L'acquisto è andato a buon fine e i tempi di spedizione e di ricezione della merce sono stati rispettati. A tal proposito è utile ricordare che molti prodotti partono dalla Cina e affrontano un lungo viaggio, per questo i tempi di ricezione della merce non sono brevissimi (a patto di pagare un extra per una spedizione veloce).
In fase di acquisto sono indicati chiaramente i tempi di invio e di consegna (di solito nell'ordine di 15-20 giorni lavorativi).
Come detto sopra, tempi rispettati nel mio acquisto. Ho scelto la spedizione Italy Priorioty e mi è stato possibile seguire gli spostamenti del pacco fin sotto casa. L'aggiornamento delle informazioni di spedizione, però, tarda circa 24-48 ore.

Worst site I ever dealt with. You never get the deals. They wont help. All support does is give you the run around. They have an excuse for everything. Anyone claiming they got deal is full of it. Even a live support person told me the deal was working yet you add to cart and it shows up quadrouple price of what they show as on sale. Totally a RIP OFF site. Stay away!

I have $25.77 on my GB Wallet. I asked Gearbest to transfer is to my Paypal and they said they would and still nothing. Everytime they give me excuses that are not reasonable. They keep saying "wait", then after sometime they say "the money was frozen because you have opened cases" and I have no case opened until now. The support are giving different excuses and they don't know what they are talking about.
I started to think that they just wanted to keep my money on MY Wallet and not give it back which is obviously stealing.

I ordered an Educational Robot Claw Set. The picture shows a pretty cool looking mechanical arm regularly $19.98 on sale for $10.99. I ordered this for my grandson and what I got was some screws and some brown cardboard cut-outs (the picture has a black claw) and NO INSTRUCTIONS at all. Probably because this wasn't the claw set. I have been back and forth trying to return the stuff because it is not what was expected and after several attempts their final word to me was that I ordered just a part of the claw set and perhaps I should order more to complete it. The picture on their website shows the entire claw set... not a bunch of screws.

My last order was a Xiaomi Mi 8 phone. Due to a strike in my country, the delivery took quite some time. Gearbest contacted me to check if everything was ok. I didn't ask anything, it was a proactive from their side.
All the orders I made was well packaged, o fear to break anything during transport (and I've already ordered a tablet and a phone, some expensive and fragile objects).

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
