Driver left my order at the wrong address, which is a house, so the driver delivered it on a business instead, it said it was delivered on a main lobby. I have surveillance cameras in the front of my house, so that's how I knew the time it said the package was delivered was not at my house, and the driver didn't even come near my front door, or my neighbors.
I contacted On Trac customer service right away to let them know about the situation, they opened up an investigation, the representative told me the driver was going to be questioned in this regard. They said they were gonna try to locate out mis-delivered package, and try to re- delivered to us, We waited a whole week for an outcome and just to get a phone call saying they couldn't find our missing package, to contact the store for refund or have our package and items re- delivered to us.
What an inconvenience and waste of time with this thieves, can't admit fault, and just give you the run around and waste time due to their un- professional drivers and worker's!

1st time, got a package for someone across town. Called 800# eventually came back to get the package, clueless dude gives me mine. Takes the one that didn't even have a similar address. 2nd time/3rd time, "OnTrac" shouldn't be the name of the company, they're only "OnTrac" to be literally days late. Hold on to your hats, number 4 is gold. Package delivered? I have cameras and can see my porch. It's not here. I look and ask all of my neighbors. Nope. Nothing. Go a block down where even fedex got confused 10 years ago. Nope. Nothing. Called for a ticket and the loser delivery guy INTENTIONALLY and admittedly left my package at a neighbors and admitted to leaving it there, essentially "hidden" and admitted that since my neighbors had a package, that's where he put it. Straight gold standard. Now, the 5th example... out for delivery at 8am. It's 11:33. I'd be shocked to even see it tomorrow at this point. File bankruptcy and get out of the delivery business. You've not gotten it right even once.
This company is a straight up scam! How do all the packages they receive go missing and never get delivered? They are stealing from vendors, company's and people who pay for shipments that they never receive because everything ends up "lost" it doesn't get lost they have it and they are a straught up scam this company really needs to be sued! They have 1 star world wide on ratings and they shouldn't even have that. Why do company's keep using them to ship items we will never know they need their contracts pulled from every carrier and to shut down! Banks and company's need to start holding them reliable and sue their a$$! The fact that usps is faster then them on getting packages delivered speaks volumes there is no way to contact any live person here for customer support they never update any of their shipments and u get no alerts when ur shipment is daysss late and that's if it even ever comes. The owner of this company and anyone who works there is a big scam of a joke FedEx, amazon, ups, and other carriers WOULD NEVERRR! Not professional not a moral based company that can be trusted this company does not have any integrity or accountability for there terrible lack of service
Oh my I wish I could give zero stars first package that was parishable left in a package room at my complex on a Friday office didn't open till Monday second package parishable delivered to someone else they sweated up and down I received it and I was a liar and my final package from Sephora was supposed vto be delivered last Thursday Nov 26 which I knew wouldn't because holiday then web sight said to be delivered Friday the 27 nothing web sight said then delivery for 28 of nov Saturday but ontrac doesn't deliver on sat so yesterday called on track twice to be told they will look into and call text email me yesterday with an answer guess what no call and this morning web site said still 28 so had to call Sephora today dec 1 to get a refund and re order now I'm hoping btgey don't us ontrac again
Well I thought my jersey wouldn't get delivered and it did I'm glad they are upping their game obviously it has improved a little though they do deliver fast my package came the next day. Something they need to up though is how they treat the package I do get it my package isn't fragile or anything but I was outside when the guy literally yeated it lol up in the air over my fence. Damn bro it almost landed on my house roof it was funny I don't mind that, but what if I wasn't there and it landed stayed in the roof I would've never known. I can say they are upping their game. I've never genuinely had a problem with them I've shopped with companies who use them I was never concern till now. Out of all of them this was the funniest experience like damn this guy just yeated in the air
OnTrac is the absolute WORST delivery service! Please don't use them for shipping, they just cannot get it right. As a business owner, I get so many packages delivered to my home every day, most of them from UPS, USPS and Amazon. Everyone drops them right on my front porch as they're supposed to. They are not allowed to use the USPS mailboxes as most delivery services know. Also, most packages won't fit.
First, my mailbox is about 1/4 mile from my home, which is down a long semi-private road with several other houses, off the main road. Our mailboxes are about 1/4 mile away, on the main road. They get burglarized constantly, so we've all had to get locking mailboxes to keep our mail safe. OnTrac thinks it's ok to just leave packages sitting on top of our mailboxes, way out on the main road! They always get stolen! I have called and complained and asked them to PLEASE deliver to my house, but they dtill don't.
This morning, I tracked a package from them that said it was delivered to th front door last night. I went out front and no package. After looking around, I found it in the wet weeds next to my dirt driveway, in front of my house by the road. WTF! What is WRONG with these people? They couldn't take the 5 extra steps to just leave it at my front door? Instead I have to hunt for it and bring in a soaking wet box this morning. I think it's so bad I'm going to stop ordering from companies who use them.
I ordered an electronic tablet for my daughter for xmas. This company DAMAGED, DID NOT DELIVER, THEN LIED TO ME about where my package was when i called them. The seller had to send me another one. First i was on hold for over an hour, then they told me my package was being held at their warehouse because the driver couldn't find my house even though they had been here several times before. Then ON TRAC TOLD THE SELLER, that they damaged my package & thats why they werent delivering. Uhg. Worst ever.

