Took a ridiculous amount of time to ship/ actually arrive. If I had been pleased with the clothes, the wait would have been worth it, maybe.
Instead I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fabric, the sewing details, and I did NOT try anything on. I could tell instantly that I did not like anything. I am returning everything! It has been a HUGE waste of my time. I will NOT ever order again. Kindly remove me from any further on line advertising. But your survey of customer satisfaction is superb. Contacting you online has been easy. I truly wish that I had been happy.
I was hoping to wear one or 2 items for this weekend, but I will not, so I must look elsewhere.
I know you have a tough job/business.

Sadly, disappointed in quality of fabrics used! Will certainly be more attentive to description of fabrics in future if I choose to order again. Perhaps a little more detail in this area would be helpful. Sadly I will be returning about half of my order due to poor fit.

There is SO much to say so I'm just going to shorten it. This company is crap. Sells cheap ugly imitations (not good ones either!) of the pictures they post. Takes forever to arrive. I'm still waiting for my 3rd item out of the same order and it was the one I was most excited about. Now, after seeing what they sent me, I'm no longer excited to get this package. They are purposely defrauding people! So disappointed, they ruined my Christmas. I'm searching the internet to leave as many NEGATIVE reviews of this company as possible so other people don't fall into this trap.

Soo many good buys and styles in an affordable price range, but be mindful the fabric is not forgiving. A size chart is listed with each product--which I didn't realize. Also, the fabrick does not seem to be wrinkle-free.

I ordered dress from justfashionnow and it delivered within 3 days. The quality is very good. Additional discount using coupon code offered by them always attract me to shop from here even though I didn't want to shop online.

Ordering was easy but the delivery took a long time. I love the look of the t-shirts but the size XL was too small and I ordered that size just to make sure there was ample room even though I normally wear a L. The shirts fit more like a M. Maybe it is because they are more fitted in the waistline.

Ordered shoes, they were too big plus had leather damage on each of the two shoes. Tried to return, they didn't honor their return policy. They tried to negotiate an offer for me to keep the shoes and they'd reimburse me a ridiculous amount. I didn't accept. They finally offered me an amount that was still poor but now it was becoming a waste of my time. I accepted their offer, kept the shoes and now will try to sell and at least come away with something more than what was offered. Beware when working with these affiliate companies.

I ordered a dress that showed glitter paint but when it arrived is was just plain paint. I am giving you another chance the sweater shows glittery sequins and sparkles, we will see when it is delivered.

Clothes took forever to arrive. Did not like any of them and sizes are not comparable to any other company I order from. Wanted to return for refund but found out I would have to send clothes back to China at my expense or if I wanted they would issue me a very small credit. I cant imagine anyone would spend the money to return the clothing to China since it would be to costly so I opted for the credit. Will see if that happens. Not ordering from this company again.

All the items in this online boutique are absolutely stunning! Not only that, I am amazed at how excellent the quality of your clothing is. This boutique will always be my best choice for online clothing shopping.

I just love the huge selection of fashion to choose from, and that most things are offered in many different colours, but I caution customers to check twice about the sizing/measurements. Some things tend to fit smaller.

You will not get your money back. You will need to return any unwanted items to a remote location in China, which I'm sure is a 3rd world labor factory.
Clothing is horrible! Thin, lime the lining of a dress, ordered XL got a 4 X. One shoe longer than the other. Cheap, cheap and can get no money back because it is $30-$40 to ship back. Can not unsubscribe to emails. If you order, please use credit card so you can dispute more effectively. I used PayPal and lost $100. Will be taking the rags to Goodwill.
