Money taken, shipping confirmed - tracking number given.
Nothing is working at all. Phone number non existent, no sign from tracking where is my order

2/11/2015 Received 3 of my 4 items. Not too shabby. You get what you pay for. Still disappointed in the way their system works. Give you tracking number and you still can't track. They need to rectify this and also the time they take to ship it.

They charged my PayPal for my entire order and only sent a small fraction of the order with no explanation of where or when the rest would be shipped... if at all. I was unaware that it was a partial shipment until it arrived WITHOUT an invoice. It has been over a month and still not settled. They refuse to send whatever items are not completely out of stock unless I retract my complaint. They did not use a shipper known in the US where I would be able to actually track the package beyond being taken to that shipper.

From the first moment in which I proposed to buy articles, all in Rosewholesale.com proved to be always ready to give me assistance and to clear my doubts. They transmit you trust, which is important when you live on the other side of the world and buy for Internet. My first purchase was some slight delays but I had no problems with the products. It is a very good online store, with affordable prices and many payment facilities.

Tip for consumers:
If they want to realize payments for Western Union, always consult the staff before doing it and they will give you all the steps you must follow.

I ordered some underwear and accessories at very reasonable prices. Purchasing was easy and it all arrived in about a week.
The quality was good, all products were as pictured and the sizes were right (they have a size chart & measurements for each product).
I'll definitely buy there again.

This company takes photos of clothing to make them look attractive then sends extra small things and marks them as extra large. I buy extra large all the time and these won't fit even a small. They're committing fraud by lying about the size and the quality of the garments. I've submitted a request for a refund but I'm going to file a lawsuit if they don't give me every penny back. The crap I received was undersized, most of what was supposed to be pockets were sewn in to resemble pockets but nothing's there, the quality was absolute crap and nobody would be caught dead buying this $#*!. I'm going to file a claim with my credit card company and I'm going to contact the attorney general's office and refer them to this and several other sites where there are complaints against these fraudsters. Also if you track the IP addresses of the positive reviews, they come from these fraudsters. Nobody whom has ever purchased anything from them is happy with it.

I actually had a pretty good experience. I ordered one dress to try out the site. The dress was very cute, decent quality and fit very well. For the price, I really can't complain. The order did take several weeks, but I did not pay to expedite shipping so I expected it to take a while.

I read a lot of reviews about sizing issues. I am actually rather small and have a hard time finding my size, so the fact that they run small work for me.

I ordered three additional dresses, so we'll see if the positive review holds.

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and my items arrived today. Some of the garments are too small, but that's my own fault for not checking the size guides. I am very happy with rosewholesale, although I was annoyed that my $50 coupon turned out to be ten $5 coupons and to redeem them, you need to spend a minimum of $50 per coupon. However, the quality of the items was pretty much what I expected and did arrive quickly.

Not only did they respond in a timely manner, but what I ordered was quality merchandise!

Customer service and resolution was handled in a timely manner. I would order from them again! Love my merchandise! Many compliments!

It does take 10-25 days for arrival. Keep in mind delays are due to Customs, Read before you purchase and you will be a satisfied customer. I am thrilled that Rosewholesale exists!

Tip: Always order a size larger. And measure before you buy!

My opinion of your website is very positive, and here's basically why...
First, I love jewelry and your site offers a wide variety at low prices and with the mailing free (article received between 5-8 weeks). When you are looking for a gift, I offer a photo and explanations and I am reimbursed, which I find simple and effective. Then, despite the sometimes poor quality of the items, the price is always low. Sometimes it's as good as in the shops, but hard to know before ordering, so I like to trust the comments of the users. In short, good site for finds that are not expensive and different from other shops!

45 days and still no stuff. I would give them a minus 4 star rating if they'd let me. If you send them a message they just tell you to keep waiting or check with the post office. Like if the PO had my package they would have delivered it by now. I am reporting them to several sources. Everyone should so they get closed down. I expect to never see a refund.

I have dealt with Rose Wholesale for about 2 years or so, and have the pleasure of browsing their web site with satisfaction every time I order. Their customer service support take action right away for each ticket entered in 48 hours. Items not received Rose Wholesale will refund once investigated. Love their pricing of items and always a variety of different products which I love and especially around Christmas time. Their sizes fits all customer needs. Their shipping costs are reasonable.

