Called support more than 20 times and left my details multiple times. Absolutely no replied no help no nothing. Wtf
My item was shuffled back-and-forth between several locations for 10 days, and never arrived. HORRID!
Never received my package, customer service stopped replying and Ontrac is just awful, avoid if possible.
Didn't get my package, it showed out for delivery for the whole day. I think I lost my package forever anyway :)
Terrible service! They lose parcels and boxes and then they say they delivered them. Absolute swindlers. Zero star!
I did not receive my package. OnTrac lied and said "package has been delivered " which was false...absolutely terrible service.
Said it was on hold fixed the hold next day said it was out for delivery never got delivered then next day was back on hold again
Ontrac Threw package over the closed gate fence when there is open gate when he/she can safely drop the package.
This is a logistics company that can't seem to figure out their own demands so I wouldn't trust your shipping needs to them.
I have had 6-7 Ontrac shipments int he past 6 months or so. I receive 7-10 deliveries per week overall so only a small percentage are Ontrac. However, I have had problems with Ontrac on 4 shipments in this time. One package was scanned delivered but didn't show up so I called. Service told me it was with the driver and would be delivered within the hour. It was but NO ONE could answer why it was scanned delivered almost 2 hours before it actually was delivered. Most calls to them are for this, their online "tracking" system, isn't tracking anything. This weeks trouble was blamed on holiday demand causing delays. First - how is this not something you're anticipating? Overnight deliver is now 5 full days delayed for a total of 10 hours drive time distance from California to Utah. Second - each day it say will deliver today, then at 11:30pm it changes to the next day. No reason, no confidence in the new date, just a "wish" date it guess. I'm sure they were busy, it took 4 calls over 24 hours to finally get someone on the phone. The answer I got, "we're sorry but the holiday shopping volume is causing some delays but your package is still in California. So in 6 days (4 business days) this package has gone NO WHERE and it's taken 6 days to get that information when online it says "delivering today" EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Knowing that every time I have called, it's always something "unexpected," at what point do you say this really isn't unexpected delays, it's a complete lack of care or interest in meeting the expectations of those receiving packages. This makes any company who SHIPS with Ontrac look as though they don't care either.
For the record - All 10+ deliveries of FedEx, UPS and Amazon during the same rush period have come exactly as expected. Happy Holidays!
How am I supposed to know if they got my package or when it's being delivered. This delivery service needs shut down.
Drivers don't care,dropped the packages in the wrong units number,customer service is bad they don't answer the calls.

I'VE BEEN GETTING THE "DELAYED" DAILY UPDATES FOR A WEEK NOW! I EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY COULDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFO ON MY PACKAGE. TOTALLY USELESS!
I ordered yarn. It arrived 4 days after guaranteed delivery date and the whole package stank of cigarette smoke upon arrival. Gross!

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