I was not notified yesterday about the first delivery which they marked "attempted". When I contacted OnTrac, I was informed that it required a signature. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell or leave a note. They sent a text notifying that it was out for redelivery today. I requested that they ring the doorbell. When I requested an ETA, I was informed that it could be anywhere from 10:22am until midnight.
Around 2:30pm, I saw a white car drive by my house and noticed my package in front of the door. No doorbell, no signature requested.
I was deliberately lied to about this delivery.
I was also informed that the driver can't call me to let me when they're coming because they don't have a company phone. Yet I was asked for my phone number. I then asked why would they need that if they don't have a company phone. The response was that they would use their personal phone. Why didn't they do that in the first place? At the very least, the driver could've contacted the dispatch and have dispatch contact me. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
The driver threw a package 6 foot into my yard at my dog. I'm going to order another package just so I can beat his $#*!ing $#*! when he comes
I bought some Xmas gifts and payed a delivery service through the company to make sure my package would be delivered on time between the 14th of December to today Dember 17th. Yesterday was given an update that it would be delivered by the end of the day yesterday. Then they said it would be delivered by today. Now they are saying tomorrow. Either the drivers are completely lazy and using the pandemic as an excuse to not get things delivered on time.
They need to understand when a customer pays money to have it delivered by the due time. It is your Job and a business to satisfy the customer with delivering the packages to which the customer payed money from their pocket to be delivered on the set due time. That is called being professional. Anything less then this is called being unprofessional, and will recieve negative views by the customer. It is why you guys have a 1.1 star rating and Amazon has a much higher rating of 4.5 stars.
Amazon says it will be delivered, it will be delivered on time that is called being a professional. I mean it is ok to have a hiccup every now and then no one is perfect all the time, but to have this many negative views I dont know why any company would want to use this service. You guys need to up your game in management and really do a more proffesional job. It is NOT professional to delay your paying customers their package
I actually give 0 stars. I have never had a good experience with OnTrac, EVER. Service is so bad that when I find out a company is using OnTrac I stop doing business online with them. I just found out that Home Depot is using them now and they have now lost my business. I ordered an AC unit on 6/21 and was supposed to be delivered on 6/24, never showed, so I called OnTrac the next morning told them what happened and that there is always an issue with this company, the guy was really nice and put in a ticket to get my package to me that day. Well guess what... it never came, now it is supposed to arrive today 6/26 "by end of day" even though it has been out for delivery many times. I called OnTrac back and the guy just told me there was nothing anyone can do, so I asked If I could go and pick up the package myself and he told me I couldn't. I even took screen shots of it. I understand things happens, but it is an issue with OnTrac EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. For now on anytime I make an order I will find out first who they use for delivery service. Oh and FYI... this was the kind of service (if not worse) that I received way before COVID.

EVERY package I've had that ends up being delivered by the sorry excuse for a company takes a week or longer to get to me from the facility less than an hour from my house.
The first package sat in Romulus for five days. After three days, I sent an inquiry as to why it was sitting there for days, asking if I could just pick it up. No response for three days, after it had been delivered the say before.
Then there's the misrouting from Ohio tones Jersey, then to Romulus, then to Flint for two days after sitting in Romulus for three days. Then back to Romulus for a day, back to Flint, back to Romulus, back to Flint, ans now in transit back to Romulus...The original delivery date was expected to be August 26. It's now September 3rd.
This has to be the most convoluted delivery company I've ever seen.
Update, 9/10: The package has STILL not been delivered. Three inquiries to "customer service," and no response other than "it has been delayed and will be delivered in 1-2 days." Customer service has refused to respond since 9/6.

I ordered some merchandise from wamart delivery ways next day but instead of using fedex or ups they $#*!ing using ontrack first didnt received products i order its said its delay and all im saying $#*! U ONTRACK AND $#*! U WALMART.
Only 1/2 of my packages was delievered when they was both out for delivery the SAME DAY. I waited 3 business days then I inquired about the rest of my shipment in which they told me that they couldnt provide a update! An hour later I received a update saying that my package was delivered. That In fact was NOT TRUE I have ring cameras all around my house and the only thing that was detected was Deer! Just a complete LIE! My package was never delivered it was over $300 in that package Im soooooo PISSED! I will not be using any company that uses ON TRAC/LASERSHIP. Ive never had this happen before.

So my package sat at the warehouse here in LV since the 16th with notifications it was being held and late delivery. First it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th, then the 18th and then the 20th. Then after checking all day and into the night, the status changed to delivered at 6:00pm. Absolute bull$#*!. House full of people, no driver appeared on my ring, no package was at my door and I checked the tracking after 6:00pm and it was still out for delivery. I called and was advised to contact the seller. I was also told they had no way to verify if the driver delivered or not. What the hell kind of crackpot business is this anyway? To make matters worse, this is my fresh grass delivery from Fresh Patch. Now my little guy has to use very used grass until my next shipment and I'm out $44.00. I sent them an email asking if they use other shippers because I obviously can't depend on Ontrac to make future deliveries. Apparently they also don't have a complaint department and I can't get reimbursed for their failure to do their job.
2 out of 2 packages using this service in the past 15 days have been lost and delayed.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