Check the web for their reviews. I didn't do it before I placed my order. Totally lost all my money. Wrong size, lousy materials, lousy customer service. No refunds and expect u to pay shipping when u return. DO NOT GO THERE!

I ordered 5 pair of pants and a tank. I wear a medium to large in both. So after reading that their sizes run small I got a extra large in everything. And it is all too small! Looks like extra smalls! They look like the were made in children's sizes. Also the material is cheap, it feels gross and sticky. And the color of everything looks faded as If it sat in the sun for months! Very unhappy. I read a few bad reviews but was mostly over size and shipping time. Mine came quickly but the sizes are awful even if you think I'll just order bigger!

This story starts bad but ends good. I purchased some Tshirts, I ordered XL and when I received them they we're lucky to be M. I didn't really care but was disappointed as this was my first foray into clothes shopping online. I put a complaint in and was taken care of right away, and felt they cared and treated me like a customer should be treated. Hopefully they fix their sizing in their advertisements but I can honestly say this turned into a positive experience and am giving them 5 stars for treating me well. Thank You!

I placed an order because each item I ordered stated it would ship within 3 days. Customer service told me all items have varying shipping time, although I have a picture off their website clearly showing all 3 items stated this. Then they marked the item as shipped although only the label was created several days ago so I could no longer cancel it. The reviews of this company seem to pretty accurate. It is a huge run around and the customer service tickets are a joke. They respond with a tracking number and say it was shipped, it was not (a label created is far different than an item shipped). The quality review of these items is also a concern. I knew better than to try ordering from here and I did it anyways. I now very much regret that decision. Don't make the same mistake.

My shopping experience with Rose Wholesale was great, the site is easy to use and a breeze to find exactly what I wanted. Check your sizes, as I read some reviews indicating that they were a smaller size than expected, thanks for that information. I choose the next size up and had no problems! I love the color and feel of the items ordered. I will use them again! :)

It usually take one week for delivery but this time was late. I did receive my dress in time for the Winter Concert where I performed. The dress was received on good condition with the correct size and fit very well. I recommend that you do not place any orders during Christmas ( Holiday Seasons). Especially if it is a gift or for an event. This time I give for stars.

I've been going back and fourth via email on Paypal. Obviously the shipping charges back to China is insanely crazy for a refund. In my case it will be nothing since my company does international shipping. The customer service rep from the company does not respond but I did a dispute on Paypal and finally heard back from someone. Bottom line people its all Asian size which is half the size of US. Even if the size chart says the conversion its incorrect. BEWARE the size is very small and quality is what to expect from another country.

Still no solution. Sure, they respond but when you go to the link, all you get is another catalog page. Sure, their prices are cheap, they are after all in China but my advice, if you ever want to return anything, you can forget about it. Speaking for myself, I will never order from them again,

I ordered 2 items on 9/10/14 and STILL have not received them. They told me that since I did not request (pay) for a tracking number there was no way to track my items. It has been 50 days now and I guess I have been ripped off. Will contact my credit card company to obtain a refund. It's a shame too because they have such good prices I would have placed a larger order next time.

I ordered something two months ago and haven't received them. Tried and tried to reach customer service to no avail. Chat line does not work and phone number has an answering machine. They have no customer service!
Update: Shortly after leaving this review Rosewholesale contacted me to refund my money, 3 to 5 days. Stay tuned.

Unfortunately this site is supposed to be cheaper with a good quality of products. There is at least one section that doesn't respond to that, and I'm talking about cosmetics. I totally agree that these are probably good quality products, but to be honest, I won't pay the price showing on this site when I can get the same quality product at the drugstore nearby or any Walmart of this world that sell this product at the same price. I will save me a 30 to 45 days of waiting for my package to arrive. This is another topic though, but shipping time is just not acceptable.

I have the same experience as many here. You do not know how they are until you have a problem. I ordered 4 items since November, got only three. Paid for the most expensive and fastest shipping method. Have informed them and open the ticket and they reply is we have shipped it, just wait and closed the ticket as resolved. Never will purchase from them again, the quality is bad, shipping charges high, customer service the worst I have faced in my life. It is not worth the time you spend to deal with them and frustration.

Tip for consumers:
WARNING _ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE , misleading and bad service . prices cheap , you get what you pay for . WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN . One star rating is overstated .
