A fuir! J'ai réservé un vol qui a été annulé. La compagnie me proposait de soit une modification avec frais additionnels plus élevés qu'une nouvelle réservation, soit un remboursement. J'ai donc opté pour le remboursement je n'ai jamais eu de retour de la part de Kiwi.com

Туда с семьей (4 человека) прилетели без проблем, но обратно пришлось доплатить за ручную кладь 144$ потому что размеры якобы были больше чем позволяет easyJet (а багаж на минуточку был тот же самый. Очень недоволен что киви спланировал такой полет и не предупредил о таких проблемах заранее! Большая жирная двойка! Не рекомендую пользоваться этим сервисом!
Да еще якобы как бонус дают некий smart pass, который на самом деле при перемещении в аэропорту Милана нахрен не нужен, просто идешь на транзит и все, только время отняло разбираться что что за фигня. Короче, слетали не дешевле чем у других от слова совсем

Во-первых имейте ввиду вы не можете связаться с ними по телефону.
Во-вторых если вам отменили рейс деньги вы свои не вернёте. Они будут извеняться, слать вам красивые письма но это максимум, что вы получите.
В-третьих вам могут сообщить, что отменили ваш рейс, за три дня до вылета и это самое печальное в этой истории.
Beware. This company will steal from you. There are no live agents that can help with anything ever. In my case I purchased a flight through them on Spirit Airlines. When you go through these thieves at Kiwi they use their own credit card to pay for the flight and charge you a fee plus the cost of the flight. Due to natural disaster at my chosen destination my flight had to be canceled and spirit didn't have any flights within a reasonable period after so they issued the refund. I got a confirmation email from them but they told me the money was returned to a Mastercard that belongs to Kiwi. I have tried many times to communicate with them. When they do answer, probably a robot on chat, they ask for the information then claim they can't see it or in the last instance I spelled every required information in separate texts so they could all be visible and got no response. It has been over two months. They know they got a refund from Spirit but still I have no refund or even indication I will ever get a refund. Better to buy directly with the airline. At least if there is a problem there isn't a middle man that is not reachable because they don't even have a customer service number. I guess my only resort is to leave this review on every site that reviews them. KIWI STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS. IF I HAD THEIR MONEY FOR TWO MONTHS THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED ME A THEIF. THEY ARE THEIVES. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

La única respuesta fue "los sentimos mucho, contacta la aerolínea". Te cobran la vida $$$ pero cuando tienen que dar algun servicio al cliente te dicen" lo siento no hay nada que podemos hacer" ESTAFA NO COMPEN ACA A NO SER QUE QUIERAS PERDER TU PLATA Y PASAR MALOS MOMENTOS"
Wir hatten ein Flug bei kiwi.com gebucht von Lima nach Cusco, Peru. Wir haben wegen COVID-19 den Flug storniert und haben nur 10 Euro als Rückerstattung bekommen, anstatt den vollen Preis von 83 Euro. Wir haben bei KIWI Beschwerde eingereicht und die Antwort kam zurück dass die 10 Euro gerecht fertigt sind

Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

Answer: Kiwi makes money from air flight cancellations and mistakes they make because They will refund nothing! I even bought add on insurance. That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.
