Within moments of having clicked on the purchase, I attempted to contact you to change the color of one of the items. I had mistakenly thought I was on "black" because that was the color of the picture. You didn't get back to me until a couple of days later and then claimed it had been shipped so no change could be made. THEN a week later I got an email saying it just shipped. Your customer service sucks! You lied to me about it having already shipped. I'll never buy from you again!
And, yes, I wouldn't have bought from you if you hadn't had paypal.

Ordered sandals on 6-16-18, credit card was charged 6-18, mdse finally arrived on 7-9. Size of sandals was not a US 8 more like a 7 and the ankle cuff was very small. Immediately emailed the JustFashionNow site requesting return authorization. Have received three notices in response saying they would process the return request and email me the address to send mdse. Back. They only allow 14 day period after receipt to return mdse. In original shipping pkg. Etc. No problem with that for me but it seems they are stalling with the information I need. Once 14 days has past they can say."Sorry, but your return window has closed! You are SOL." My Visa account has been notified and the $$ amount is being filed as disputed. So what's up Just FashionNow? I'm still waiting for the return authorization as of 7-13

Check out the photo of the beautiful crotchet jacket I ordered (and note my proof of purchase below), and then take a look at the halloween-grade plastic polyester garbage they sent. The photos speak for themselves--this company is a scam (with gifted and thieving web designers).
(This was supposed to be my Christmas gift! And now I have to pay to send it to CHINA if I want my money back... which probably won't happen.)

They take your money and sell awful quality clothes. Don't have anything to do with these people. I've sent the clothes I ordered back over a month ago and still no refund. I ordered 3 dresses. They weren't even worth keeping. NOBODY in their right mind would EVER wear it. Total Garbage. They took forever to ship, but took my money easily enough... ladies do yourself a favor and DON'T give these people your money. THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$

I started this shopping with the expectation of being able to use the Klarna payment method. I was sad to see this ended up not being an option. I would have made return buys if it was available. Now I need to return only 3 items but I am still waiting for a return label On the 13th I asked to return the items it seems that the company is out waiting for their 30-day return policy!
Two of the items I ordered in my correct size were way too small for me, even though they were tagged with the size I ordered. JustFashionNow said they couldn't be returned because they were tagged with the size I ordered. Obviously they were not sized correctly and the store didn't stand behind their product. So I lost money shopping there. Won't do it again. In addition, their return policy doesn't state that returns have to be sent to CHINA at the buyer's expense. Had I known that, I wouldn't have bought anything from them.
I was trying to cancel and Item that I marked the wrong size, but, I couldn't change the size and didn't want to go through all the pages to reorder. If at all possible, the item is Sub-Order:******* Size Small, I need xxl, hopefully it can be changed or cancelled. Thank you. Emma McCabe
Excited about my order but when it arrived I was disappointed because only 2 of the7 items fit. I wanted to exchange one of the items for a larger size but that process wasn't apparent. Also, I want to return the unwanted items but that process is not user friendly because of the time constraints. That needs to be revised.

It took longer (over a week and a half) to receive the merchandise. Although the sizing comparison was listed a 2X equaling a 14 was hard to accept I ordered larger than I needed but still sizing was no equivalent also between a 14 and 2X is a difference of 4 US sizes! Marketing and confidence in getting something that fits is very slim and now that I got my first order I have, no - confidence in anything I order. Where is your clothing manufactured? Even China matches US sizes well enough to get a good sizing relation. Quality, acceptable very attractive it is a shame. Leslie

Isn't your company tired of getting bad reviews or are you pple just evil and believe in ripping off all your customers. Please pple do not order from them. They have cute merchandise on the website but don't be naive and fall into their web. They should be shut down. You will get no refunds and they offer no legit way to return all of their screwed up orders. This is a total scam. They really aren't this stupid but they are that evil. I've had two orders; first one was not even what I ordered and they sent an XXL of something that awful, poorly made, cheap fabric and I ordered a medium. I chalked it up as a bad mistake. 2nd go around (shame on me), they sent a xxxL for a medium and once again not what I ordered. Please take this company down. They should be in prison for doing this illegal act. Such scam artists at work.

You have to check the sizes on every item. My bust is 47" so many don't fit. And the housedress I ordered said 47". To be sure, if I stand straight up and don't move, it does. But if I move at all, especially if I move my arms or shoulders, it rides up and stays up. The hems on the sleeves are nice, but on the skirt, it was hemmed on a serger. Also, the fabric is not the quality I like. It's hard and very shiny. I have ordered from a couple of other direct mail outlets from China and received terrific merchandise. But it took months. This arrived promptly. That part was great. It does look like the picture. I was testing this site, I won't order again, but not because of delivery issues. I just don't like the fabric and the sizes run small.

Easy to order, but then it takes about 6 wks for delivery. My blouse does not look at all like the picture. The picture really shows embroidery all over the blouse, but it wasn't--it was printed on. Very disappointed.
2 months after placing the order (and Justfassionnow taking the cash), I still have not received the complete order. They have so far sent two separate deliveries for the goods I ordered. When I have reached out to them via email chasing for an update, they say they will repond with 48 hours, but they never do. I would avoid this company at all cost. You may get lucky with the goods you order, but you probably won't. Such shabby customer service. And the clothers received so far look and feel cheap. If I could rate this a zero star I would. Avoid at all cost.

So they email me to say they have changed their return policy. If they say, I wish to forego the "hassle" of a return I can get a 20% refund. When you try doing so it brings you right back to same customers service email

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
