I paid for their mistake?

I am upset since I got my partial order arrived but the 2nd shipping is missing so I track it down and somehow it returned back to the warehouse within my same country. Now they want me to pay the shipping fee USD10 to send it again. However my address is correct so that's why I got my first package. Therefore the 2nd shipping must have incorrect address by their stuff's mistake. I will update again what will happen since they said they will refund me but I still lost USD10 in value?! My rest of the order still worth $50

I habe bought a few times from this site, they usually deliver what was ordered.
However, I ordered a Cenovo Mini PC2. On their site, they tell you the windows license is original (multiple customer pre-sales questions). For some reason, it expires after only one month and you have to buy a new one (120$, ouch). So I wrote a bad review for the product, which never appeared in their review system.
So you should know
THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS

I opened a ticket to return my device, I was instructed to follow advices behind a link, which was unfortunately broken. So: no help so far.

After a few days, the gearbest support sent me a link to download a cracking tool in order to unlock the Windows 10 delivered in the machine, after having deactivated some windows security features. Technically, that might work, but it doesn't look very legal.
When they reply to product requests with "the product is 100% original", that is just a lie, and what's worse: when I tried to add a comment on the product, warning that the Windows license will expire after only a few months, they just won't publish it, and thats makes a sales site very untrustworthy to me.

IN SHORT
They have a lot of small and cheap gadgets which usually do what they are supposed to and which are great for the price. But an internet store that will deliver cracks to bypass windows licensing or that will remove negative product comments from customers doesn't deserve to be endorsed.

Shop very strange. I make a few orders in the store, but was receive only 1. After the purchase of the goods in gearbest, the store manager decides to send you a product or not. If you bought it at a high price, they will send it, if you bought it in action, you can be sure they will cancel it. They cancel the orders without giving any reason. Perhaps it was some kind of fraud. I do not recomend phurchase in this store.

The order contained three items:
1. LED bike Light
It worked out of the box to great delight of my son. I will probably get some more for the other kids bikes.
2. LED light strip
Tested after it arrived. All functionalities worked as intended including the remote. Ready for Christmas
3.500 pcs pack of water balloons
I opted for the free delivery as none of the items were very urgent or of higher value. Items arrived in one package, all items worked out of the box as per description on the site. So far I did not have any disputes to resolve with Gearbest. I can recommend them based on my experiences. This has been order number 4 already from the site.

My last chat with GearBest on 01.09.2016.
Regret for your misleading information/details on your site for buyer. Kindly note, while placing order shipping charges were mentioned USD 29.57 for Zambia delivery. Where is the question of demanding now extra remote fee for delivery. Our Delivery destination is CHOMA city, which is among top 5 city`s in Zambia. How Choma city is defined as remote area? I am surprised.

Anyway, if you go through your record, this is 3rd consecutive instance, where Gearbest fail to deliver consignment to (earlier 1 parcel to Choma, Zambia & 2nd parcel to Mumbai, India, sent throughflat rate shipping by you in June`16, has not reached to us so far. This is 3rd incident where you are uterly failing to deliver consignment. We donot know, r u a genuine supplier and fooling customer.

Looking at yourworking, we have lost our confidence on you and infuture, we will not buy/order anything through you and also inform to others, not to buy from you; since you seems to be not genuine supplier. This version is been spread to all, based on our experience of last 3 order.

Kindly refund our full amount alongwith the interest rate of 48%p. A., for the time you have utilised our money, inspite order was placed as per your original terms and condition. Payment to be refunded to our orifinal account through paypal- our Visa card account, since you failed to deliver parcel now.

Regret, we very very much disappointed and felt cheated by you, by dishonouring your commitments.

So far so great

I don't want to misleading anybody, just want to share personal experience. No judgements just plain truth.

Over the last several month, I had around 35 orders worth more than 500 dollars with Gearbest. I would say 90% of the products exceed my expections except some very cheap items.

There was one refund order happened due to they cannot ship that item to Canada. But the refund was quick to my GB wallet with extra points for unable shippement. This had no bad effects for me cause there are tons of attractive products on their site I'm intereted to order. I never asked them to return to PayPal, so I cannot share the experience about the PayPal refund.

Amongs my orders, the products such as Tablet PC, small adapters, tablet pc protective case, bluetooth keyboard, blueth mouse, etc. those products satisfied me most, I'm very happy with those orders and they are indeed the lowest price comparing with other online sellers.

Based on my personal experience, I would give 5 stars to Gearbest, not only because they provide the lowest price on the market, but also the shopping pleasure with them. These unexpected fast arriving packages give me a joyful feeling when I back home from work, what will I get today? Wow, this is really a good stuff. I love it. Thanks to Gearbest, a normal boring day finally has some colors.

I cannot predict what will happen in the future, but for now, I'm satisfied with Gearbest the most among other Chinese online sellers. I hope this won't change, at least for me. Keep going, Gearbest, there is something more important than earning more money.

