Will probably not order again unless I find out info to the contrary

This is my 3rd try in 2 days. I have a Chicos Gift card and was unable to use it to pay my bill and am very unhappy about that. How can I apply my gift card to my bill?

I wish I had reviewed this company prior to my order. My first order came and it was so outrageously oversized, it is not even alterable to a size that would be wearable. They offered a discount for e to have it altered. When I came to this site, the very first thing I saw was a Pop up that was a consumer alert THAT THIS COMPANY IS PAYING FOR GOOD REVIEWS. GOOD LUCK ON THAT ONE.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO CHNA, PAY CUSTOMS FEES AND POSTAGE.
WHAT A RIP OFF. BUYERS BE WARE!

Ordered this shirt for St. Patrick Day. Placed the order the 22nd of Feb. Received it the 22nd of March.

The VNeck Polka Dot CasuaI shirt I ordered and received is beautiful and the size I ordered. However the Round Neck Floral Tulip green blouse I received is an incorrect size. I ordered a size mediem and received a XLarge. I am disappointed.

Your website is a nightmare! I had placed double and sometimes three with different sizes. But since there is no way to adjust the number, I had to remove multiple times. I honestly have spent hours and hours because I then couldn't find the item once I had removed 2 items because it's too difficult to not touch the order bar because it covers the entire bottom of the screen. There were 2 dresses, both yellow with half sleeves, one yellow with white pbolka dots. I had both of them in my cart, but one was ordered with wrong size and one with two orders. So I removed them both as there was no way to edit items. But after lookingl for three hours ( no kidding!) I could not find them again. And those were the 2 I loved the best. This is third order within 3 weeks. I said the first time I wasn't coming back. The last time, it was a copy of today. I said then... no more! But I foolishly tried again because I really love your clothes. But my time spent today pushed me over the top. I would have had 2 additional items in my care if I could have found those again. As much I like your clothes I will not recommend your sight because no one should have to work this had to order clothes.

This is my second time buying clothes for my wife's Gifts and I find you easy and fair to deal with. She was delighted with the two tops I bought her for her Birthday in April this year, Thank You!

STAY WELL Clear of this Chinese Clothing company!. Every time I read a descent review the terribly poor English and poor spelling I could scream! It is quite evident that they are writing good reviews for themselves and it sickens me to think another unsuspecting customer might be taken in but it! That is why I will continue with my plight to damn these creatures!. The Items are not at all as you see on the website EVERYTHING is WRONG, the quality, the sizing, the colour! And then when you request a return you are ignored! At first you simply keep receiving automatic email replies promising to contact you, then after a few weeks if you continue to persist you will be offered a "fraction" 15% and then 25% of your money back to avoid hassle'? Then if you continue for another few weeks to insist on a Refund after a further few weeks you may be sent a shipping label for an address in China where you will spend yet more money on shipping costs and then you will spend the rest of your life trying to contact them for the promised refund! Please BE WARNED Don't fall for it like I did!

The fabric is a cheap polester and not the quality the models show. The sizing is not uniform. I guess you get what you pay for! Won't order again as I feel scammed.

Ordering was easy but the sizes are not true. Nothing I ordered fit and I ordered both 2X and 3X. I measured according to the chart but items did not fit.

The products are beautiful the patterns are wonderful but the sizing is off your 3X is closer to a 1X So I was disappointed in the sizing because when I saw the pictures I thought they were so beautiful

I ordered "Pockets Round Neck Linen Dresses -Color: Rust Size: US 8(Label Size: XL)" that is my normal US size as suggested by JFN. The quality and sleeve style are terrible different compared to the picture shown on the JFN website. The strange thing is JFN website doesn't allow me to provide the review and I also couldn't get any response from JFN since 11/05. My assumption is the picture shown on the website may not be from the dress sold by JustFashionNow, at least it is true for the dress I ordered. JNF should do refund at its cost for the wrong advertisement on its website.

I love shopping at Just Fashion Now. Size M fits me so same as U.S. sizing. Fast check out; all good! Love the styles and colours too.
