I ordered many stuff from Gearbest in order W**************: Chuwi hi8 case, sillica case for Xiaomi Yi, TELESIN Protective Carry Case for Xiaomi Yi, two watches, Xiaomi Mi Keys, Small Practical Handheld Sewing Machine. I was surprised expedient execution time. This would last for between 10-25 workin day and it was exactly 10 days!

Phone started acting up after 9 months (only connecting to cell network a few minutes every 2 or 3 days).
Xiaomi offered their troubleshooting but once it was deemed HW issue, they referred to the reseller, Gearbest.
Gearbest wanted to start this back and forth, and 2 weeks later they accepted the RMA. I sent the phone.
2 months later they finally said that the phone WAS FIXED, then they asked to confirm my address. Which I did...
One month later I asked again and they said "please confirm your address" (AGAIN!)...
One month later I asked again and they said to wait for 2 more weeks, I denied that, and they cama back saying that the phone WAS NOT REPAIRABLE, they offered only $50 when the phone cost 3 to 4 times more and barely covers the cost to shipping the phone for repair.
In summary, they don't honor the warranties, they lie to the customer, they play with customer to gain time and at the end they lowball, and steal your item.
I wonder what would happen with the next guy that buys my phone as refurbished?

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
