The package was received in excellent condition despite shipping from the china warehouse in secure packaging. The microphone was surprisingly well made with high-quality materials and connecting leads. Sound quality is superb for such a cheap item and delivered well within the stated delivery time of 4 weeks. Payment was simple and secure.

A great experience, I have over a hundred finished orders on gearbest.com. Only two of those were not entirely good, however issues were solved in my favor, and quickly.

Products are of high quality, of course most are of well known brands like Xiaomi, but these that were of Gearbest own brands were decent as well.

Shipping is quick and it is due to multiple available shipping methods (I live in Poland) and there is also optional shipping insurance.

I've ordered U'King pen flashlight at Gearbest which was very cheap thanks to coupon. After a month a received the package. Flashlight gives surprisingly bright light for such a small size. It's very well done and a little bigger than my index finger. I would have to pay at least 3 times more for this flashlight at local shop. I keep this flashlight in my car in case I need it at emergency. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and customer service.

I like shopping at this store very much. The prices are low and the quality is pretty good. Shipping may take a while to Canada but since the shipping fee is so low, I would still rather shop here than other online stores. Customer service is pretty responsive and professional too. I would like to share my shopping experience with Gearbest, the smartphone arrived in 14 calendar days, it came with no apparent problem. Everything working fine so far, including the fingerprint reader that many complain about malfunctioning. The only thing though was that I did not think the product was well packed, luckily the carton was not kneaded and the unit could have suffered some damage.
