I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses from Gearbest and they only sent one. I contacted them multiple times and was told every time that they sent both items and I should "check my packaging again" for the second item. They refuse to send me the item that I already paid for but did say they would send me the item if I paid for it again.
**UPDATE** I'm told that Gearbest has decided to send me the pair of sunglasses I paid for but did not receive.
**UPDATE** I did receive the glasses I ordered. Although it took awhile, they did make good on their mistake. I can't say for sure that I won't order from them again. But there will be some reluctance.
I always have good experience with Gearbest. Only once i had a problem with a watch which get broken after 4 days and after quick chat and description of the problem with Gearbest support i get refounded.

I have order a pair of Xiaomi Piston 3 headphones. I already had the second version, but they stopped working properly after a year of using. The Piston 3's were availableat Gearbest for the lowest price. Since I already had a good experience with them, I decided to buy my products with them again.

I just would like a share a short story. I ordered some gadget from Gearbest one month ago. The package arrived without any problem, so finally I was able to try my new goodies. However one of the products caused huge dissatisfaction for me. It was a vegetable slicer which was not really able to slice carrots, just bigger things like cucumber. The problem was that the package of the product advertised that it is perfect for carrot slicing. I wrote a review about my experince, highlighting it that in my opinion it is not Gearbest fault (it was my bad decision). After half an hour I got a message (ticket) that they would like to know what was the problem with the product and how can they help me. Within two days I got back half of the money, to "solve my dissatisfaction". The major message of the story: fast, helpful and effective costumer service. Fast and high quality shipment. I do not need any better from a reseller

I recently bought a Lenovo Zuk Z1 at GearBest because the price was very low for this smartphone (at the time was around 146). I had to wait almost three weeks to receive it from their warehouse at China. The smartphone came brand new, sealed and the description of their product was 100% accurate. If you're in Europe, GearBest is a great store to buy gadgets from China.
I have bought from them a couple of times and it always is a nice experience. I ever buy thru paypal and pay for an express shipping. I have never had an issue with them, customer service is always attentive.
In my last bought, I wasn't totally satisfied with one of the items I bought (I didn't thought in open a complaint -you get what you paid for... you know-) and i wrote a not very good review (a honest one) about that item.
Customer services contacted me to talk about that review, I explained my unconformity at detail and now they are examining the case in order to get customer satisfied.
I will happily buy from them again.
I bought 16 items since October. 13 items reached me. The other 3 products have not arrived yet ( Currently shipping). I changed the shipping method once in 16 orders.
I once canceled the order and I did not have any problems with the refund.

Everytime I buy at gear best I have the best price, I have a safe shipping, sometimes it takes long but it's a safe shipping. I have problems with some products once they were in my hands, (not gear best fault) but they gave me a compensation anyway.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
