The sandals I bought are gorgeous but are the wrong size. I went to the website looking for a way to return or exchange them for a larger size, but because I am not a registered user, I couldn't assess a method to make a return of the product. I doubt I will shop here again.
Your website is toooo slow...when you check an item out and try to return and continue the website returns back to the beginning...if you were on page 15 it will go back to page 1 and you have to go forward (slowly) page by page to where you want to continue on
Your website is impossible to maneuver.it is sooooo slow and when you check an item it does not return to where you left from.constant freeze ups...had to refresh many times to move ahead...beautiful items displayed but it took forever to see them

It would be nice to see a few more plus sizes 4x, 5x if you think you can find some. I loved the tops I bought but had to give them away to someone who could fit into them. The 3xL was actually more like a regular size L. I would have had to send them all back for a refund so I decided to give to my daughter (who takes an XL but they were too tight for her) and she found someone in her building who actually fit into them. They were beautiful and I hated that they didn't fit me at all! Thanks anyway.

Worst company ever! Received wrong dress style and size after waiting about 6 weeks. They are now saying that they won't refund me because I waiting beyond 15 days to email them photos of what they sent me. I emailed them immediately and followed up numerous time, they just keep saying they never got the photos so they won't reimburse me. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! Never order from them!
I ordered 7 dresses; they canceled 4 of the dresses because of what ever reason but thank god they did because when I eventually received the 3 dresses ( 1 month later) they look like I purchased it from the 99Cents store. Poor quality and they look nothing like the picture. Jokes on them because I canceled my order got a refund from my bank and canceled my card so they can't and won't get a dime from me.
I am not even going to waste my money sending it back. Maybe I can make pillow cases out of it.

This was a replacement item. My original order was too small so i ordered the next size. Received this and it was basically the same size as the one i had originally received. Was very sad because i really wanted this jumper. The fabric was ok but the cut wasnt the same and the XL and 2XL was the same
Just fashion now is the scam of online scams They dress models in pretty material and fitted clothing THAT's THE HOOK. Then they send you junk clothing of awful material that looks nothing like the photos, and the fit is like a sack. Shame on you china "gang". You will deal with God.
Not all items have the same way of wearing (molded on the body, with the buttons unbuttoned on the chest, with the sleeves molded on the hands, with the shoulders molded or wider, with the chest molded and wider down, the shirt wider or the shirt more large). I spent 5 hours choosing 6 items with different sizes. I hope I chose the best ones. I wanted to buy more but I stumbled upon the size of the items. They didn't fit. They probably have a different style of wearing. Thanks
I just ordered a item for my GF I didn't realize they won't ship to a PO BOX! Anyway they sent me an email moments after order number was given saying they don't and to respond 7 days or delays. WELL, I have written many emails with corrections on address. They send same emails with URGENT I send them correct address to ship and state ACKNOWLEDGE you received it …… no response after paying expedited. Very irritated! 6/16/22
I ordered an outfit where one side was black with print of a face, and the other side was white with a face, what I received was a print outfit with a black and white print, not one side white and the other side black. I will keep it but it wasn't what I ordered.

Bad customer service. Tt customer service on Friday snd wS told i would receive an email within 24 hrs. No response. Chatted with customer service online on Monday was told i would receive email within 24 hrs. Was 48 hrs
Want to tell you that from the clothes I bought here, some dresses are made of thin cloth and seen through the fabric, however I have solved the problem by wearing a petticoat underneath, as in everything there are better garments than others, in this case I highly recommend your blouses, I have bought some beautiful and very comfortable, the purchase process is very easy and the payment system is reliable
Why two different messages about shipping fees. In my cart it was clear and marked that I was getting free shipment (supposed to be effectiv to any order of 109$+ and it was more than 109.$) and when I was ready for my chek out an amount of 56.64$ was added.I felt then obliged to add more items to get FREE shipping. Even though I was elligible to free shipment IN MY CART from the begining.It was mentioned by your firm..

This is the second time I have bought from Just Fashion Now and the second time I have recieved poor quality and WAY too large for the size of item I ordered. If I could give this "company" a true rating it would be MINUS 10! Reurns are expected to be shipped to China which means they would not be insured!... and very expencive! I paid $50 for each. The first one I tried to return the company offerred me a refund of $7.88. They actually were dishonest enough to send a $3.88 refund! PLEASE NEVER trust this company!

I ordered three dresses, one pair of shoes and one pair of earrings. I received one very poorly made dress, and the rest did not come. I attempted to email them but continue to have it bounce back. I ordered first of August and it is now 9/7/18. Unlike another person who had the same experience and reported it here, I did not receive a delay email. DO NOT BUY!
Wish I hadn't thrown the dress I did receive in the trash (supposed to be a Japanese shibori print) because it would have made a funny photo. It is made of stretchy plastic/nylon and about six sizes too large. The shoes look and feel as though made of cardboard. And the earrings they claim are 925 sterling with a real turquoise stone are laughable.

I enjoy shopping on this site, but, I have waited for more than a month to receive all the products. I think I finally received the last of all the purchases today, 9/23/2021. Also, I received TWO dresses in XXL when I only ordered ONE in XL I do not know why the second dress came a few days after the first dress arrived. It is a black dress, long, with white flowers down the front of the top.
If I could chose 0 stars I would. Received 1 item in my order and it was the worst quality. Nothing like the picture. Different color, different fabric, size was off, and the quality was awful and I mean awful. I never received the rest of my order. 3 months later and they refuse to refund me after after I sent back the crappy item as suggested and never got the others(which was a lot) They asked me to pay them more money on a pay pal account and they would reship it. Total scam company. They also have chicpopo. ChicV is the company name. BAD!

I impressed by the variety of choices I found while browsing through the jewelry section. I was specifically looking for rings and I found many more than I could afford to purchase. I did finally settle on 5 different styles, which were all much more stylish than I expected to find. This WAS a frustrating experience, though, because NONE of the rings were available in HALF sizes!

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