I never got to get cleaner.
I contacted DHL who informed me that the cleaner did not come out of England because it was considered ' dangerous order ', being returned to GEARBEST.
In technical support GEARBEST, always denied having received the cleaner back, invented situations, lied, trying to overcome the situation by fatigue.
Just returned part ( + - 70 %) of the money. Initially proposed ( + - 50%).

After 3 months, GEARBEST gave me total refund, after much insistence and post this negative comment about the store.
I'm the one hand pleased to have received all the money back, but dissatisfied with all the time, fatigue and inconvenience this caused me.
I do not pretend to shop at this store in the future.

I ordered the phone Xiaomi redmi note 4 global from gearbest.com

I came to the post office 2 weeks ago to pickup the parcel, but i noticed that the parcel size did not match the ordered item`s size (the parcel was too small for the phone). I ask the post officer to weight the parcel and it was just 112 g. Instead of the declared weight 358 g.

The packaging was unopened, without any sign of unwrapping. I didn't open the package and asked the post officer to take a photo of the parcel. I refused to take the parcel because it is not the item i ordered, i don't want to waste money on sending the wrong item back to gearbest.

I created a ticket and attached the photos of the package, and fully described the situation.

I hoped that the situation would be resolved promptly. But already 2 weeks of support is trying to hush up the problem for my money. I also found people with the same problem (I wrote their order numbers in my ticket AT*******235) who ordered the same xiaomi note 4 phone but received an amazfit arc bracelet at a cost of $ 20 The store does not want to solve the problem, so I must warn other users about possible fraudulent actions on the part of the store.

There will be no problems with orders until you decide to spend several hundred dollars in this store. It is better to overpay and buy in another store.

I purchased my dashcam 7 days ago. They had plenty of them in stock. I made my order and paypaled them cash at the same time.
Today, after 7 days from my purchase day I asked them if they are going to ship my order soon. The reply was that they don't have it in stock!
So it looks like they took my money, sold my camera to someones else, and offered me to wait for 14 business days to have it back in stock.
I decided to cancel my order. They offered my 100 points for all of this which is a joke.

I'm not sure if I'm going to order again from them. What if they again forget about my order and sell my purchased item to someone else?

This was my first order there and I'm so disappointed...

I ordered a smart watch and it arrived faulty. I have to ship the item back on my own cost.
And the customer service even said only part of my payment would be refunded.
The worst thing is that I never know when would they get the item and refund me.

I purchased a XK X251 quad copter. During the maiden flight a prop nut flew off and the prop was lost forcing the copter to crash and breaking one of the landing gear. Gear Best said they would send a replacement motor with the prop nut as parts are not available! They never sent the motor. We negotiated through PayPal but Gear Best agreed to take the copter back... but it had to be in the same condition as I received it in! Well, that is difficult due to the missing parts that can't be replaced! They made other offers to settle, we agreed to them and Gear Best reneged or changed the offer. Buyer beware they are crooks.

Update: Gearbest has made an effort to fix this issue. They have refunded me 150usd and are willing to refund an additional 60usd. I do still have a loss, but i don't have the feeling they robbed me anymore. The support was very helpfull and friendly

This has been a horror story. On January 2 i have ordered a phone (worth 285usd). Because there were LTE-bands missing in the chinese version i asked if i could get a refund. I never opened the package and shipped it straight back to china, i secured the package, attached the RMA-paper, did everything they ask. According to the tracking it has been delivered on 31/01/2016.

They have told me many things, they never received the package, the package was lost by the courier, and now they say when the package first came to me, i haven't signed for the package (my wife did) and thus they are not liable for compensation. What? I have to go to work, what nonsense is it when my wife can't sign a package for me. There was also over 2 months time in which i could not go to the support section and did not get a reply to my ticket. I have made my last order there, please stay away from them.

Fraud

There was a normal shop, but now very bad. Cancel orders, at least 10 cents, even for tens of dollars. Cancellations within a few hours after your payment. Shares of at the website fraud, they also canceled, although it is a violation of the rules (obviously just do not want to send). Without explanation of reasons. And it's not just me. On the Internet a lot of these reviews. Look at the rating on this site, or read in any forum. Do not buy in the store!
After writing the negative reviews, I was contacted by the store staff. They promised to fix the problem, if I write a positive review. But in fact it turned out to be a fraud, orders as canceled for no reason. Draw your own conclusions... To me - this store deceivers.

Cancelled order

I purchased an MP5 player from GearBest.com, and needless to say, I was excited to receive it in the mail. So, I checked my email for days, until I found a lovely note that said, "We have cancelled your order." So, I checked the link included; and yes, my order had been cancelled. But the weird thing is, the item was in stock to begin with; so, why advertise something that cannot be sent out to the customer? I'm very disappointed. Update: My order has been fully refunded.

I purchased quadrocopter JJRC. And just a week later broke it. One of the beams was simply broken off. I had to look for the body as a whole. Despite the fact that the model only went on sale, this spare was found in the gearbest. Moreover the price was very nice. I also want to mention a very quick preparation for shipment
