I truly wish companies would stop working with Ontrac! I haven't had one good experience with them! & customer service is no help.
I love shein but unless they stop shipping with Ontrac, i won't be ordering from them anymore. Ontrac is notorious for losing packages.
This has to be BY FAR the worst shipping service I had ever used I haven't even gotten my package yet and it's been delayed over 5 or 6 times already dont not use this shipping service
Several months ago, FabFitFun shipped me a box via U TRAC. It showed delivered but was no delivered to my single family home. Stuff happens sometimes. So no history to judge yet.
HOWEVER, NOW I HAVE HISTORY. The same company, FFF, sent me a box on 8/13. It showed as arrived in my city on 8/14. Every day the U TRAC site showed a delivery date of the same date. However, it never showed out for delivery. Every day, the expected delivery date changed to the next day. This went on until 8/23 when it showed delivered to my single family home. It DID NOT come to my home. I checked with all the neighbors. No one has it. I have written U TRAC 3 times and received no answer. It turns out my daughter in law (a gift recipient of mine) also shows her FFF box as delivered with a time of day. She never received it. She has reviewed her RING and no delivery person comes up to her single family home. She still doesnt have her delivery 8 days later. ALSO, i am waiting for a delivery from another vendor. It shows as being in my city for 9 days. Tracking says delivery date will be provided when available. This is crazy, right? So I dig deeper and find out U TRAC is the carrier for this parcel as well. All of this happening in a 2 week period. From my personal experience
U TRAC is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. I will no longer deal with vendors who use them as a shipper.
Nothing that hasn't been said already. Poor communication, bad service, website is terrible, delays...etc, etc, etc
Let me start by saying we are all human and mistakes.
But one of the things that I have found is that people in the recruiting/hiring positions sometimes forget that they are representing their company to potential or even current customers and at minimum still are trying to sell their company to the applicants that they are talking to.
I applied with OnTrac earlier this month. I don't need a job but wanted to see what else was out there.
I received a text from an Alex asking if a Friday at 10:30 was a good time for a phone interview. I said yes but then said that was maybe too late and asked how long it would take. He said 10-15 minutes and I said it may work then. I had to be at work at 11.
He calls Friday about 7 minutes late and asks if it is still a good time. I said as long as it is about 10 minutes long.
He says that won't be enough time to finish the conversation and asks 3 general questions about pay rate, availability, and driver's license I think. Says he will have his associate Brittany call me Monday.
Brittany never calls and so I had decided screw it as it was going to be a 6 day work week for essentially the same pay that I was making. Maybe another 18 bucks a week more.
Today I get an email, oddly from a Brittany, saying they had reviewed my application and was going with someone who more matched what they were looking for and invited me to peruse other career options.
I'm sorry "Brittany" but I won't be doing that. When you can't keep or honor your appointments, then I don't see any reason to work for you. If I was 7 minutes late to an interview I maybe would have lost the opportunity. If I had one scheduled and didn't show with no explanation or attempt to contact I definitely would.
It's no wonder they have such bad reviews if these are the people working for them.
Ontrac claims they delivered on 09/08/1953 - which they didn't do! It's already October & still don't have package
Based on everyone else review, this company DO NOT DELIVER the package. I ordered about
20 items from Victoria's secret for my wife on November 11th on November 14th, I got a call from Ontrac saying that they could not find my Business unit# in the shopping Mall. So I gave the caller all detail where my unit is located and the name of business. She told me that she will have the truck driver come back right away. Long story short as of today November 26th, I call for the 3rd time, I was told that my package is reported as being lost. I was told to contact Victoria's Secret. The problem is Victoria's secret told me that 3 of the items are out of stock, So they cannot replace it for me, but will give me credit instead. All and All this is bad for everyone the Seller and the buyers. Because ONTRACK IS DOING A TERRIBLE JOB. DO NOT USE THEM! BAD, BAD, BAD!
These guys have attempted to deliver items to me 3 times and haven't gotten it right once. 1st time they claimed our address didn't exist based on an out of date Google Map. Took over a week to convince them we do indeed exist. The second time they said they couldn't get access to our building but said they left a door tag. Odd because we were home at the time. Our building does have restricted access but delivery people just use our call box and we let them in. No one used the call box and no door tag. Found out they went to wrong building and left tag there. Called customer service and they said they would resend. 2nd day went to wrong address again but luckily I saw him and got my stuff. 3rd strike was similar to #2 but no tag was left and so we had no idea they had even attempted (I suspect they didn't) Sat in a warehouse for 5 days and was sent back to shipper. No attempt at resolution on their end. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL all seem to be able to find us, but On Trac is hopeless. Customer service is of no help.
Wtf. Are these people mental? It isn't that hard to walk 3 more steps to place a package down. It is absolutely rude to throw a package.
