I just got my aspire speeder 200w vape kit from GearBest. I went to aspire to check the security code and it wasn't valid. I checked a few times, and still not valid. They sold me a knock off. Not very happy, it was going to be a Christmas present for my wife who wants to quite smoking. I will never trust anything this site sells. I hope no one else will be scammed by this company. Please Beware!

Like everyone else I feel scammed. Money is gone but no package. Costumer service is no service at all. Even if you scroll through their responses you can tell there is no person on the other end. Just copy and past stalling techniques.

Aperta contestazione Paypal, stavolta dicono di aspettare 3/5 giorni ma non spediscono se non ritiro la contestazione! Ma a chi vogliono fregare

I have done a lot of orders at Gearbest, headphones, mobile phones, tablets and some other stuff. All ol then have arrived in perfect condition in 2-3 weeks to Spain, except one tablet malfunctioning wich was refunded by the seller. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
