with two links that don't work - One took me to a porn site.
Apr 6, I respond to Gearbest support that the response was useless
Apr 9, Gearbest support responds with another useless answer saying just wait
Apr 18, I get an email saying my order has been shipped - Again!
April 18, I send Gearbest support an email asking for clarification
April 18, Support respond and remove the original "shipping notification" from the order history with another template response.
All the good reviews you see online for this site are fake, they have a gigantic digital marketing team that post fake reviews everywhere to make them look legitimate.
Best case scenario, they take a bunch of order online and don't ship them until they have enough orders to get a big discount from the manufacturer. So you are basically waiting until they receive enough orders for your item to be shipped out.

Smartwatch

I bought a smartwatch. Looked good I will admit on the pic and looked as good in real life. Trouble is it didn't work! I inserted the sim card and it couldn't find a network. Then it kept coming up with an error message "Unfortunately the process com. Android. Phone has stopped". After a few minutes and I had to re-boot it - and same problem again. Even if I had of got it working the strap is way to small and made for people with very small wrists. I filled out a ticket and when I went to look at the reply a few days later it had expired! I looked on the website for it and couldn't read it. I have no doubt they do sell some good things but cheap smartwatches - no!

Well worth the wait for me. I didn't wait until I desperately needed new batteries for my vape setup and I was expecting the long transit time. For me, this was a no-brainer in terms of price/value. Free shipping to top it off! I got a set of 4 authentic Samsung 25r's for a great price and I'll be back for more.

I buy a mi4i from this site, eu warehouse but they sell not aș described items! On site they sell the fdd lte 1800 and 2600 bands Hong Kong version with many languages including mine. But they sold me the taiwan version with only the 1800 fdd band and not my language. What was listed on site item description!
I open paypal dispute, they have worst customer care, ANSWER to messages after 2-3 days, and only after i send them many messages, but worst ever îs that they offered some options, i accepte one and their ANSWER was that is not possible more and only give a small refund... i refused!
They lie and cheats customers... dont recommend to no one! Gearbest.com sucks bad. Worst shopping expereience!

Ordered some 5 battery chargers and 40 batteries. Got the chargers. Never got the batteries. After about 2.5 months, they finally agreed I didn't receive them.

Now my options are, pay the $45.00 to reship the batteries ( they cost 87.00) or they give me a 42,00 refund and some silly credits to buy something in their store. Which I will never get.

Deceptive business practices for sure. Run far far away from these people. Trust the negative reviews on these people. They are true.

I bought an Elephone P3000s (mobile phone) from Gearbest but phone stopped working after 2 months. The return process is a SCAM as they try very hard to discourage you to send it back for repair (under warranty). Then they reluctantly send return details but when you return item they conveniently never receive it so they offer you a paltry 30 dollars credit to your account (phone cost me £120!) and that's it. If you buy from Gearbest be prepared for your item to not be covered by any warranty. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

An eye on my home

I bought a xiaomi yi ants to check my home when i'm out for work on gear best. The price was expectional (special price for 11/11/2015, order #W************** 11/13/2015), after few weeks the item was in my hands. The support works just fine (simple and very quick response).

I bought four watches from Gearbest. Three of the watches were fine. The fourth arrived with a broken second hand which just flopped around. They have a process where you send a video or photo of damage to get a replacement, but they do not respond after you send proof. Basically their process is to waste your time until you give up. I will not purchase again from Gearbest since they do not honor their warranty policies

UPDATE!
After writing several times, I received a refund for the broken watch! Gearbest also responded to my review thanking me for the feedback. It seems to me that there is after all a sincere effort to improve their customer service. Perhaps I'll give them another try in future.

In my working with GearBest.com, they are the same or rank up there with Everbuying.com, both are worthless and everyone needs to stay away from them. There communication is terrible, they do not know customer service and they like to patronize you with their silly, stupid and irritating company policy slogans!

Great Prices!

I recently ordered 15 SJ X300 Quadcopters from Gearbest for a class I teach. I searched allover the usual places for deals and found the copters for $17 each. After some comparison shopping the next lowest price was $45 dollars. Even with cost of shipping I still saved a ton! W**************