This has to be the most ridiculous company in the world! How do they even exist? I placed an order on 10/17 and I received email that order was shipped via lasership/ontrac with a delivery date of 10/20. I was home ALL DAY in an apartment building when I received a message that the "business was closed." This is an apartment building with ~70 residents that is open 24/7 via a call box/intercom system. The instructions on how to use the call box are taped to the wall. I NEVER received notification from the delivery driver. I then received an email that delivery would be attempted again on Sunday—no package arrived. Another email of attempted delivery for Monday—all day I received NOTHING until 7:32 pm when I received a message that my package was delivered outside the front door. I IMMEDIATELY went down stairs, all the way outside the building and looked everywhere then walked down the sidewalk to the other side entrance doors and THERE WAS NO PACKAGE ANYWHERE? So where the hell is my package? I've talked to lasership/ontrac and the seller of the product since Friday and up till today 10/22 and everyone assured me I would receive my package. Now that it says it was delivered (I believe it was stolen) I probably won't hear from this raggedy company that needs to be shut down. This is NOT my first time dealing with this company either (it was a MESS) that time too. From here on out, if a company is using lasership/ontrac, I will NOT be ordering!
This is twice they lost my package any major company That deals with on trac should think twice because there going to loose a lot of good customers
They couldn't deliver my package because it was in a "gated community". Well the driver must be brain dead because there are clearly NO GATES AT ALL and I have to wait longer just because of that.
My third order not even here yet. First two were very late. Customer service is a joke. I'm surprised this crappie company is still in business.
Once again, I receive a message that a package -- being delivered by OnTrac -- has been delivered to me. BUT, IT HAS NOT! I have been home, I have a video camera, and no delivery by OnTrac!
This is NOT surprising, as 9 out of 10 my packages that OnTrac "delivers" do not make it to me, without me having to contact OnTrac... Sometimes my packages have been mis-delivered multiple times before I receive them OR I have to hunt for my packages at my neighbors' homes to find them. (Mind you, when they have been mis-delivered and I let OnTrac know that I have not received my package, they actually argue with me that it was delivered to me!)
ONTRAC IS PAID BY THE VENDOR/SHIPPER TO DELIVER PACKAGES TO THE CORRECT RECIPIENTS! Their drivers' incompetence is disgusting. It has become a joke in my house when I learn that a vendor is using OnTrac to deliver. We know there will be an issue! Not only do I currently have a missing package (allegedly delivered on 5/15, but an air conditioner from Home Depot was mis-delivered on May 5th. This is a high-dollar item, and the OnTrac driver just left it at another home... I am quite sure that these incompetent drivers would not be happy if their purchases were mis-delivered or lost! And, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SEARCH FOR MY PACKAGES!
WHAT IS ONTRAC GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?
I would like to SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT about this terrible, unprofessional service; since, speaking to anyone else has proved futile. But, my research has shown OnTrac's president, Mr. Rob Humphrey doesn't care.
How sad that respectable companies are using this lame company.
Didn't receive my package and they were like oh well. They wouldn't even bother to call the driver or anything.
Ordered an $800 AC unit. Box arrived in shambles, crushed and torn. Had to send it back and ordered a replacement. The reordered unit tracking showed it was delivered two days later but I never received it. I kept calling customer service day after day. CSR kept telling me they would call me back but never did. Every time I called, CSR said they had sent messages to the warehouse but received no response. Finally after five days of calling they said tracking was a mistake, it was not delivered, so they updated to "in transit". Another week went by, no movement on the tracking. So I called and was put through the same cycle: CSR sending messages to the warehouse but never receiving replies. I could not reorder a replacement because the merchandise was no longer available.
So my husband went down to their warehouse in person. He was given the runaround and had to wrangle the agent for information. Finally a manager pulled up security footage showing my package being loaded on to the delivery truck. It was a product box with a picture of the merchandise on the sides, so it was easy to identify. So in conclusion my package was loaded on to the truck but never made it to its destination. THE DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE and it took almost three weeks of me calling and given the runaround to find out.
On-trac does not properly monitor their operations, so employees are blatantly stealing customer packages with zero accountability I was able to get my merchandise refunded but I will never get back my massive waste of time and aggravation.
After this incident I have ordered other merchandise not realizing that On-trac was the delivery service… items have NEVER arrived on the date promised, always late. Companies need to stop giving them business.
I'm waiting for a package that took 1 day to get from Reno to Fife WA but for unknown reasons is delayed in Fife for 3 days and can't get delivered to Olympia WA a 30 minute drive down the freeway
I went into Best Buy to buy a new monitor but they didn't have the specific one in store so they just ordered it online and through the most of our conversation I never gave them my apartment number which is something I realized once I checked and saw wrong address on the tracking status, I then go and give them my correct address with my apartment number and they confirm it was changed and my package will be there 1-2 business days. Then in the morning everything look good, my package went back out to delivery and I was keeping my eye out incase I saw the delivery truck but all I see is this white van park right outside looking at his phone, he open up the side door on the van with a lot of packages, he then proceeded to close it and stare at his phone longer then just left, I thought it was weird and kinda felt like maybe that was for me? And after doing research the van he was in was the exact van OnTrac drivers are typically seen in… I since then tried to just have it transferred to a Best Buy store for pickup but they could only change the carrier which I requested UPS to take over the delivery. Currently waiting a email for when they pick it up but man OnTracs Customer support is nonexistent, if I didn't order it through Best Buy I'm sure I would've never had any answers.
Piece of $#*! service twice in a row i dont get my package cause they delivered to the wrong house. I will never get this servises again
Answer: I didn't choose it. The company I ordered from did
Answer: They are a legit company, but not a legit shipping company as they can't deliver at all.
Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.
Answer: They've been doing that for at least a decade. They did it to me too. There's no repurcussions. They steal and you'll never get your package.
Answer: Same happening to me...they need to be shut down. They are thieves
Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
